      I closed my account with E-ZPASS a couple of months ago, sent them a letter asking to cancel and the tag back to them, after taking very long time, I waited on the phone for more than an hour, instead of send me a refund, around $28, they charged my account the amount they supposed to refund me.

      Ezpass has claimed I have 200 toll violations. I have sent them video proof of their tolls being broken and me just wasting my money throwing it in. They have sold my violations to CCS, a collections company. I have tried to fight these charges and I have gotten nowhere, not even a reply.

      ** Pass file # T032215032759: On June 30, 2022 I was traveling from South ** coming from Md. to home in ** so I went through many tolls.I have been an EZPass holder (Pa.) for 15 Years or more and always 100% in good standing with my CC on file.about a month later around 7/11/22 I received a letter from NY / ** Port Authority that I did not pay a toll, note that with the ****** miles +/- I drive a year this happens and I turn over the letter and disputed the late fee. note that 99% of the time the toll system just did not read my transponder. I called as well spoke to Pa. ** Pass my home account and they said call ** at ************ and I spoke to a person and he told me to pay $16.00 and I asked him to just deduct it from my credit card on file Ive done this before he said no, pay it with CC so I did that and today when I called the above number again the lady said I can see you that you did that but you should not have! I said I was told to but she said I didn't follow the rules and should have let EZPass just deduct it from my account!! I was furious and said it is your equipment that did not work and that all days before and after on June 30 my transponder worked fine, She said she is sending it up the ladder to have someone take a look and was sorry but nothing she could do.I paid the $16.00 and now they sent it to a collections agency called alliance one not due to anything I have done wrong the $50.00 they are collecting is a late fee when I paid on time but because I used a cc and not my Transponder number it did not get recorded so unknown to me that all this was a problem, two weeks ago I received a letter from collections (My credit score is 824) so this is a very real problem that my credit score can be effected and nobody at ** Pass will help me. Consumers have no other choice but to use ** Pass t so they do what they want too. The ** lady today said only in NY do they try to not credit the late fee, again I was not late! Thanks ****

      July 2, 2022 we came back from vacation in New Jersey. We have a ************ ez pass. A few weeks letter get a bill from both pa and ***********. I calle d the number on the bill for pa to see what was going on. They said the card was invalid, my card hooked up to the account had been hacked. So we got that fixed up and I was in good standing. I asked about the nj bill since the ez pass works there s well. The woman said since my acct was good and it automatically refills the nj ez pass would be taking their payment. So a few more weeks went by and then I got a bill with more fees . My bill is 9 dollars and its now 84. I have spent countless hours on hold w nj ez pass. You can never speak to anyone on the phone. I tried to do the online stuff but had so much trouble. Finally I received another bill with the fees again and on the back it has the info you put to appeal your case. I wrote everything I could on it and hadnt heard anything. I assumed it was taken care of and the fees were waived, however a few days ago I received a bill from collections. I called collections explained the situation and theres nothing they can do to get me in contact with ez pass. I even called pa to se did they had another phone number for them or anyway they could help on their end. Nothing!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I have spent so many hours getting no where. I submitted the form I called number plus times for hours at a time just sitting on hold. I am not paying the fee when I have been trying my best to get the bill straight since July when I received it. Please contact me or if you can have someone from ez pass nj contact me. My bill should be **** not ***** something. Please contact them and make them get some sort of customer ********************** where the people can speak with the customer ********************** ****************************** ************

      This past September, my husband drove through **. We have EZPass and have had it for more almost 10 years. He drove to *************. One of the toll booths neglected to scan our EZPass device. We were not informed until we received a $50 fine. My husband went on EZPassnj.com and filed a dispute. We thought it was over until we received a final notice for the $50 fine. This time I went on EZPassnj.com to file the dispute. The dispute would not go through. The website claimed it was too late for a dispute. My husband called and explained the situation. The person on the phone was ****. Told us to pay the fine or be sent to collections/have our registration suspended. He asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. He was told there was no one in charge for him to talk to. I went on the website once more to try to dispute. Nothing. I finally paid the $50 and checked the box that I wanted to leave feedback. There was no feedback survey sent. EZPassNJ are theives. They are criminals. If they stole $50 from us, they've done it to a lot of people. It's absolutely disgusting and 100% illegal. And of course I don't have the time and money to hire a lawyer to *** them for $50. So they win. They stole my money. And I have no recourse. Absolutely disgusting people and a disgusting company.

      I am an EZPASS customer in ************. I received a toll by mail from ** EZPASS which stated that I owed ***** in tolls and $100 in fees for two tolls I passed through and my EZ PASS was not recognized. I contacted ** EZPASS to let them know that I had an account and they said I could not transfer the toll charges until the final notice was given since I have a PA EZPASS account. I never received final notice and they sent it to a collections agency. That agency will not let me pay just the toll amount and I am unable to come to an agreement with ** EZPASS.

      There was an issue with my credit card causing my account to not automatically charge my card to make sure funds were available for tolls. I fell below the available funds needed and incurred many fees for violations int eh amount of $500 (approximately). This issue happened over the course of one month, and when I became aware of the situation, I quickly added funds via a new credit card. I requested to have the violation fees waived and was denied. It should not be this difficult to have fees waived when a customer has an active account and the error was innocent in nature.

      on 09/13/2022 I went through some tolls. I have not yet received any invoices for any of the tolls I went through. despite this fact, the ** **ZPass has issued me a toll violation. I NEVER received an invoice to pay any of my tolls. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I was able to dispute the charge but because I already disputed 1 violation I am not able to dispute the one I have now. I don't understand how I cannot dispute a violation when it is **ZPasses fault they never provided me with an invoice in the first place. I should not be held responsible for the negligence of the **ZPass company.

      I received this statement and two violations. I called Ez pass customer ********************** on **/4 /22 in attempt to resolve my account issues and I was told this account #************ is not registered under my name nor the address so they could not help me. It is contradicting I received this statement with my name, address and account number and when I call EZ pass, they can not find the same information. My name and address recently changed as appeared on the violation. I gave that information too but could not help. I was told this account #above is link to a different address since 2015which I don't know because I have lived at ****************************** in ********************************* since 2008 and I registered my EZpass under this address. Therefore, EZpass customer ********************** not able to help me due to this account is registered with a different address and the statement I received states otherwise. I believe my account is compromised EZpass threaten me with collection and to compromise my driver's license while I want to resolved the issues. I had automatic debit for my EZPASS account. However, I suspected that my account has been compromised and I canceled the automatic debit. I had $35left on the account and its minus $1.42 now. I need help to cancel this account and solve the two violations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.******* *************************
