    I am writing this post to help other customers. I did a long distance move last week with this company. *********************** is my sales person and this process went very smooth because he promised me that all my furniture will fit based on the inventory they collected and the pictures of every room with furniture in it. The move was very traumatic, painful and hurtful because movers stressed me out very much with their constant whining that they are tired and i have lot of stuff etc. etc. They told me they stacked everything high but you can see there is couple feet left from the roof. Movers brought a ******************************************************************************************* that you booked for 26 feet and we are not going to charge you for extra 10 feet and i have lot of stuff. The fact is, if they stack my boxes properly and secure my furniture properly then everything will fit. I also had to leave lot of furniture and belongings in my house. Now i have to find a way to get all that stuff back to my current house. On the day of the move i tried to complain to **** and he told me that the movers are very professional and they stacked everything nice and high and that i have lot of stuff. **** never saw my boxes and how good the trailer is stacked. I was pushed to a corner on the day of the move. I could write pages and pages here.Please do not waste your hard earned money. I lost mental piece, money, scratches on my hardwood floors and i got damaged furniture. I gave the same feedback to **** yesterday.

    Terrible. Dishonest. I was given a bid of 6300 and they ended up charging ****** - do not use them. Their trick is the bid it low and then make fraudulent up charges and then they have your stuff and threaten you. Look at the other reviews - its a scam

    US Relocation made my move from ***** to ** very stressful. They are not transparent on when they will arrive with furniture. I have experienced the run around for 16 days and still have no indication when my furniture will arrive. When looking into moving companies they were very adimate and convincing that this move would be very simple as relocating from ** to AZ is a short distance. I have very minimal essentials to get me by with this transition as I trusted their integrity and confidence that I chose the right company. I'm so disappointed and do not buy into this company. They are brokers and could care less about your moving concerns and have created my move into major anxiety.

    The best moving experience Ive ever had. The quote was accurate, the movers arrived on time and completed the job perfectly and never complained about anything. Will absolutely recommend and use in the future for moving.

    The agency which was hired by US relocation did a good job. I am reducing 3 stars because of the below mentioned reasons - 1. The service was booked 3 weeks before the final shift. I expected they would provide me the other details like who are coming and at what time etc. atleast 1 or 2 days before. Which they didn't do. I had to remind them 1 day before to get the details.2. As per the email the moving people were supposed to come in between ***** am. They came late. There was no communication from US relocation about it. We had to call and check where the people are.So the way you follow up for getting the order and getting the feedback so the same kind of eagerness should be there to make sure all details are provided to the customer on time, moving people have reached on time etc. As a third party or as a broker your job was on time communication at the every stage of the service which was majorly missing.

    They were receptive and flexible though I had to change the move-in date several times. Prices were reasonable. The movers arrived on time. They were quick and professional.

    I just had a relocation completed by US RELOCATION, INC. January 5, ****. The team of 2 arrived on time and we're effecient in loading the items many of which were antiques of value. On arrival a curio cabinet with curved windows had the left hand window cracked!! Because I had valuable antiques to move I ******* with the insurance policy that I was required to purchase ($100).As it turns out the policy $0.60/# for damages. Police is worthless if you have valuable merchandice! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!************

    Don't do anything that involves BROKERS. This place was cheaper than most. You get what you pay for!Wah wah wah.
