I am rejecting this response because:
I did not ever put my credit card in for a newspaper subscription. I have gotten a new credit card in order to prevent further charges.

I have cancelled this account a few years ago, and every year, a $99 charge pops up on my credit card account, and every year, I am unable to contact a customer service rep who can locate the account and end up having to reverse the charges. This account has been cancelled with them, and this is a completely unethical practice to continue to renew subscriptions that have been cancelled.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have already called and cancelled years ago and every time I deny the charge, this company does it again. If a class action suit hasnt already been filed, it should. It is a horrible business practice.

I am getting a recurring charge for $9.99 on my account from Gannett Newspaper, but I did not authorize this charge and when I called Gannett directly they said they couldn't cancel the subscription because it was through a 3rd party, but couldn't give me any information on how to cancel.
