      We returned ez pass #*********** to ** ez pass and it was acknowledged on Feb. 23, 2022. They did not credit our balance back to us so I called them in early June and was assured it took time to give a refund. Meanwhile they were still charging $1/ month against our balance@##$$ then this month on our credit card statement was a $25 charge to EZ pass to recharge the account we returned at the end of January! We told our credit card co.to refuse the charge, but we want our refund. We wonder how many people have had this happen!

      Received a violation notice on 12/13/2022 on violation happened on 11/24/2022. (T132292989133), was charged $100 "Admin Fee" because of "non-payment of tools". My auto replenish payment was last charged on 8/10/2022 and account became negative (-$1.70) on 11/20/2022. there has been no failed record of transaction or notice by email/mail. then I was charged for "violation" on 11/24/22 because of non-payment. my request (online) for explanation on what happened and waive the $100 admin fee was rejected with all my question unanswered. their phone line is not answered after 2 hours (despite they predicted 40 minutes wait time)

      It is extremely diffucult to get a hold of this large buisnesss that services hundreds of thousands of people.Average wait time to speak to someone is over an hour. and still waiting -

      I have a ezpass account and I tried to enter my transponder information and they are saying I can't use it for the charges and they are charging me the highest toll fees of ****** and have sent me to collections.I spoke with ezpass and they are telling my account is current.

      I received violations from EZ Pass **. The issues started with EZ Pass issuing a new transponder . In addition I changed my credit card that was compromised . I have tried on 8 separate occasions to speak to a customer rep at the number provided on my actually EZ Pass Tag and on posted on their website. After 30 day of waiting I went to the Camden location to resolve . I was told speak with a supervisor. Finally after the 8th call and waiting 4.5 hours on hold I spoke to a CSR, She told me their system was down and a supervisor would call me in less than 10 days. Today or 20 days later I received a call from an unprofessional supervisor telling me to pay . I proceeded to tell her I have had this account for 15 years and have never had an issue. I tried to explain that each time I tried to call and email with no response . Her response repeately was you need to pay the fines. I tried to tell her if someone responded promptly I would have this issues . There are no options here.. either pay all the violation or nothing . Do I have my credit card company fight with them as they have wore me out

      I got a text message saying that New Jersey EZ Pass had put my account in collections due to an unpaid tag fee. I never got a phone call, email or letter in the mail stating this, when I called the collection agency they said the only way to resolve it was to call New Jersey EZ Pass customer **********************. I have called three times each being on hold for almost two hours and no one picks up.I have also tried to log into my account to send an email or to try and pay the violation online, they have locked my account and the only way to resolve it is to call them but they do not pick up so it is becoming impossible to resolve this issue.I want the collection noticed taken off of my credit report and to be able to speak to someone with New Jersey EZ pass to resolve this issue.

      we have an account with EZPASS, how ever we could not update our billing info online or updated our account info, I I try to call but no one answered my called, then we received a collection letter I try to call and no one answered, I need to resolve the issue but , I can not get a hold of anyone.

      we have an e-zpass account that my husband opened several years ago account @2000 **********. i pay $1.00 per month using a **** credit card. I have two vehicles registered. On one vehicle i have changed the plates and need to update my account. I am unable to access the account due to the fact the i need to answer the challenge question as we don't remember the answer to the challenge question. i have called e-zpass twice to try to gain access but but cant answer question. on two occassions the representative has promised to send the answer in the mail but i have not received it. *****

      Hi -I am an active ** pass member and my vehicle is linked to my account. After driving from ** to DC, and using my ** pass, I received two invoices months later stating I owed money for the ** pass transactions. I filed the response stating I have an active account, and weeks later, I received two letters stating it was denied and I owed the toll fees and "service fees of $25 and $50". I attempted to contact ** pass around 10 times, and waiting for 1.5 hours one time trying to talk to a rep. I emailed them, and received a response a week later stating "Case Closed, Account Sent to Collections". I can not reach anyone from the business and they refuse to contact me back. I also have an active account and my license plate is registered, so no other state had an issue using my toll tag except **. I Paid the $99.45 invoice today just to stop this process, but as someone who followed their directions, it is very sad they are doing this to me.

      I am enrolled in a commuter plan for the Delaware Memorial Bridge. On 121/2022 at 5:09 AM, I was charged $12 for a toll in exit lane 11 when my toll should have been $1.25. I have tried to get a hold of EZ Pass but the wait times are over an hour to try to get a customer representative. My tag # is ***********
