      They will not help with there washer I bought its broke down 3 times since purchased 2months ago. They say sorry *** nothings wrong with it . I never buy nothing ever again with there name or anything that's affiliated ....with them ! They totally are a bad company to not back up what they make.

      Recently purchased and installed a dishwasher. Bottom drawer hit and pulled off the gasket when rolled out. After examining the drawer I found that one off the wheels was misaligned. I contacted customer service and requested a new drawer. I sent pictures and videos, and was told they would get back to me. After a week I contacted them again and was told it was my fault and they were not going to do anything about it. I contacted ***** where I purchased it and they swapped out the bad drawer for the drawer from their display unit. When installed in my dishwasher it worked fine. This unit comes with a 2 yr guarantee but I doubt that will be of any value if I need it. I would tell anyone interested in Midea appliances to avoid them completely because they do not stand behind what they sell at all

      I purchased a Heat/air conditioner combo that does not work for almost $600. I reached out to the seller and they made it seem like they were going to remedy this. It is within the warranty period. It is approaching 2 months and I still have not received my refund. I keep getting generic responses from customer service that are not specific to my questions. They are escalating to refund department, etc. I was speaking with a "supervisor" who disconnected on me. They keep saying they are escalating to the refund department... if they can't provide me a tracking for my check how is the refund department going to be able to answer on where my check that was allegedly sent is?!! This company has terrible products and customer service!!!! I myself have worked in customer service and am very irate and disappointed in this business. I just want me refund due to their faulty product. It should not take 2 months to get this.

      I purchased a brand new countertop dishwasher in June from Comfee on ****** (which I understood to be an authorized retailer) and was hopeful that the one year warranty would protect me if anything happened in that time. Six months later the dishwasher started to leak and I initiated contact with Comfee. They have been miserable to deal with: the first ****** I chatted with refused to even provide a case number until I sent a copy of the invoice (despite a bill of sale as well as all relevant identifying data from the unit; not really sure why model and serial number weren't enough to at least generate a case number...). Several phone calls and emails later (including an extremely impolite call with a company representative who kept telling me to "calm down") and I am still being asked for copies of an invoice I have now provided multiple times. I have copied and taken screen shots of the full invoice and provided them as requested; however, the last email I received wants me to now send clarification of some sort since, regrettably, I used a credit I had on ****** to partially pay for the item (still my money; just a different form) and Comfee is now "not sure" just what I should be refunded (if anything). This company has done everything possible to avoid making good on this warranty.

      Third rack in dishwasher collapsed and Midea keeps giving me the runaround. I pulled the third rack out halfway to load it for the first time and could not get it to go back in as its hitting the top spray arm. Midea customer service suggested I force it in, which I refused, and I have that screenshot for my records. I have not been able to use the third row since purchasing at the end of August. My case was transferred to technical support and I was requested to send video of my issue, which I did, only to get a reply of how to load the third rack. Midea is very unprofessional and at this point I just want a refund. I will return the dishwasher to Lowes if need be. I am constantly repeating my issue to Midea and Im getting nowhere.

      I purchased a 14k mobile Air conditioner unit in June 2024. The appliance quit in October 2024. After contacting container service I was told I would get reimbursed or could trade for another model. The unit I purchased was from an overstock company so the warranty was not covered. This is a brand new unused appliance. This type of service let alone the quality of products should make future customers beware of their products and customer service.

      *********** Order Number WM45736147 Now I understand most user reviews. I was hoping that my unit won't be a "lemon" like the others, but I bought this unit on Sept 9, 2023, and used it for few months, then winter set in, and didn't need to use it until March 2024, and now it builds up ice on the bottom side air intake grills, and makes LOUD clicking noises. It does not seem to defrost because of that and unit keeps running for hours at 65%. Before it used to bring down humidity to 55% in an hour or so, Now it runs all night and develops ice and stays above 65%.

      I wanted to let you know about my experience with a Criterion clothes dryer purchased in 4/21. The dryer went out this summer 8/24. I hired the certified repair company for *************************** The repair company told me that the unit was misbuilt / wired incorrectly and it could have caught fire. They thought that since it was a misbuild that Midea would cover the cost of repairing the unit. I contacted Midea and they twice denied refunding me the cost of repair. While I understand this was out of a 1 year warranty, I do not believe a misbuilt unit is, incorrectly wired, would be considered only under warranty.I would highly recommend that no one purchases a Criterion dryer and that no company carry their products, because of the poor quality and potential hazards of this product.

      Faulty engineering on Oven door. Completely shattered for no reason. Midea will not supply replacement even though they know this has happened to many customers. Repair companies are aware of this problem, but Midea will not help customers. Replacement oven door costs $449! How can they get away with this?
