    I couldn't have asked for a better company!! From ****, *****, ******, *******, ***, and **** in the office made it such a great experience. They were so helpful and so responsible. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner and did an unbelievable job!! These guys work very hard and as honest as can be. I am truly blessed and Grateful to have had such a nice competent group of people. Do not look anywhere else for any HVAC needs. They are above and beyond the best!!!!

    These people are scum! The ******************** sent them. After the initial diagnose, we were told that we needed a new condenser, a new coil and a new furnace to work with the new units. We also should replace the downstairs unit since it needed new seals. We asked them them to submit their report to AHS. After 3 weeks we got nothing, so we called the company direct, which was DMC. They told ** that the supervisor needed to speak to **. The supervisor whose name is **** came out to see ** again on Monday to tell us that we needed to replace everything and that we had to agree to go ahead and sign a contract and fill out the paperwork with them before they would even call the warranty company. They wanted to charge ** $17,000 to replace the coil condenser and the furnace as well as the second condenser and move the unit up into the attic. That was the labor alone. It did not even include the parts or the electrical work. When we told him that was too much money and we were going with someone else, they should just resubmit the report of what was wrong with the equipment. After waiting another two weeks for them to submit the report we were told today that it was not covered because the reason why all of that equipment failed was because the dog Peed on it. We only moved into this house two months ago, and there was no dog that lived at this house. They are a horrible company, knowing that my 76 yr old mother is here and in oxygen. We needed to get this fixed. We asked a 2nd company to come out independent of the warranty company and were quoted ****** for the same work including the equipment and the electrical work.

    Horrible. You wish you never dealt with them. If AHS send them to you, its your bad luck!!These people should be into the business. They came to my home and increased the pressure in the boiler to leak. Then they took 3 days to tell AHS the boiler is broken. I called a local contractor to replace as AHS would not cover based on this companys report that the exhaust is not good. Guess what, the local contractor looked at the exhaust and confirmed the exhaust is good as per the boiler recommendation and turned on the boiler and still works! Its been a month now.

    I requested service for my leaking boiler with my home warranty company who subcontracted DMC Plumbing. They came out to the home, condemned the boiler, and then proceeded to mark the repair complete. After seventeen days with no response, I contacted my home warranty company to get the job transferred to another contractor.

    Buyer Beware. This contractor is not reputable, not trustworthy, and not responsive. They are deserving of their very poor BBB D- rating.After reporting my gas heating furnace outage to my home warranty company, American Home Shield, DMC Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors was assigned to fix the problem.They came to my home and after five minutes told me that the furnace and HVAC would both need to be replaced, and said that it would cost $17,000 to have this work done, but because I have warranty coverage with American Home Shield, the cost would only be $7,000, and if I wanted to get fast tracked on this installation, I would need to sign a contract and give them a check for $7,000. Without heat, and wanting to get the problem fixed ASAP, under duress I signed the contract and gave them a check for $7,000.The next day, in reviewing the contact, I discovered there was no equipment mfg , no model numbers, no installation date, and an industry low, five year warranty. And the part that made me very suspicious of this company was a clause in the contract that stated, by signing this agreement the customer is waiving the ********** 3 day federal and state regulation rights to a refund within the 3-day period This is an illegal scare and pressure tactic. Under the ********** 3 day cooling off period regulation, the customer has the right to cancel the contract, regardless of the contents of the contract.During this 3-day cooling off period I was unsuccessful in in getting access to any of the principals of the company, the administer answering the phone could only say they would forward my message to the principals, but no one would return my calls.Fortunately, within the 3-day cooling off period, I notified DMC by email and certified Mail that I was cancelling the contract and putting a stop payment on the check. Despite, this they still would not respond, and attempted to cash the $7,000 check which was denied.

    Scammers! People stay away from this company. Referred by American Home Shield to fix my furnace. **** said it needs to be replaced and said I need to pay about 5 K upfront by telling me that warranty doesnt cover it. In fact the warranty covers it but he was trying to extort money from me. The other heating and cooling company came and just replaced one part, there was no need to replace the whole unit!They dont even deserve one star- 0 that is what it is.

    Terrible company. Two guys - **** and **** looked totally stoned and wanted us to sign contract and pay them with check of $7500 right away, claiming that my insurer will not cover anything.Very rude and arrogant. Beware !!!!

    I have used this company twice. Once for an air conditioner problem and another time for our furnace. Both times, the men came out the same day and fixed the issue with very little expense out of pocket. The repairs lasted and we have not had any further issues. Great guys with friendly smiles and tons of knowledge. Repair was done quickly and properly the FIRST time. You can count on these guys!!!

    Absolute thieves. They were dispatched by our warranty company for a broken AC. they came said we needed a new unit and it wasn't covered and that we would have to pay them $6000 direct to them for the repair. They also refused to give a written quote. They kept saying we just give verbal quotes. they also scared my wife by saying that the flue had rust and my kids were going to die from CO2 poisoning. They kept contacting me to try to get me to pay them and i refused so they refused to report back to the home warranty company. After they were contacted 6 times to report their findings and they didn't respond, the warranty company dispatched a new contractor who solved the problem in 5 minutes. The unit just needed to be charged with freon. The worst of the worst. Its truly unbelievable,
