      The card I had on file for my ************ ez pass expired the end of august and I didnt realize this and had gone through twice. When I called on September 14 to rectify this problem I paid 110 dollars to replenish my account and pay for the missed tolls. In the middle of December me and my husband started receiving text messages that ez nj ez pass had sent ** to a collection agency and that they want me to pay over 50 dollars. I thought this was a scam because what company sends text messages but nothing in the mail. When I called I was told ************ and New Jersey could fine me for me going over the bridge one time going one way? That statement and everything else I was told made absolutely no sense and on top of it they are trying to charge me over 50 dollars of a 5 dollar toll? That is just straight up robbing people and taking advantage of situation.

      For the past 3 months I have been trying to clean up issues with my son's account so I can add his vehicle to my account. He suffered a complete mental break down and for allowed his account to go negative causing the account to become disabled. Fees and tools have been accumulating. I have called several times with waiting time raging from just over 1 hours to well over 3 hours. I have paid all the fees and tolls based on an agreement reached. I was told that all the violations would be removed but it never happened causing additional issues. A company should not be allowed to threat customer this way. If they collected money, they should handle what they agreed to correct at least within 24

      I have several toll violations that I was charged for on my Ez Pass. The problem I am having is it is virtually impossible to speak with anyone on the phone to dispute Violations. I have called 2-3 times per week only to be left on hold for 1+ hour each time. This week when calling the number, Due to high volume it does not even connect.How is one with a full-time job supposed to dispute violations. What an understaffed and ineffective ******** govt agency.

      I do not have Easy Pass during the epidemic there was no toll booth collectors for a couple months my bill was over $5,000 I called them to try to work something out they pretty much called me a liar that there was always toll booth collectors I looked it up and they weren't there from March to *** they told me they will not help me out and there was always told collectors in New Jersey during the pandemic and it's just not true I'm trying to settle with them and they were just nasty and pretty much told me go s**** and they have my wrong address so I was not getting anything they sent to me they didn't have my apartment number

      9/18/2022 ** EZ Pass claims I failed to pay a toll on the *********************** in Cape May County, **. 10/3/2022 Received a letter telling of this supposed infraction. Followed directions for disputing the claim which included sending a $2 check for the toll that I supposedly didn't pay. I explained that 1. I don't have an EZ Pass 2. I thought this was a scam. 3. I paid a $2.00 toll and THE **** OPENED. 4. Was on hold for 40 minutes with no answer when I called.10/6/2022 ** EZ Pass cashed my check.early November Received ANOTHER letter for ** EZ Pass saying that I owe $25 for an administrative fee, and it is my last warning. l explained that they owe me $2., that directions were followed to dispute were followed, that I checked to be certain this is not a scam, that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and that it is their final warning to stop harassing letters.12/23/2022 Received a letter from a collection agency. Called the collection agency who only wanted to talk about whether or not I would be paying the $25 administrative fee. I called ** EZ Pass yet again and was on hold for at least 45 minutes with no answer.I want my $2. I want the harassment to stop. The toll was paid. I followed their dispute directions.

      I am the owner of a ** EZ Pass that is in good standing. I went through the ** toll and for some odd reason, my tag was not read. I never received a bill from ** EZPass. However, the toll bill was sent to Credit Collection Services. I have made several attempts to reach ** EZpass to pay this bill. The wait time is usually at least one hour. I waited for two hours and 35 minutes one time and still could not reach anyone. I have tried paying online by entering the violation numbers. It is saying that the violation does not exist. I would like to pay this toll. I am not responsible for a violation as I am not responsible for the effectiveness of the "tag reader". My tag should have been read.

      ez pass ** sent me a number of violations. they provide tel. numbers for customer ********************** and after spending hours on the phone have not reached anyone

      They do not answer the phone..2hr.plus wait on hold..Always issues, cant take payments..This goes in until its too late to waive the fees..Absolutely horrendous and unfair and bad bad business.

      In May, 2022 we had 2 unusual charges on our EZ pass bill. They are not affiliated with one of our EZ Pass transponders. I have submitted several online requests for explanations of the charges. The only response I get is an email saying it is resolved.On Sept. 10, 2022, I called and spoke to ****** at EZ Pass and she agreed it was an odd situation. She said she would issue a refund. That has not happened, and now I just got a new statement with another weird charge.We have attached copies of the bills.To date, these are the charges:Transaction Date Tag Number Charge 5/2/22 NJF50PRE $15 5/9/22 Fee Uuctdrbacmtp $ ***** 11/30/22 Fee Uuctdrbacmtp $ ***** We have 2 sedans and a mini van. We have no trailers or a boat or anything we tow. The charges are not affiliated with any of our devices. It should be an easy matter for EZ Pass to determine that this is an error but they do not appear to be interested in helping us in any way.If these are fees that we owe, we need to know what they are for. If they are an error, we would like to be reimbursed for $65. We would also like to know how we can handle this in the future should it happen again.If you can help us with any of this we would be very grateful.Sincerely,***** and *****************************

      To date, I have received a bill from ** EZ pass for more than $3,000 in administrative fees alone. The total cost of toll was only $167 which was paid. I am now left with a bill for the remaining balance and am still expecting a call back from them. I am receiving collection notices and continue to receive tickets for tolls while having positive balance on my ** EZ pass account. Family and friends from other States refuse to commute to ** for same reasons. They receive tickets after using NJ EZ pass. This is unfair, unjust and the system must be fixed!Also, the wait times are over 2 hours when trying to get a live person the phone. During such difficult *************** for everyone this is additional and unnecessary stress on families that must commute to work.
