      I definitely feel like I'm being scammed. On 10/17/2023, I passed through a toll and by the time I made it to my destination I checked my account and noticed that there was no deduction from my account balance. I figured the charge was pending. A little over a month later, I received a bill for my toll charge with a $50 fee attached as well. I checked my account only to see that Ezpass never charged my account for this toll. I have been trying to call for days to dispute this issue because I cannot do it online. Still to this day, I am unable to speak with anyone from customer ********************** or the violation department. I would be on hold for at least 1 hour or until I would hang up and try again only to be unsuccessful again and again. NONE OF THIS IS FAULT OF MY OWN.

      This New Jersey passing is not for people they over charged for not I have ez pass from ******** and they still have charge bills is $10 Over for $50 more for not good New Jersey

      Customer ********************** @ ** ********************** is terrible, submitted an online request about a month ago...never received a response! Any time I have called (about four times within last 30 days), was on hold for ***** minutes (one case 54 minutes) and hung up.There is no ** EZPASS customer **********************, its doesn't exist. I cancelled my account online AND SWITCHED to NY EZPASS (I am a New Jersey resident).

      Switched my credit card and forgot to update the file. Just got a notice in the mail but I have 5 violations - each with a $50 penalty. I can't resolve online. I've spent over an hour with customer **********************. This feels like a scam and is not acceptable.

      WOW, 1 out of 5 RATING, no changes are seen. BBB useless. EZ PASS ** you're the worse. Your customer ********************** is terrible, helpless and careless.All I have for you is Hate. If you charge people those outrageous administration fees. Show them some respect. Hire more representees and try to help instead of making people pay you for your imperfection.Lat people dispute violations and appeal the disputes. Send out letters in days not in almost 3 Months.

      Hour plus holds for customer ************************'m being held responsible for a toll that failed to read my EZpass device, while other tolls were successfully collected on the same day. No attempt has been made to deduct the funds from my EZpass account to pay for the toll. They claim the violation is still in the dispute process, but threaten to send the bill to collections. They have the ability to mail threatening paperwork, but not to collect tolls. Asked to speak to a manger, and the call was disconnected. EZpass ** has utmost disdain for their customers.

      I received multiple violations starting a month ago for unpaid tolls despite my plate being linked to my account/tag. Never had an issue with them using my plate to charge the account until now. I disputed the first violation and they removed the admin fee after matching my plate to the account. Then why do they continue to send violation notices for the same plate every time I use the tpke???? There is no customer **********************. Wait times always exceed 45min and the automated menu does not work (entering one of the valid options is an 'invalid' selection). What's going on with ** ezpass?????

      What exactly is going on with NJ ez pass. You keep directing everyone to dispute or pay tickets online but what happens if we have questions or concerns? This is the second time I receive a violation notice for a toll that I know I had my ez pass on for. On the first one I waited more then 50 days to respond and so I paid that one but now I have another within a 3 week time span and Im trying to dispute it because I am ez pass account holder for NY and have been for over 8 years. The note states in small letter that you have 3 days to add your vehicle to your account but my vehicle has been listed on my account for the past 4 years, which is how long I have owned it for. I call to speak to a representative, I was quoted at **************************************************************************************** the office is closed and to try again tomorrow. Terrible!!! And this needs to get fixed because we are all citizens who pay our dues. I have been traveling in and out of jersey for the past 8 years and I have never had trouble with addressing a violation and having it directed to my account. Since covid, nobody is apparently working in the office now, so now everything is directed to online. At least offer an agent or online helper just encase we have questions. I wish I can give this place 0 stars!!!

      Set up account, paid $25 fee for the account then put a balance on it. Wasn't given the account number but a reference number that is unusable to access my account, I'm still waiting for the device in the mail, it's been a month it never came - but those funds did get withdrawn from my account. I was then sent a bill for a toll violation, when I always stop to pay at the toll booth. I was also charged a $50 admin fee so now I'm waiting for over an hour on the phone with no end in sight. This is a scam if I ever saw one. App doesn't work, they take money to set up accounts that you don't have access to and you are charged exorbitant administration fees for made up violations. Then put onto a never ending phone que if you want to dispute the violation or gain access to your account.

      Ive been receiving toll by plate violations that have amounted to over $600 when I have an easy pass. ** easy pass will not accept ticket number in order to pay. I travel through ** for work everyday and I have been getting these fees every time I go through. You can never get anyone on the phone and Customer ********************************************* always has a line out of the door down the street with people going through the same thing. This is not fair
