    Bought 4 packs of socks in men’s large (9.5-11.5), I wear a size 10 shoe. All of them were too small. Requested a return due to this issue and ended up paying $20 in “restocking fees.”

    Top of the return policy page says “FREE Shipping, Returns & Exchanges for purchases made on orthofeet.com only” and that’s also all over the site. Why would anyone feel the need to read all the fine print when “Free shipping, returns, and exchanges” is everywhere.

    Got $79 back instead of $103.

    Didn’t realize I was making a charitable donation.

    Highly recommend looking elsewhere for socks.

    Do not order these! I ordered them for work as I am on my feet all day, well , they do not have a wide toe box, and they are nothing special, I contacted the company immediately and have had no response what so ever, communication is non existent, I emailed several times, don’t waste your money.

    It does appear that they respond on here but that doesn’t change things in my opinion.

    I ordered a pair of shoes in February that did not fit, and I immediately sent them back after printing their return label. I kept calling to see why I was not refund it and they said they never got the shoes. I had gone to my post office twice now just to see if by chance the box was somewhere there. I finally emailed them again today to have them check again and they said they have received them and they will credit me my money. This is since February. I told them to take a photo of the shipping label so I could show my post office since Orthofeet Said they just now got them a few weeks ago. It did not take two months to get there. I also asked why they never contacted me when they got the shoes in and they wont answer me.

    I love Orthofeet! So far, I have the slippers (uh-mazing!) and a pair of boots. I love the extra insoles to improve fit, which helped the boots fit even better! And the slippers are great for keeping my arches happy when I stand in the kitchen making dinner, etc. (I do wish the liner was removable, though - they're going to be way too warm for summer use, alas.) I've also had a great experience with customer service - my first order, I missed the spot to insert my intro promo code, and they gave me a refund of the 15% I would've saved. Awesome!

    I ordered a pair of sanabel shoes that were advertised for wear with bone spur on top of my foot. They said they offer a 60 day trial. Well that is false. I wanted to return and they will not honor their statement. The shoes hurt my feet and I cant wear them . I wasted $129. I really cant afford it as I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income.

    They have screwed up my orders so many times I can't believe multiple times! I have unbelievably received a $105 pair of the wrong style shoe, 2 sizes too big in the wrong color -- HOWEVER, they were in a box which showed the correct shoe, in the right color and size! My husband called customer service who didn't sound particularly surprised when he told her what happened. I asked for a refund on the wrong ********** suggested that since I already paid for the right (i.e. pricier) shoe, it would make more sense to just use the money already paid to cover the correct shoe *those easy slip ons called Kitas that look like lace *** but are slip ons". They arrived, were very uncomfortable and were also returned, so we await the refund for them. I found an unopened pair of $49 Orthofeet orthotic inserts in my closet, had no use for them & would return for a refund. Her answer? "We have no record of your purchase so could not refund you for the return". Her suggestion was to buy a 1/2 size larger of ******** returns and use the extra inserts to customize them for that pair. . .except she didn't say it with that intelligence. VIONICS are MUCH BETTER SHOES, I'M DONE, DONE, DONE WITH ORTHOFEET, WHAT A RIP-OFF, PAIN IN THE "A" COMPANY!!!

    Prior to the 6 month warranty period. I called orthofeet about my shoe cracking. They said send a picture. The picture shows a big hole in the toe. Also everytime I walk if there is dew out my feet get soaked. They said this was normal wear even though it was under Warranty, customer service said they would do nothing. I have bought several of your shoes in the past and have not had a problem, only with my blue sprint tieless 10 2e. Order 3258891.Please address my problem as I hate to switch to another company.

    GREAT Company! People below are reveiwing the other company orthofit! Please do not listen to those reveiws. This company is amazing and the shoes are great! If you do not like the fit or color they will take care of you. Just give them a call and be kind. Kindness goes a long ways.
