If I could leave a review of no stars, I would. Bought a pair for my son who has JRA, bunions and hammertoes. These made his feet worse! Every time he wore them (twice) he got blisters that went down almost to the bone. Bought a pair for myself, and within 2 weeks my feet were killing me so bad that I had to go to a podiatrist and be treated for plantar fasciitis. Never again will I ever waste my money buying these shoes. I honestly believe that they write their own good reviews. Wish I would have done more searching to find out the real truth before being out so much money for c*** shoes.Orthofeet

I bought the Kita hands free. After 3 weeks of wearing them (2 weeks of normal every day wear and 1 week heavy vacation walking in Seoul), these shoes are definitely not for me and I wish I had done more research before buying. Pros: arch support insole was great for my high arches, water resistant fabric kept my feet dry through a rain storm, were very easy to take on/off during airport security, customer service was quick to respond to questions I had prior to ordering and shoes arrived quickly. I also liked that they came with removable insoles though you can't wear them without any insoles so good luck. Cons: shoes are heavy and make your feet very hot, the wide toe box is a joke and I ended up with a really bad blister on one of my toes (I never get that with other shoes and I do not have wide feet), laces would not stay tied unless you double tie them, there is virtually no padding so you feel EVERY bump you step on, they made my foot/leg issue way worse!!!, there is no way (that I can find) to leave a review on their website which probably explains why there's so many "5 star reviews", by the end of a week walking around Seoul I seriously started to despise these shoes and dreaded putting them on. I really wanted to like the shoes but to be honest my Asics which are about the same price are WAY better than these shoes in terms of comfort. I definitely will not be buying more.Orthofeet

If I could give 0 stars it be more appropriate! They have THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I checked on my shoes and the tracking said the shoes were delivered on 4/17/2023. I have checked with all of my neighbors, no one has seen them! When I contacted customer service they said my order was delivered to the address on my order which was the wrong order! I told them that wasn't my order and AGAIN the said sorry order was delivered there's nothing else that can be done....again a different name and address, not my order and now they won't respond at all. Tried calling the number for customer service and they hung up on me and won't answer my call!! I have never had this awful customer service in my life!!Orthofeet

The shoes I bought have a hard bottom and the first day I wore them, I rolled my foot and put a place on it and was unable to wear them,That place is still on my foot. I put the shoes ** in my closet and totally forgot about them. I reached out to CS but they will not refund my money because it was over 60 days. I pointed out that their warranty states 60 day wear and that their web site also states, walk comfortable or return for a ful refund. Now I did not Wear them but part of a day and I cannot Walk comfortably in them, but they say I still cannot get my money bad. This is False Advertising.Orthofeet

My walking shoes were worn out so I saw an online advertisement for Orthofeet and gave them a try. I first followed the online flow chart to figure out what shoes I should have for knee pain and ordered the ****** This was not a great feel but I continued to use them. Shortly later I ordered three other pairs in a different style. I took these on a trip and not only did my feet hurt but other parts of my legs so Im not sure that I was unable to walk without excruciating pain! I contacted the company and returned all three shoes but was stunned in how they were so painful to wear. The window closed on returning the first pair so I still have those and use them but I cannot believe how uncomfortable all of these shoes are. **************** has been kind of sketchy when I have tried to reach out for help. I frankly dont know how they stay in business given some of the other reviews that I have seen the shoes are imported so their quality is probably related to that aspect dont buy from this company. I have had slippers that I only wear in the house for a year and the suede on to ripped. They will not replace and told me to go to a shoe repair store if I wanted them repaired. They take no responsibility for their products to last beyond 6 months. I won't be shopping with them again.Orthofeet

I ordered my regular size (9) and the heel cup did not match or fit my actual heel. I kept the size 9 and ordered a smaller size (8.5) to compare the different sizes. The 8.5 did not match my heel cup either and I noticed a difference in height in the heel pad covering. Wondering what country these are made in?Orthofeet

I purchased a pair of boots in Oct 2022. In Mar 2023 one of the d-ring eyelets snapped when I was lacing them up. I emailed Orthofeet a photo. They responded that the 6 months warranty period had passed and all they were prepared to do was send a replacement d-ring that I shall have to install myself. I replied pointing out that Oct 2022 through Mar 2023 was within their 6 months window. No response.Orthofeet

Just bought a pair of Kita (hands free) sneakers, rose colored. They were shipped quickly and arrived nicely packaged. Not only were the shoes included, but a set of arch boosters and two different thickness inserts to help the shoe fit perfectly. I tried the shoes on without any additional inserts and they fit great. I ordered a wide and was amazed at how much toe room I have. I was happy with the fit, so as of now, I did not put in any inserts. I did, however, add the arch boosters as my arches are very high and where I have the most pain. They made the shoe reach the highest point of my arch and were so comfy when walking. The insert that comes with the shoe is removable and they sit nicely underneath. So far, I am in love with them!Orthofeet
