      The whole system seems to be a intentional mess. On hold as I type this for 1 hour and 2 minutes after spending 35 minutes on hold with the Delaware ez pass then being told quickly - DE cannot help because its a ** transponder / puck. The notice came from DE with a notice #, phone # et al... this is very odd. Stopped in the DE ez pass office at the *************** - they said puck works even though I get notices... It works at the *************** location one week and on the same trip it sends a violation at the Dover toll scanning area... same day 45 minutes later. EZ pass has a number of class action lawsuits Currently it looks like the ******** case is the largest.! WAIT as I am typing a recording came on and just said no one is available to help and to call later AND HUNG up @ the 1 hour 6 minute ******* This is my 4th call this month with no answer.

      ** EZ PASS sends violations because I use a ** EZ PASS & ** EZ PASS won't recognize that & Lie by saying I don't have funds to cover a $2.00 toll. Now ** EZ PASS sent my violations to a debt collector. End result is I now have to sue ** EZ PASS for their incompetence.

      Based upon my experience, and the comments below, I don't think this is incompetence, but rather graft at its finest. Is this how the state makes money, by making it impossible for anyone to dispute a toll violation? I had the battery in my transponder fail. The other three states either waived or did not charge me an admin fee, but they also had people answering the phones or, their website worked. I have attempted to talk to someone since the end of November without any success. And when I tried to use their website, it told me that my violation number was inaccurate; same violation number that their self service by phone said is valid, but then wouldn't accept my credit card number and at one point read back the expiration date back to as ****** which was six months, and one year different from what I had said. Don't try entering information via your keypad as that doesn't work either they just push you into the queue to speak to a human which never happens. That they continue to have open "telephony issues" sounds pretty phony to me.

      If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ive been on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes. I have an EZ pass account and submit a dispute that was denied for an unknown reason. No one answers the phone but I get letters threatening collections. My husband also received a ticket for a truck that he sold. We mailed in the deed of sale and they denied it! HOW CAN WE TALK TO SOMEONE?!?

      ******* that works there in customer ********************** is the biggest c*** I ever spoke to. Ez pass is nothing but criminals charging 50 dollar fees on two dollar tolls after never informing you your pass was empty to begin with. Honestly cant wait for this company to shut down one day. They straight up rob people. The fees arent even legal anymore in ** and yet theyre still charging me fines, goes against my eight amendment right. So much for constitutional rights huh

      I wish i could give 0 star rating! their customer ********************** representative is rude asf!!! she even hung up on me when i wasnt done talking! I wasnt yelling or saying anything rude I just said i wish she would explain to me more and be more friendly. she was aggressive after that! i still have questions and she didnt bother to talk!! the rudest customer ********************** i've ever encountered! and how do they add a 50$ admin fee to a 2.50$ toll????? they said they can only take it out one time but this billing was the same day and they decided to do it separately so they get to bill me another 50$??????? come on they should be out of business!!!!

      Ezpass ** is the biggest scammers. Their ******************** toll booth plaza was not working properly the toll was being deducted from my Ezpass ** account yet they they started sending me fines for $50 administrative fees even though the funds were getting deducted from my account. I reached out to customer ********************** by ************ with copies of statements showing proof of the deducted payments to no avail. The customer ********************** representatives are robots with no common sense. Highway robbers!

      Rude customer **********************. Outrageous fee for violation, although I called and they told me I need to wait for the violation letter and to continue going through the ez pass.I received the letter and called and they said they only waive ****************************************** to keep driving through the ez pass with the toll unpaid. My other ez pass tags worked properly. Stuck with a $1,500 fee. I called 7 times and only spoke to someone 3 times. I waited at least 1 hour minimum for each conversation. Tried to get a supervisor to call me 2 times. First one, it rang once and they hung up and I had to do it again. Second one, I missed so I had to do it again. Third time I called, finally got a supervisor named *******. Told me I have to pay and its my fault. I tried to explain the situation and he hung up. Wasted 15 working hours of my life trying to deal with these people. Awful company.

      EZ Pass is literal highway robbery. I am a brand-new customer and never received my transponder. I have more than 2 hours on the customer ********************** phone line and haven't been able to speak to anyone. This fraudulent company should be defunct.

      This is ridiculous been on hold for 1hr and 20mins and counting said it was only going to be 40 minutes they mustnt want their money!!!!! I could do it online but I already paid some and the account isnt up to date so I need to speak to someone to find out exactly what I owe! This is terrible service hire more ppl ppl need jobs!
