      Samsung has this new washer with app and all. It looks durable but lasted for a few months. This washer is >$2000. They have poor customer service that comes and breaks up things instead of fixing the problem.

      I ordered (for the second time in three years) and entire household of Samsung products - fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, etc... in July, via samsung.com. On 9/28 at 9:45 pm I received a text from XPO suddenly telling me the items would be delivered the next day. They were not delivered and since then I have been bouncing between XPO and Samsung Call Centers somewhere overseas and no one with any knowledge or authority to fix this has called me back despite repeated pleas. It's been OVER A MONTH now and NO help. It's really appalling. I've emailed the Office of the ***** nothing. XPO, same thing. Honestly, I would never, ever buy from Samsung again after this. Worst of all, they already charged me for the appliances!

      Bought a 30 cu ft refrigerator in 2017 and fought the ice maker for the past 5 years against freeze *** and now the whole unit quit working and felt hot to the touch on the rear panel and smelled hot. No repairmen will touch it in my area because of all the problems they have seen with these units. Company is no help saying contact a local repairman. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again

      I enjoy their products but their customer service skills and how they handle their loyal customers leaves me in awe at how the company is staying afloat. Left Apple and ditched the iPhone to come to Samsung and there's been issues ever since!I ordered my phone from the Samsung official website and traded in my iPhone. I then did the same thing with my Apple watch when I upgraded to the Galaxy watch. Because my husband had upgraded his watch at the same time as mine and he did a payment plan for his watch, Samsung TOOK MY MONEY but refused to send out my order because MY HUSBAND had an outstanding balance on his watch.... that was set up for a payment plan. They claim this is because we live in the same household. THEN a representative told me to cancel my order and place a new one. I did so and then the watch that I wanted was no longer available. And I was told I would need to wait even longer than the original date to get the watch. After all of this... Samsung claims they sent me an email. (I check my emails daily and never received one, not even in my spam) The email supposedly stating that there was an issue with my trade in with my phone, which I'd had for MONTHS at this point. They were requesting that I pay $75. Wouldn't have been a big deal.. if I'd actually received the email. SO, I'm at home with two of my four kids desperately needing to get a hold of my husband and my phone is disabled. Wait on hold for hours, speak to MULTIPLE representatives, and pay the $75. THEN I'm told it will take ***** hours for my phone to be enabled again. Unacceptable I say, because I needed my phone for work, I'm pregnant and have 4 kids already and sickly family that, now, cannot get a hold of me. So a manager gets on the phone and tells me that my phone will be enabled by the morning. I go to bed. Morning comes and it's still disabled. Called again and the manager I speak to this time is unhelpful in every way. Tells me I need to keep waiting and I need patience. NOPE.

      I purchased one of their top front load washing machine that broke down within 1 month of expired warranty. They would do nothing for us. Our repairman said it would be more expensive to fix than buy new. Terrible support. I will never buy again.

      I ordered a refrigerator on 9:27/22, it was delivered by XPO delivery company on 10/4/22, 11 days late and damaged, I refused it, XPO took it back with them. Its 10/26/22 and they wont tell me if its been shipped back to Samsung or not, I cant get any information from Samsung neither, other than wait until they get the refrigerator back and will refund me at that time. So Ill have to pay my bill on 11/1/22 for something I didnt receive or have no knowledge about items whereabouts. They shouldnt charge people for the item until its delivered and accepted by the customer.

      Purchased a monitor on 12/01/2021, after 8 months the monitor display ended up going t*** up only showing streaks and blurs of color. Sent to Samsung for warranty repair (warranty expires in 10/31/2022) and I get a call telling me its no longer under warranty and it will cost $159 to repair a monitor purchased for $158.99.Suffice to say Ill just purchase another monitor.

      In July 2022 I purchased *************** In October 2022, dryer quit working, setup for service. The serviceman said it had physical damage due to improper installation, and it was not covered by warranty. I had paid Samsung $47.95 for installation so if damage was caused by improper installation, then they should still be responsible. The technician stated the power supply wasn't installed right, not all the wires were properly tightened down. Eventually this caused one of the wires to completely burn and very lucky it didn't start a fire. Spent 7+ hours on the phone with Samsung Care+, and they refused to cover the damaged caused by improper installation even though I paid them to install it. Unbelievable. I have bought many Samsung products over the years, but I will vote with my $$ going forward and never purchase from them again.

      They have had my phone for several weeks. I received a email that it was unreparable 8 days ago and I would be receiving a refund. I can't get a straight answer as to when this will be. I need to figure this out as I'm still paying for service on the phone

      I bought a washer and dryer set January 2022. I spent over **** for the set. Bought as a set so it would match. In early September my washer died. Literally through a code AC6. I was told theyd have a repair come out. One repair guy came out said I need to demand a new washer its not fixable. Okay. Samsung sends another company out to look at it, fine. This company was able to order a part that *** fix the washer. Set an appointment for them to come back out and install this part. Samsung cancels my ticket. This is the 4th time Samsung had cancelled my ticket without notifying me need I remind you. It has been almost two months without a washer. I keep getting the same run around. Im sorry but, Im sorry but. Well I decided to email the CEOs email on Samsungs website. I have been in contact with the president of Samsungs office. Its like they are worse than just their call center contacts. I have a Mughal, not sure of the spelling of her name, that is handling my case. I had to wait 7 business days for store to contact me as they are going to do an exchange to get me a new washer. Good, I just need my washer at this point. 2 months to visit a laundry mat is both costly and time consuming. 7th business day I contacted store, they dont even have my information, they have no reason to reach out to me. So I call Samsungs office back speak with *****, he states that my rep is not available Ill have wait ***** hours for her to reach back out to me at her convenience. I also spoke to ***** asking him what happens if they no longer have my washer in store which was a worry for my rep. ** states that I will have to choose a different machine. But I paid so much money for my set to match. (Im very picky on this). ***** said that sounds like a personal issue, thats not a Samsung issue. So here I am almost two months and still no working washer. No help from Samsung. I purchased numerous Samsung products in my history. NEVER AGAIN! Customer service is awful!!!
