      I have E-ZPass and have had it since it was available. At some point the transponder has stopped working. I contacted Delaware E-ZPass and purchased a new transponder as soon as I learned. I soon started getting notices from the surrounding states of New Jersey, ******** and ************. I contacted EZPASS Delaware (you register Ezpass in your home state. You get one transponder not one for each state). I was told that there is nothing they can do. They are not even able to see the records of the other states. I have tried dozens of times including tonight and wasted countless hours trying to get through to Ezpass ** by phone. Each time I get the message we are experiencing a high volume your wait time (usually more than 45). That is understandable. The problem is I wait that time and longer but everytime at some point after I waited more than the estimated time a message comes on try again later. There automated call back line never calls back. For reasons I cant explain there is a ** office in New Castle county (by far the most populated county in Delaware, but no Delaware EZpass. I went in person to ** Ezpass and was told I had to get the Delaware Ezpass to clear and then ** Ezpass would just charge the tolls. I explained that I would return the next day and the lady looked at her watch and said we are open today until 5:30 you have plenty of time call De EZpass from your car thats what I did. I called Delaware and got through and they completed the work. I looked at the time and I still had over an hour. ** Ezpass shares the building with Delaware Port Authority Police. I walked out of my car and into the entrance of ** Ezpass which is clear bullet proof glass on all sides. The door was locked to get through the security protected by clear glass a few inches thick. I saw the two ladies still sitting where they were and I tapped on the glass. Im am 62 and dont hear well. The lady said something I didnt hear and she got angry.

      After having a credit card expire, I went through a couple of ************* not realizing that it wasn't charging my card. Fast forward a few months and besides for getting ***** letters a month, there is no way to pay off the toll part of the violation without paying a $50 fine PER violation. One trip from ** to *** resulted in over $1000 in fines.On the website there is an option for a resolution plan, but it requires your account to be on ******************* **** flash - they don't let you put your card on auto replenishment with outstanding violations. So its an endless loop of helpless links and pages....A quick search online shows that this is standard EZpass issues.Oh and by the way, upon calling the ezpass customer ********************** number, you are put on hold for 3-4 hours and then the automated voice tells you that you can no longer wait on hold and it disconnects the line.

      I hld the ACCOUNT # *************. I am a long term costumer and never had any issues with the company. In the last year their sensor did not work multiple time and in addition they claim my credit card was declined for auto payment, which is false because when they called me the card got approved. Regardless I keps passing tolls and they would send me bills and everything is paid up to date when it comes to the tolls. In addtion to the tolls the company is requesting a $25-$45 fee for each $5 toll that I passed. this is a scam. They want over 500% on tolls that I passed while having an active account and paying the bill once I got it. I reached out to the company multiple time and the never respond to my calls. I managed to talk to a rep names ***** and she was very nice and tild me that the fees will be waved however that never happned. I tried calling again and once again no reponse. everytime I wait for an hour and a half on the line they just hang up on me. I emailed them and once again nothing. I am not the only one they are doing this to and I need your help.

      I received 2 violations from ** ezpass. One in the amount of $2.08 and the other in the amount of $4.00 with each violation I received a $50.00 administration fee. on a $6.08 toll they are charging me an extra $100. This is outrageous to me! I have been a ** ezpass customer since ********************** started. My account is in good standing and should just be billed accordingly. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue with ** expass. I have filed several disputes online as well as spent 2 hours on hold to speak to an agent on one occasion and over an hour on hold on a separate occasion. They have denied all my requests to resolve this issue. I am left frustrated and angry. I would like to bill them for my time trying to resolve this issue. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

      I have a fully funded EZ-pass and have been placed in collections by ** ezpass. I have tried calling multiple times and waited on hold for over an hour hoping to speak to a person to a person to resolve the issue. I am being charged a penalty fee of $50 for every violation. The automated system recommends going online or using the automated system which only allows me to pay violations as they are. I run a limo service company and go through *** toll booths through out the month, many that are in ** that have no issues reading my tag, I do not understand why other booths do not read the tag and I can not get a hold of a person to resolve this on the phone. I have attempted to reach EZpass over the phone on different days and at different times yet it is always the same, where the wait is over an hour and nobody ever picks up the line.

      EZ Pazz is hard to communicate with no answer or resolution available. As a result of the negligence, fees were applied to my account without any opportunity to discuss it.       I made a trip to ** with an EZ pass that never got registered at the tolls. Prior to my return, I contacted EZ pass. After several email exchanges and agents, finally found out that my device was no longer working. I got a new one and returned my old one. Now i am getting letters from collections with fees added. Yours being one of them.Please waive my admin fee of $50. I can include all documentation and receipts showing that I have been fighting this since early Dec. I will paid the $10.15 of unpaid tolls which should been removed from my account already, but since it was not working, it was not.Violation: T132293796553 I have also submitted the dispute information that was provided on the back of the bill TWICE to fax ************. All emails, documents, receipts, account information is in there, yet I have not yet heard back.Please advise immediately.Thank you,***********************

      I have tried reaching ** ** Pass Customer ********************** number by phone several times and have been on hold for over an hour and a half. I also called their other number listed on this BBB site, ************, but no one answers that phone number either. There is voice mail only. I am a senior and have questions regarding my ** Pass account. I would like to speak to someone, but no one answers the phone. Whomever is responsible for the management of the ** Pass Program should be fired because of their inability to manage the ** Pass Program efficiently, as is evidenced by the many complaints that have been filed against ** Pass. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE ****** No other businesses or State offices operate like ** ** Pass. They have employees that answer their phones. I would like to have someone call me at ************ to resolve the issue I am having. If I don't receive a call, I will contact the ***************** to file a complaint with them and have them look into the matter of why whomever is responsible for the management of ** ** Pass does not provide enough employees to answer the phone calls they receive. Out of frustration, I called the ** Pass phone number I found on the internet that was listed for Delaware and my call was answered in approximately one minute. The representative helped me as best as she could, but she told me I should speak to some in the ** ** Pass Program. As a resident of the State of New Jersey, I am extremely disappointed in how our state government manages our state. What they do best is victimize their residents.

      I traveled to ** for Christmas 2022. At the toll booths there were signs to pay online. So we drove through the ez pass lane which has this sign over it. Waited for the violation in the mail. With each toll they are trying to charge a $50 administrative fee. I tried calling several times to dispute this fee. 3 out of the 4 times the phone system was down. Today 2/16/23 I waited 1 hr 19 minutes to talk to someone. Once I finally got through to someone she didnt even let me talk. She just said she cant dismiss any fees. When I tried to explain the situation I was told I misread the sign. I had to go through the booth that had no one in it and get a receipt there to pay online. We dont have tolls in my state. How is someone who doesnt have tolls supposed to know that the sign that says pay online doesnt mean that? And $50 administrative fee per violation is ridiculous. This employee was rude and didnt even try to help me. She kept saying I was trying to avoid paying the tolls I owed. Not the case. I asked to speak to a manager. She said no one was available.
