      My daughter in law *********************************** purchased a dining room table and 6 chairs from BJs. This cost $999.00. . Well, the table base was delivered and now waiting 2 weeks. And calling metropolitan delivery to find out when the rest is coming. They have no idea and having her a run around. She even asked for her money back and they even do that. This is insane!!!!!

      Thank you for contacting us. All items received from BJ's have been delivered already by us. We already notified about this to BJ's, you need to contact them direvtly for a proper update on your case. We're just the delivery company and we depend on what the store send to us in order to deliver to a customer. We also do not issue refunds as we do not have access to any customer's account.

      I ordered a sofa from Interior Define with Metropolitan the delivery comany. I can see on the tracking that my furniture is at a delivery hub in ******* **, since Feb 27th. I got a call and discussed a delivery date. I informed the caller that I can not be home until after 4 pm. They scheduled and I told him on the phone at least 6 times and he said he would make note of it. On the delivery date, I received a call at 11:45 am that they were at the delivery address. I told them I was at work and would not be home until 4 pm. They said they would reschedule. A week later I get a call and we have the same conversation. Yesterday, they called me 3 times while I am work to tell me they are unable to accomodate my delivery time. I can not be home before 4 pm during the week. They are not willing to be there for delivery at 4pm.

Our Dispatch team confirmed we have your service scheduled for 03/28 with delivery window from 11:30AM - 3:30PM, All our routes are created geographically based on drivers' and trucks' availability in each zone and the area where you live, that is the time frame assigned for the service. Please let us know if anyone could be available to receive it, if not we will proceed notifying our team to remove it from tomorrow's route.

      The next available route in your area will be the week of 04/10. Unfortunately, the area where you live is consider remote and we only have 2 routes per month.

      Please let us know if we should remove your tomorrow's delivery and move it for the week of 04/10 route.

      Purchased a Couch on January 14, 2023. The delivery service used by the manufacturer is Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery (***). *** received the item on February 7, 2023. On Feb 14, I was told it would not be delivered until the week of March 6, because *** only travels to my area once a month. The vague delivery window was inconvenient for scheduling given my wife and I work fulltime. On Friday March 3, I received a call scheduling the delivery for March 6 between 12:00pm and 3:30pm. I moved some things around, including a doctor's *********** to be available for the long awaited couch delivery. On Saturday, March 4, I received a phone call changing the delivery time to between 8:00am and 12:00pm on March 6. I mentioned the bad weather forecast but the *** rep just laughed. On March 6, I received a text stating the shipment was on it's way from *******. The road to my house was plowed around 8:00am. I began shoveling the approximate 1 foot of snow leading from the street up to my house and cleared the way for the furniture. At 8:23am I received a phone call from someone saying they were 30 minutes away. I told them that it was snowing at my place and it may be difficult to make it. She said if there were issues she would call back. At 9:52am, I got a call stating they were parked at an intersection about 0.4 miles from my house but could not come any further. I was asked if I could drive my vehicle to them to get the furniture. I did not feel like this was a good idea. I did not want to get my vehicle stuck with the furniture outside when actively snowing. After hanging up I called back to ask that the delivery truck, if possible, stay in the area for an hour or so to see if the roads would get plowed again or conditions improved. I was met with the response that someone would call me to reschedule several times (there may have been a language barrier). By noon, the roads were plowed and the sun was out. I find this whole experience frustrating and inefficient.

      I bought this dresser for my daughter. I left my daughters information so the delivery could be coordinated directly with her. She received a phone call a week ago informing her that theyd be able to deliver the dresser Tuesday 2/28 from ****. She informed the delivery coordinator that shed need a different day. The delivery coordinator said shed have to check what other times were available and that thed call her back. The next day my daughter received a phone call from the same delivery coordinator attempting to confirm her delivery for 2/28 from ****. My daughter reminded her that she could not be home at that time and that shed prefer the dresser be delivered the following week. The delivery coordinator made no acknowledgment of having agreed to reschedule, she simply let my daughter know (again) that if that day did not work for her that she would have to call her back to reschedule. Today, 2/28 my daughter received three back to back phone calls followed by a voicemail (she was working and couldnt answer) from a delivery driver informing her that he was at her home to deliver the dresser but would have to leave since there was no one home. Once off work, my daughter called the warehouse and spoke to the same delivery coordinator, the woman informed my daughter that the delivery was scheduled for 2/28 and that the delivery drivers had arrived at 11 and that there was no one home so they had to take the dresser back to the warehouse and that she would unfortunately have to reschedule the delivery. My daughter reminded her (a second time) that she had told this same delivery coordinator twice that she would not be home and it was the coordinator who failed to properly reschedule. The woman took no accountability or responsibility but simply responded that she was very sorry that that happened and that they would have to reschedule. At that point my daughter asked the woman to cancel the order and Im now in the process of attempting a refund.

