      I mistakenly took a bridge route using EZ Pass in New Jersey- I saw that there was an exit lane at the end of the bridge and that the lane going straight noted it was a toll lane. I took the exit lane not marked as a toll and turned around. I used the *********** and was charged all the tolls. I checked my account and saw I was charged the bridge toll. I called EZ Pass to dispute it and explained that I feel I was charged twice for only one route that I took because I turned around and since the bridge toll was so expensive, could I have a credit or partial credit.The EZ Pass Customer ********************** rep was rude and said they don't give credits for mistakes and I made the mistake so I had to pay the toll no matter what.I said I understood they don't make exceptions but at least would like my feedback heard to at least be more understanding to their loyal and paying customers and at least off one-time credits or one-time exceptions.It's all over the news now how so many people have fake license plates and ********************** loses billions in tolls. Really? And they couldn't credit me $13. ?I do not feel like EZ Pass treats their customers well or has good customer **********************. The automated phone line wait was over 40 minutes, ******* was rude, I didn't feel like a valued customer and the lack of customer ********************** or understanding makes me resent the company.

      If I could rate this "service" a zero, I would. Literally, highway robbery. I have a SunPass (********* version of EZ Pass), that is supposed to work on the roadway. The lady at the booth would not even listen that I had funds on my SunPass and had checked before I left my AirBNB that it would work on this roadway. By the time I got the bills, they had added $50 to each ticket...I was only on the roadway for one entrance and exit. I am not sure how I received 2 fines. I will not be using the toll roads in this area. They are ridiculous. I'm not one to *** people, but I hope they get ***d.

      ** EZ Pass is one of if not the biggest scam of the century. In the last two years I have had to call **** times with disputes from them mailing me bills while charging my account or not charging my account and then suddenly flooding my mailbox with violations. You always have to wait at least an hour to talk to anyone and once they do answer you are met by the most miserable employees ever who are never able to actually help you. I am fully convinced these people are hired to sit there and listen to the phones ring. My first year living in this state I had some helpful employees who would always fix the issues no problem. Today I after calling three times and the third time finally waiting over an hour to talk to someone I was treated by a woman who instantly seemed as if she was mad at me for calling. This is your job darling, if you do not like it get a new one. I then asked her to transfer me to her supervisor who was also not helpful and we got into a yelling match because she decided to talk to me as if I was her child basically telling me to shut up and listen to her. Her name is ****** and her employee number is ******. I then called PA EZ Pass and they answered on the first ring and were so polite. DO NOT GET A ** EZ PASS. I would really love to see reports of exactly where all the money that the toll roads generate through these scams actually goes because if its going to pay these workers you might as well be incinerating bags of money. These companies are truly useless. The roads all look like s*** and they make you jump through so many hoops to get fees taken off that most people bite the bullet and just pay.

      This company is horrific! I never write a review unless its positive but this calls for action. I could not get through for months.....was on hold for 40 minutes....3 TIMES and then disconnected. I could not log on to the website to update my credit card. I was charged fees and so I disputed them because I HAVE EZPASS....Finally got through and was told that since I disputed a charge I could not add a new credit card FOR A YEAR> and I had to mail in checks.....I mailed in 4 checks for my tolls I owed and they cashed all of them on the same day. One check for over 100$ was cashed and WAS NOT POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT> I dont know where the money went or is currently but I am not sending another DIME to these thief's.Also the way you get someone to pick up is to click the button that says you want to open a new account.....they are certain to pick up those calls.Not worthy of a tenth of 1 star.

      Disgusting my son drives to work 3 times a week pays for the toll and a month later I stay getting tickets that he passed the ezpass lane so I told him get a recipe beciase I was on ft with him 5 times and I noted time and day he paid and I still got a summons to pay for something he already paid for there stealing from people who already paid and Im sick of it Im reporting them asap there disgusting and someone has to put and end to this abuse that they have on drivers and when you call it on the phone for more then 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up there customer ********************** is DISGUSTING who ever is in charge needs to go back to school apparently he or she does not know what they are doing in hiring these people but Im going to call corporate and complain Im also going to go higher then that to make sure they stop the abuse of charging even when you already paid

      I got a notification to make a payment for a negative balance but when I tried to make a payment online the system locked me out and prevented me from making a payment. The system asked me to call their support number and I called multiple times waiting for more than 45m. Their system is terrible in preventing me from logging in and making a payment and then sending me to collection for being unable to make a payment. Their customer support mentioned they are unable to take any complaints or feedback so their bad business practice will continue. I asked to speak to a manager and of course the manager wasn't unavailable. This is for a $11.12 bill. They need to revamp their system to allow customers to pay their bills no matter if the account is suspended or not.

      I received several violations with a 50 fee attached for each. I called and was on hold for over one hour. I have an ezpass. They would not wave the fees. This is a complete ripoff. There should be legislation against this.

      The whole system seems to be a intentional mess. On hold as I type this for 1 hour and 2 minutes after spending 35 minutes on hold with the Delaware ez pass then being told quickly - DE cannot help because its a ** transponder / puck. The notice came from DE with a notice #, phone # et al... this is very odd. Stopped in the DE ez pass office at the *************** - they said puck works even though I get notices... It works at the *************** location one week and on the same trip it sends a violation at the Dover toll scanning area... same day 45 minutes later. EZ pass has a number of class action lawsuits Currently it looks like the ******** case is the largest.! WAIT as I am typing a recording came on and just said no one is available to help and to call later AND HUNG up @ the 1 hour 6 minute ******* This is my 4th call this month with no answer.
