    This is surely a bogus company! My car has been at repair shop 1 month. Approval was given to do the work on my 2016 Buick Lacrosse by your adjuster, work is complete, paperwork sent to you,completion was signed by you, but still no payment has been made to the repair shop. I need my car and reimbursement of all my payments . Please send the payment I need my car. If you're bankrupt and can't pay say so...if you are out of business say so. I've called every number on your booklet, no one answers, I have emailed with no response. Do something please!!!!!

    Very concerned about this company. I work for a repair facility and this is not how starting claims should work and I've handled a lot of them. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. Will approve work and never give you payment. Never game me a claim number, labor totals or approved totals- huge red flag! How can you approve something and not give the shop totals..? I've called the phone numbers they give me multiple times and keep getting the directory department who cant seem to properly direct anyone. keep getting the same answers over and over. Please do not use this fake company. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

    2008 Chevrolet Uplander:My mechanic and I have been calling their ***************** for nearly a week! The phone continuously keeps ringing! Afterwards, I call customer service to see if they could assist me and get to *****************! Their response was thats a different department! I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and they wanna BS amongst the matter! Im 60 years old! I have issues with my legs I should NOT be climbing FOUR FLIGTS OF STAIRS to catch the elevated train to go to work! Yesterday, I had to miss a day due the pain in my legs! I was nearly in TEARS! Because of these jokers! FTR, these jokers did NOT pay him for the last service rendered to my minivan! Hes also ****** with them, too!

    I have been a consumer with this company and they have been faithfully withdrawing payments from my account almost a year. I took my vehicle in for repairs last Monday 07/15/2024 to my dealership and to this date I am still waiting on approval status. Calling number provided; no answer and if someone does answer they say 3rd party. This is bad customer service and I will not recommend them to anyone. If. Palmer Warranty cannot help me; I would like all my auto bank drafts reimbursed and I can take my vehicle elsewhere for better services. My name is *****************************. Also currently driving a rental car paying out of pocket $50/ day and my vehicle is still sitting on dealership parking lot waiting on approval.

    Palmer Administrative Services does not pay for services. I have been waiting on my truck for 2 weeks. They told chevrolet what they were going to pay. I told them to go ahead and do the work. We are still waiting for them to pay their part. The claim department never answer the phone or emails. I have missed all my heart appointments and i can not get around. Why pay for a service that will not work for you.

We reached out to the repair facility to discuss alternative options, including sourcing a used transfer case.On May 30, 2024, we received confirmation from the repair facility that they would look into a used unit and submit an estimate. Approval for direct pay in the amount of $1085.01 was sent on the same day.June 3, 2024, our representative attempted to follow up with the repair facility but was unable to reach the advisor and left a message for a callback.On June 10, 2024, we made multiple attempts to contact the repair facility. We were informed that the previous advisor, ****, was no longer available, and we left a voicemail for the new advisor, *****************************.We also provided approval and instructions for direct pay on June 10, 2024, for both the blower motor and the transfer case.Customer Support:We regret that you experienced difficulties reaching us.