      I ordered a $4000 couch. That company unfortunately uses Metropolitan Warehouse for delivery. My couch arrived but pieces were missing so I had it sent back as I ordered white glove shipping so they couldnt exactly put it together with missing pieces. It took a month to get the pieces shipped to MWH and my delivery got scheduled again. My delivery was schedule 2:30pm-6:30pm, I received three calls from the delivery team in which they hung up without saying anything so I called them back until they answered. I was told they would arrive in 55 minutes. An hour later I got a call that they were unable to deliver because THEY had gotten off schedule. I requested that my couch be delivered next day, because that only makes sense that if you dont complete all your deliveries for one day youd finish them the next. Maybe Im crazy in thinking that though. Was told it wasnt promised they could get it to me the next day and the earliest they could promise was the following week. This companys bad planning and scheduling reflects badly on not only them but the business that use their services. I recommend you research if MWH will be handling your items for delivery because you may never receive them if they do.

      They set up a delivery for my $4,000 sofa I had ordered. The day before schedule delivery they canceled delivery. The process started 12/05 and still no sofa. They told me it would be shipped from ******* to *** where I live. They then said it had to go from ******* to ****** then ***. Few days later they changed that to *******-******-************** -***. Few days later they changed again and now *******-*********************-**********-******-***. They will not let me know when its going to be delivered other then telling me my $4,000 plus couch will have to travel around the ** before making it ***. I cant get any supervisor to give me a reason other than laugh about the situation.

      I purchased a coffee table from ***** Decor on 11/16. It was in Metropolitan's hands beginning 11/28. I wasn't able to schedule a delivery time with them for several more days, but finally did schedule it for 12/10. They no call/no show canceled on me. And now I can't get in touch with anyone from the actual warehouse (only overseas agents). I'm going to lose my job because of their incompetence as I needed this coffee table in my client's house a week ago.

      Company is awful. Canceled a delivery that has already been in transit almost a month. Then proceeded to tell me we cant schedule your delivery at this time and that we might give you a call in a couple weeks to set up a new delivery date

Doesn't require any signature and doesn't include a call for scheduling.       purchased a sofa from ****** over 3 weeks ago I was told it was ready for delivery and it was scheduled for November 5th as I had to have a Saturday. Come Thursday metropolitan warehouse the company ****** uses to deliver it canceled my delivery with no reason as to why and is now saying it will take another 2 weeks to deliver I was told for sure it would be arriving on Tuesday November 13, 2022 between 4:30 and 6pm. They never showed up and I got a phone call at 6:40pm saying they were not going to show up and nobody bothered to try and reschedule or accommodate me to get my couch and chair delivered. I was told yesterday that bare minimum they would not deliver until next Tuesday yet another week at a minimum as they are doing NOTHING to rectify or accommodate me. I have no furniture as I was "guaranteed" it would be there no later than 11/13 and go ahead and remove my old furniture. I have now been waiting since OCTOBER 17th for a couch and chair that they've already charged my credit card for this is unacceptable considering I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery since I had to have a a Friday afternoon or Saturday in the area I live in to begin with.

      This delivery company is very u professional and do not know what they are doing I need a number so that I can report how they show up on Monday the 7th trying to deliver when no one called to schedule when delivery was gone be and I was at work then they tell me they can deliver Thursday November 10th I took off from work called them around 8am to confirm the delivery was still between 11am-3pm was told yes and advised that they would call 30 minutes before arrival only for them to call 2 hours before delivery window to tell me not today they cant deliver
