On 10/04/2022, I called ** PASS in regard to two violations i have received and to review my account. I gave them my account number number *************, the ** tag number, license place, name and address *************************, address ************************************************************* and yet the customer ********************** I talked to could not retrieved any information link to this name and address and my name and address are correct on my statement I received FROM **-PASS. I have lived to that address when i applied for ezpass since 2008, but i was there is another address link to this account ****************************************************************** I recently moved to ************************************************************** on 05/2022 and name change ***************************** which the two violations have the correct name and address from the statement i received but still the EZPASS customer ********************** told none of these information link to this account above. I want to address my EZPASS account issues and address those two violations but i could not get help due to another address link to this account which i dont know. I want to know how i am receiving statement with correct name, address, and account number above so when i called Ez pass, they can not find the same information from my statement. I do not want my driver's license to be compromise as they already threaten me with collection and license suspension. I need help?? I have EZ pass tag in my vehicle plate number BF47312. I have received letter from collections services and that shouldn't be the case. Seems that you had technical issues. please correct amount and charge my ez pass account. I shouldn't be charged for late fees or any violations since I have your tag. I already spoke in the past with rep from EZ pass and according to her the issue was fixed. however, still receiving letters and every time I try to speak to agent waiting for more than hour and phone gets disconnecting. We are in receipt of complaint #******** for ************************************ Unfortunately the violation fees are all legitimate. Customers are not supposed to drive through the **ZPass lanes without the proper funds on their account. After researching it was determined than *********************************** ** **ZPass account had a negative balances during the time of violation. *********************************** would need to pay the tolls due to have administrative fees waived. I have an ezpass account #********* for many years and I never had an issue. A few months ago I got a letter that I owed tolls, and I called EZpass and they applied owed tolls to my account, and said they would waive the fees. Now I got another letter in the mail stating I owe over $2,000 in tolls and fees. I recently moved, so I don't believe I am getting all my mail but I would have addressed this right away. I am looking to pay all tolls owed only without any surcharges and added fees.Initial Complaint

Six times over a period of one week at the end of July 2022, somehow my EZPass payment did not register when I passed through toll plazas on ************* and the ******************************************. I received six violations, each with a fine attached. I sent proof that I had a valid EZpass with a positive balance and paid the owed toll amount, while disputing the violations. They have not responded. They are unreachable on the phone. A recording says they are unable to take calls. Now, two months later, without response from ** EZPass, I am receiving in the mail "final notice" statements and threats that my licence will be suspended and the account will be sent out to a collection agency. I have had ongoing problems with ezpass. I get weekly fines and bills from ez pass even tho I pay their tolls mostly with exact change and it doesnt register with the machine resulting in a fine of $50 plus the toll. I also have gotten fines and collections notices for tolls I have paid online. I try to resolve these issues but ezpass says I owe them $8000 for about $500 worth of tolls that have mostly been due to their broken system that Im forced to drive thru daily multiple times. Id like them to take care of this issue and stop charging me for their negligence with their system.Initial Complaint

I keep receiving notices from ** EZ-Pass about unpaid tolls from about a year ago. I have called EZ-Pass multiple times as I am a customer and it should have come out of my account. Each time you call you must wait on hold no LESS THAN an hour. I finally reached a human, they agreed to waive fees, but they don't take payments over the phone unless you are on a landline and no pay online options. I never received a statement with the new amount. There is no e-mail contact, only fax. I typed this up very clearly with all of my information and faxed it to them - no response. Now I am in collections and they claim that they cannot remove the fees, which I am unwilling to pay since I have been an EZ-Pass member in good standing this entire time. I am also not sitting on hold for hours when that never resolved my issues. I want the fees removed and for them to get their act together - completely unacceptable business practices.Initial Complaint

** Ez Pass sent invoices to my home in ***** stating that I had accumulated charges in New Jersey. I called and explained to them that a) I have never owned the vehicle in question and b) I have NEVER been to New Jersey. I just received a letter from a collection agency that works for ** EZ Pass. I sold my Dodge Charger in January 2022 to ************* in ******** **. I received multiple mail stating I was in New Jersey turnpike with my Dodge Charger. I have submitted all the appropriate documentation of bill of sale to the dealership. I have sent them my license plate number in which I took from the Dodge Charger and put on my new vehicle/ I sent a certified letter from the county clerks office stating the vehicle and license plate shown in the picture are not mine. I have sent this via their website and faxed the forms on several occasions. They keep replying that I am not showing the documentation and they have now sent this to a bill collector. They can look up the tag that is on the charger and find out it does not belong to me. I have my old license plate. They state they look at the vin number and its under my name but in fact according to the county clerk I am not the registered owner. I am not paying for something that I did not do. I have never been to New Jersey either. I have attached the bill of sale that shows the sale of the Charger and the date of sale. I want them to cancel the debt thats not mine and get the bill collector to stop sending forms and calling.Initial Complaint

I am receiving non payment notices from the *********** EZ Pass violations bureau, I am receiving these notices because I need to update my credit card info on their website. I am unable to log into their site due to a technical issue on their side. I have reached out to ** EZ pass via the phone numbers they provide ************* and ************). These numbers either give the message that they are experiencing high volume calls or the prompts do not lead to any source for resolution. I have written to them at the address provided but have not gotten a response. I do not want to have an issue with my credit or obtaining access to US roadways due to this issue. I would like to have some advisement on how to proceed.
