    I have been waiting since 6/5/25 for my AC to be repaired. I have a contract with ******************** and DMC is apparently the only company in ** that repairs our AC system. ****, who rarely answers the phone, also rarely returns calls. I have called over a dozen times. We were told that a part needed to be ordered for the Lennox condenser and that it would take at a maximum two weeks. That was 6/23/25 and then 7/7/25 it became a three week time frame. **** scheduled an appointment for today, 7/17/25, but the tech never showed up. I spoke to **** at 2:00 pm today and she said the tech would be here by 6:00 pm. When nobody showed up I called DMC and once again got ****** voicemail. First let me say that the part that DMC claims would take three weeks can be ordered on ****** and would be received within five days. What kind of company are you running? Do you not want to service ******************** customers? Do you even care about your customers? I need this resolved. Who do I need to contact? We have been dealing with 90 to 100 degree temperatures.

    Company came out to fix my AC. The repair *** said my AC fan is not working. He never replaced the fan and stated he fixed my AC and did not return.

    I highly recommend Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors. Were very happy with their service and pricing. Theyve also pointed out an issue with our switch box that another electrician fixed. Very professional and great service!

    When my AC broke, American Home Shield contacted Di Dolce Mechanical on our behalf. DMC customer service were so courteous and kind on the phone, easy to talk to .     I would stay away from this company at all costs. Came home to hear my wife talking to the technician, whose name was ****. He was incredibly rude and condescending to her. She is a business professional and is used to dealing with high end financial situations. He was talking to her like she was a dumb woman. I stepped in and just observed. My wife asked him multiple times for a written quote and he said that he would not write out a quote, but could only give us a verbal quote, which is beyond belief, because we're not going to just accept his word on what is needed and what the costs would be. We have American Home Shield and have NEVER had a problem like this before. He was trying to quote $2500 for fixing one issue with the unit and if we wanted the something else fixed (when it wasn't even broken) it would cost $5k. After he left, my wife called DMC Di Dolce and left a message to speak with a supervisor. Based on on the previous 1 star reviews, I don't expect a call back. She then called AHS and asked to be assigned a different vendor, as this vendor was unprofessional and trying to scam her. There's a reason for their F grade in the BBB. They are not even BBB accredited.

    The **** unit stopped working. Called Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors and the technician came the next morning. Very prompt, efficient, professional service at a reasonable price! Would recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

    This team arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it quickly and professionally. I 100% would recommend Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors to everyone, and I look forward to having them do some new build work in the future.

    AHS uses this company. The worst company, do not use them, they came out to the house and never gave the homeowner an estimate. They said he needed more parts then was needed. 3 others AC contractors came out and said there was nothing wrong with the parts that Di Dolce wanted to replace with an additional 5k estimate.

    Di Dolce Mechanical team installed a new HVAC system in my house. I received a detailed quote and worked specifically as quoted. The staff was professional and kind. They went above and beyond by cleaning the coil in my old unit so I would have air while they scheduled the work. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
