Di Dolce Mechanical was very professional, efficient and responsive when I needed a 220 electrical outlet installed to accommodate a new air conditioning unit. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

After reading BBB reviews I was somewhat apprehensive but let me tell you, people need both sides of the story before formulating an opinion and/or writing a review when AHS is involved. ******** (owner) and his staff were polite, responsive, professional and knowledgeable! AHS was unfortunately very disorganized and tended to blame Di Dolce for not submitting proper report/estimate when in fact they sent it over within 48 hours. ******** reached out personally to me on a sunday!! Him and his staff were genuinely concerned about my heating situation and the well-being of my child. I assure you this review is genuine and before blaming the contractors I'd recommend really getting all information from american home shield because in my situation they were the reason things were delayed.

I gotta tell you I was nervous after reading these reviews about Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors especially after learning so many were referred by AHS; this company was referred to me for service on our HVAC. I have to be completely honest, I couldn't be happier with the service. ****** and his apprentice showed up on time (even gave me a courtesy heads up to allow me enough time to get to my house from work), they were clean, professional, and courteous. In fact, when submitting my request for service with AHS, there isn't a place to indicate the actual issue nor any place to text the issues in. So, my request was for one HVAC where in fact I have two that were not functioning correctly. ****** kindly took care of both of the systems without hesitation. I would not hesitate to have them help with any future issues (hopefully won't have to though!)

They were assigned to us by our home warranty and for over a month did not submit a report to the home warranty company. My AC is still broken a month later, my baby's room is **********, and both my family and the home warranty company are getting nowhere with them. Beyond unprofessional and should be reported to the BBB.

If you're in the ******, ** region and need HVAC services, look no further than Di Dolce Mechanical. They provide five-star quality from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with my new air conditioning system. Thank you, Di Dolce Mechanical! Highly recommend.

Unresponsive, unprofessional, and unacceptable lack of follow up. We had no first floor AC all summer because of them. We had them come in **** and they said we needed a new compressor. Then they failed to file a report with AHS and gave us virtual radio silence. In total from June through August, I contacted DMC 15 times and AHS contacted them probably five additional times on my behalf. I never got a call back from DMC even once and they only replied to AHS once, on July 20th to order the part (this lack of reply despite emails marked urgent, that there was a young child and a BABY in the house with broken AC).After they ordered the part on July 20th, DMC went silent again and never followed up with me or with AHS . I got the secretary on the phone a couple of times but she said she wasn't allowed to put me on the calendar yet and would need to talk to her supervisor first. AHS should have dis-assigned them much earlier, but today they did come through and dis-assigned DMC and assigned me a new contractor instead. I know running a small business is hard, but hopefully DMC can make some reforms, because this Summer's lack of response and lack of service for us has been astounding.

I have a home 2 homes in ************. In April/May DMC DI DOLCE MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS LLC was sent to my one home by AHS. My Tenant called me while the contractor was there and he told me I needed to write a check for ***** because I needed a new AC unit. I immediately called AHS with the contractor on the phone and AHS assured me this was not true since I had the Platinum coverage. Every time I called AHS to get report and updated regarding this matter for over 6 weeks, *** said they received NO report from DMC. Today, after waiting over a week for service and even told AHS that it was an emergency because I had tenants in the home and then my sickly dad was going to the home, I questioned the service tech if a report was every written on my other home. He pulled it up and read it immediately. He then told me that AHS only covers ***** and if this AC unit would go it would cost ***** (bigger unit). DMC is nothing but scam artists! I am now in the process of cancelling AHS if they are the only service company they use for HVAC. The service tech told me it was NEVER called in as an emergency as he makes $52/hr and he was finished today at 3 pm. I'd give a zero rating if I could.

On June 29, 2023 Di Dolce came to my residence via American Home Shield. The tech was nice enough but spent all of 6 minutes in my attic to try and locate a leak coming through the ceiling. He saw a copper pipe that was sweating and did not have the foam or wrap to fix the problem! I said how can you come here in a big work van and not have the materials to fix the leak? He immediately called his boss "****" who told me my unit was too big for my house! I knew that was a flat out lie and told him I would need to talk to my brother who also did air con. His eyes got wide as saucers, but he continued to tell me I needed one and he could get it for me for $6Gs and that I had to let him know by the following Wed. The tech left and a restoration company came out to take down the wet ceiling and clean up. At that point that tech FOUND the leaking pipe! If the Di Dolce tech had done a thorough job looking at the entire unit he would have seen/found the leaking pipe on the backside and not just say it was a copper pipe sweating. I spoke with my brother and another *************** and they both said that there is no such thing as an air con unit being too big for a house. Too small yes, but NEVER too big. They are out and out scammers and should not be in business.

My experience with DMC Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare. They not only displayed unprofessionalism but also acted unethically throughout our dealings. The whole ordeal began when my home warranty company dispatched them to fix my HVAC system, but it quickly spiraled into a series of alarming events.Upon arrival, DMC Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors wasted no time in suggesting a complete system replacement rather than a repair. This immediately raised suspicions as it seemed like an unnecessary and costly solution. To make matters worse, they provided a quote of $5000 out of pocket, without providing any details about the specific evaporator coil and condenser they intended to use. The contract itself lacked crucial information, lacking any mention of brand names or model names for the replacement parts. The contract also featured a concerning disclaimer at the end, stating that I had to waive the 48-hour cancellation period. This raised red flags and made me question their intentions further. Trust was rapidly eroding, leading me to make the difficult decision to cancel the contract. I sent an email and then a certified mail (Thanks to another reviewer ************ for details on how to cancel the contract). However, instead of acknowledging my decision, the owner of resorted to intimidation and threats. I received a phone call from the owner where they unlawfully threatened to *** me and used foul language. Such unprofessional behavior and verbal abuse were completely unacceptable.Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from DMC Di Dolce Mechanical Contractors LLC, Their unscrupulous practices, lack of transparency, and threatening behavior make them the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them, if ever AHS Assigns them, call AHS ask to assign your ticket to somebody else.
