I have had the worst experience with this company. First they gave me the run around for 3 months about replacing my sewer line. They kept sending out His and Hers Plumbing who also was giving us half service. But finally they approved the work and the The company they hired to do the sewer line replacement did a half job and not a month after they claim the replaced the line same issues. Here we are 6 months after we still going back and forth with them. There so called escalation team members C***** ******** has been no help. He tells the work has been approved by them to come out and redo the work I call Hers and His plumbing and they say the know nothing about an approval. So after 6 months of this I came out my pocket to get the line replaced to find that they never replaced anything all Hers and His plumbing technician Howard and his Supervisor did was cut small portions of the line and added parts of PVC pipes inside the old clay pipes. Now that I am getting it replaced correctly I see that there is still large blockage from roots in my pipes. This one the most unprofessional companies and they have no issues lying to you and giving you the run around

ON 2/11/22 AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES OFFERED ME A THREE FOLD COMBO SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR WATERLINE,/SEWERLINE WITH IN HOME PLUMBING COVERAGE. FOR WHICH I PAID $230,30 WITH MY MASTERCARD.ON 2/11/22. IN RETURN FOR THIS PAYMENT I WAS TO BE REFUNDED MY PREVIOUS PAYMENTS OF $358.14. TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED D MY REFUND.I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIRTEEN TIMES BETWEEN 3/10/22 AND 2/02/23.ON APPROIMATELY SEVEN OF THOSE CALLS I WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER NOTES INDICATED THAT MY REFUND WAS TO BE MAILED OUT.. ON MY FOURTH CALL ON 6/22/22 I WAS TOLD THAT THE THE REFUND CHECK WAS CASHED. I MOST EMPHATICALLY DENIED HAVING RECIEVED THE CHECK. AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE PHONE ME ON 2/06/23. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE EXPLAINED THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A RESPONSE..ON 2/09/23 SHE CALLED TO SAY THE REFUND CHECK WAS IN THE MAIL AND TO PLEASE CALL HER WHEN CHECK RECIEVED. RATE SCAM! I received a renewal reminder via e-mail 60 days prior to the date of renewal. It said NO ACTION REQUIRED. In the next line, it stated the date of renewal and the NEW RATE of ****** per year. Having paid ****** for the previous year's policy I was surprised. (no claim made) I went to the website and the home page has three programs, and mine was right there, for $******! I called and spoke to someone about this and she agreed that as advertised I should get that price and she had no knowledge of why the rate hike was automatically placed on my account. However, she needed to send me to a supervisor and would I hold the line for a few minutes. I declined. I find this practice DECEPTIVE! I then called my homeowners policy to find out that I can add the same coverage to my existing policy for $100. Don't buy this policy if you can add it to your existing plan. And, when anyone tells you that you don't need to take any action, think again!American Water Resources, LLC

I have a big complain, they sold me a coverage for electrical inside my house, that I been paying for years. When I call them back in September 2022 for the services they don't have any electrical company that work in my area. They approve for me to contact and ******************* that I will have to pay, then send them the invoice a reimbursement. After many calls the representative told me that everything was approved, to expect my reimbursement form 7 to 15 days, this was back in October 2022. As todays date I am still waiting. They send me some forms for me to complete again, which I sent them again. Now I have to wait between 30 or 40 days to get reimburse.Today I called to put a claim, and they can not process the claim due that I owe $5.99 for a payment back in October 2022 for one of the other coverages in a water line.First the withdraw my account every month and the card they have have plenty funds. The very next day they withdraw $6.99 for another coverage. So it was there mistake if they punch the wrong numbers.Anyway I think is a Froud to sell a coverage that the can not provide. I will be talking to a Lawyer regarding this matter.***********************, *******, **American Water Resources, LLC

Received a solicitation for city service line repair/maintenance service when I neither live in the city nor have a service line. I live MILES away from any city. It's wild that they would actually sell something that couldn't possibly provide (and from the reviews it looks like they don't deliver on any services).American Water Resources, LLC

I have called repeatedly about a refund. I called about a problem but it resolved itself. I did not have anyone come out. I keep hearing the same thing from them that they will take care of it but nothing has happened. No refund. It's been 6 weeks.American Water Resources, LLC

They are a scam, please do not waist your good earn money. Their customer service is terrible, and I only had a question for them. All I wanted was my customer number to register online. It has taken me 5 calls and 2 hours and I still don't have it. I ended up canceling and requesting a refund. Not sure if I will be getting the refund back! I do not want anyone from American Water Resources to call me, just send me my refund back. Please do not respond with Hi *****.
