  I would never do business with this company. They just take your money and wont give you your money back when you try to cancel. Two notarized letters and still said no refund . I read the bad reviews and still got the warranty . ********************* with Palmer adm. they will not give you your money back and will find a reason not to pay for services on your car . Dont do it they are a rip off and rude lady B who is so unprofessional. They are the worst company .

  This company does not know the meaning of customer service. Everything is put off on another department. I called to cancel my service agreement in January. Yes in the book it tells you what to do. I called to confirm what needs to be done with customer service. They told me what needs to be done gave me the address of where to send it. I sent it there. I called back to check on it in February. They said I didnt have the correct information on there. I need it notarized and that I sent it to the incorrect address so I got all the information again resent it. The letter was sent on March 23 now Im calling today well I called on 19 July. I spoke with ***** and he says the finance team is out to lunch and they will call me back. Never received a call back. so Im calling today which is August 1 and I spoke with ****** at first and shes reading to me that it was postmarked on the 24th said it was sent to the wrong address when it was put to the right address they didnt receive it to April 5 therefore they deny the refund all of this is not from my mistake. Its poor information that was given to me and now Im out of money that was due to me and nobody wants to listen to me about the procedures that was doing I keep getting this information of. Im doing what the upper management says so I asked to speak to upper management and I was told I could not speak to them by ******. I was told by ****** that I could not speak to them that they were reading information that was being put. I guess in the system I dont know but this does.

  If I could select minus on stars that's what I would select. This Palmer auto extended warranty is a bunch of crap! After paying over $3000 on it, they are giving me the run around about not fixing the ** on my ****** Sienna van. They only want to cover a little over $600 for replacing the compressor. That amount includes labor!They are refusing to pay up anything over that. They are not returning my calls. Thing is the warranty expires in a few weeks. I have been sending email after email and all they respond is the repar shop was sent an approval. The repair shop is not accepting their offer. What am I supposed to do?

  I would love to give them zero stars at this point. They gave an approval for a repair to be made on my 2015 ***** Suburban and then when the repair shop called for payment they couldn't get ahold of them. I tried calling and was on hold for 1 hr and 49 min to no avail. I then called the company I went through to purchase this warranty and they told me that this company was an A rated company but they don't know what happened that they aren't paying claims anymore, and refunded me initial payment. I was then told to go to my bank and dispute every monthly charge since my initial payment. Please DO NOT use this company as a warranty for your vehicle.

  On march 24th i canceled my policy from palmer and i am still awaiting for my refund it is now july 21 th i am still waiting. Next move with be a lawyer

  TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY TERRIBLE.NO ANSWER WHEN CALLING. ONE TIME CALL CONNECTED TO AN AGENT WHO'S ANSWERS WERE "I DON'T KNOW" SENT AN EMAIL TODAY BEFORE TAKING ADDITIONAL STEPS TO RECTIFY THIS. PELNF477095 UNABLE TO REACH THEM BY PHONE. FOR SEVERAL MONTH NOW I AM TRYING TO FIND A REPAIR SHOP , EVEN 70 MILES FROM ME.NOT A SINGLE SHOP WOULD ACCEPT PALMER WARRANTY. A FEW SHOPS EVEN REFUSED FURTHER DISCUSSION WITH ME ONCE I MENTIONED PALMER.ALL I WANT IS PALMER TO ADVISE WHERE I CAN FIND A REPAIR SHOP THAT WILL GUARANTEED WORK WITH ME AND ESPECIALLY WITH PALMER.

  My name is *****************************. I have a 2016 ******* Santa Fe, thats been in the shop waiting for someone from this Palmer administration service. To give them the ok to work on the vehicle. I have been trying to get a hold of some guy named ******* a so called claims manager for over 3 months now all I get is a full voicemail and a claims department that dont answer the phone I have put to much money into this company to be ignored. This is very unprofessional. I recommend that one buy anything this company sells to you. Dont fall into this scam. That is just what this is nothing but a scam. I have stopped payment to them. They will get no more out of me.

  This is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANY KIND OF ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are with ***** FINANCING for your automobile protection plan ******************************************************************** Another address is: auto service **** ******************************************************************************* they dont pay claims. Its a rip off.

  This is by far the worst unprofessional warranty company I've ever been through. I will never purchase from this company again and I advise no one else not too as well. I filed a claim back in May 2023 for my 2015 ****** Sentra SV. My car has been sitting at *************** ****** for a month now. They sent an ajuster out to check the car but No one in the claims department will answer the phone. I been calling them for weeks. **************** hasn't been no help to me at all. I'm very disappointed at this point. I was placed in a rental (palmer) suppose to cover it. Since no one would answer the phone. I was left to pay a balance of $1530.00. I want a reimbursement back for the purchase of this policy $3447.00 and for the rental car. As of now (palmer) is looking at a lawsuit.
