      I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes and have not been able to find filters for this fridge ANYWHERE. Ive been using a cheaper filter that fits in this fridge for the meantime, but would like to be able to purchase the proper filter. PLEASE produce more of these filters! Thank you!Filter: MIWF6200

      maw12hv1cwt MIDEA ****** BTU HEAT AND AIR INVERTER MODEL. My mother had purchased two of these units brand new from *****'s May 2024 brand new non-refurbished units unit was manufactured on the side panel in 2022 unit was working one night then all of a sudden stopped no power I'm a technician checked all the voltage from plug to circuit board fuses everything seemed okay but you can't check a circuit board they do not have any online part manuals or schematics. Call the company first of all I don't have the receipt and the store do not have any more unit to swap out. I would have been glad to fix this unit they wouldn't entertain sending me parts or even helping me without a receipt but they said because it came from *****'s they weren't going to even warranty the unit and the unit was manufactured in 2022 but they're still being sold today in 2024. Come to find out it wasn't the circuit board but the display unit temperature LEDs went bad 3 months into it and the problem the unit is building up moisture and the small terminal connections from the motherboard to the display unit is building up corrosion and the terminals malfunctioned and corroded away not making connections I could not go without this air conditioner unit and for what it cost it's shameful of the company not to help a customer and they don't even have technical support wouldn't even send me any replacement parts I even took pictures of the corrosion in the terminals that I found upon ordering some parts that I didn't even need that was about $150 worth of parts and the unit I believe was $350 plus tax but the ones that they're selling on ****** are like $700 this was a brand new non-refurbished unit I've got pictures of the box that came in when it was purchased May of 24

      Purchased a HomePointe dehumidifier July 19, 2023. August 25, 2024 the unit ceased removing moisture from the air. Notified Midea and had to send pictures of the unit icing up and also the model/serial number plate. After that the told me it was out of warranty. I told them their owner's manual and the box the unit shipped in states 3 year sealed system warranty. Still not good enough for them. Next I sent them pictures to prove the sealed system warranty. Still not good enough. Next they told me to have a HVAC technician evaluated the unit and submit a written report to them. I questioned who was going to pay for this evaluation and Midea told me that was on me. I refused and said that I would ship the unit to them for evaluation. But no Midea doesn't perform that service. I will never buy another product from a company that won't stand by their warranty.

      I purchased a robot vacuum from Eureka on ******, including that mistake, the mistake I did was not checking on BBB. The vacuum doesnt clean properly, leaves hairs and water streaks. Doesnt work good on rugs and carpets. I wish I knew that sooner as I only used it on black floors of my kitchen it was hard to notice. After I took it upstairs I found a lot of things it doesnt pick up and not clean well. Unfortunately, I was 9 days late to start a return and get a refund. As a student, $425.05, is a lot of money to me.

      One season later and my unit leaked water into my house into our infant's room ruining so many things that we can never get back. When I reached out to customer service I was told a refund would be issued in ***** days. Three weeks later when I followed up, I was told the unit was outside of the warranty range and they couldn't do anything for me (despite telling me a refund was being issued). This is a $380 paperweight.

      I bought the Midea Duo ****** BTU Portable a/c unit at the end of August, 2023. It is now constantly showing a P1 error and blowing out warm, humid air. For the past week, I've been terrified to leave my dog alone in the home because I don't know when the a/c will work which is usually right after I empty the filter (for the second time in 24 hours) and when it switches into error mode.Anyhow, I reached out to Midea **************** four days ago, it took them two days to respond (okay...it was right before the weekend) and since then, their customer support rep has emailed me three times asking for information that I have already provided. Meanwhile, we're having a record-breaking heat wave and my a/c is unreliable.They won't just send someone out to fix it. It feels like they're stalling the work they are willing to do on their end in hopes that I'll figure out the issue on my own. I'm tempted to hire someone because it's so hot, but I'd rather hold them **********************************, if you see this message--please tell me how, or where, or who can fix this thing. We're baking here in **********!

      Purchase a midea freezer from appliance liquidators in **********************Had freezer for 9 months compressor went out lost about 500 dollars worth of food.called midea for warranty claim,gave me a case number told me to wait for approval it would take one to two business days.Called after 3 days said it was approved and then disapprove I asked why they said that they couldn't honor the warranty because I bought it from a discount appliance store I would not buy a midea product, customer service is no good I'm out 700 dollars I have a boat anchor company products are no good Chinese made like everything

      I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing two Midea portable air conditioners. I purchased them May 25, 2023 and they stopped working two days ago, June 19, 2024. I live in ************, so these units were only used for four months at the most and they're already broken. Based on the reviews of various products here, it seems the company's quality isn't great in general. I contacted customer support but was told the units are out of warranty. They offered to help me find a technician in my area. I won't be taking them up on that offer nor will I ever purchase or recommend any type of Midea product again.

      Midea dehumidifier pump went out after 8 months, and **************** has been very unhelpful. They really do NOT have their customer in mind. They look for ever reason not to cover their warranties, which is a valuable ****** to me. So beware when you purchase their products, because they do not last and they do not back up their warrant claims.

      Treated us like criminals when we called about our wash machine not working ..wanted us to take pictures of the wash machine doing what the problem was ..clothes piling up because the wash machine isnt working .still didnt get a service person until 3 business days which became 7 days with uniforms not washed do there policies of accepting the case number and wouldnt give me a time when the service guy would come ..never ever buy from this company
