      Samsung dont have to worry about me purchasing any Samsung brought a brand new Samsung refrigerator went out call customer service is not responsible for what they told me what they can do havent help a little bit bad choice

      I get it, my phone is 2 months past the manufacturers warranty. But having water in the camera lens of a 14month old, waterproof, Samsung Galaxy 21+ and their only advice is to buy a new phone...come on man. Switching to the ****** pixel.

      How you say you don't have screen replacement available for a phone you manufactured last year. I bought the Samsung z flip5 flip phone. Less than six months later, the screen malfunction and the top half won't work. Called during warranty and they will not fix it because screen is not covered. So I couldn't afford to pay too much after I just wasted a lot in the first place. Now it's out of warranty and they won't fix it cos no parts. But I can trade it in for the flip4. Please stay away from Samsung products. No stars

      Terrible customer services !! The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with honestly. The appliance not working is understandable. But Samsungs resolution team or phone representatives are a sad case. I do believe they are taught to lie to the customers in Samsungs training class. Every time you call No one knows anything about whats going on with your case or ticket number. It seems as if none of the information pertaining to your ticket number is being followed up on. Everyone drops the ball. No one follows up on the calls in the amount of time they say they will. I am very disappointed with Samsung refrigerator products in highly dissatisfied with the customer service experience from start to finish. Going on three weeks now waiting on my refund.

      Samsung is falsely advertising their watches as water resistant, claiming you can swim with them. I did not swim with it or shower with or do anything that should have submerged it in water or let water really stay in contact with it for any sort of length that would cause damage to a water resistant watch. Yet somehow it got "liquid" damage. Their warrenty doesn't cover liquid damage, despite its supposed water resistance. They support people kept telling me that sweat or a hot environment can cause liquid damage, and if so that watch is not water resistant. The cost of repair to the watch is almost as much as the watch cost in the first place. Took ages just to get somebody to service the watch.

      We purchased a bundle of four Samsung products-Microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Two of the four of them came damaged. We tried calling every number they gave us and the Chat for customer service. We got nowhere, they kept putting us on hold, transfering us, coming up with excuses like you don't have a ticket number so we can't help. Then they said we'll send someone to look at them on a Friday from noon to 4 and hung up. We WORK too, we need a little more notice and flexibility than that, this is their error. **************** as atrocious! For this reason, I will never purchase a Samsung product again and do not recommend them. What good does a warranty do if no one will answer the phone to honor it?

      Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is advertised as being resistant to water. However my 3 month old,$269.00 Watch suddenly quit working. I sent it in for a repair and found out they would charge me $176 to fix it because it had "liquid damage". This is insane because it never was exposed to liquid and always had a protective cover on it.. BEWARE. Samsung is a fraud

      I order my refrigerator in August 2022 and delivery was set for end of August. I received a call advising that the delivery driver was outside and that I was to go check. When I went outside no one was there. I let the women on the phone know this. This was for the panels of my refrigerator. I didn't get my refrigerator until October after they rescheduled the item 7 times. Till this day I am still did not get my panels for the refrigerator. Samsung gave compensation of ****** for the delay of delivery but refused to refund the ****** for the panels that I never received. I had to just call the credit card company to dispute their charge.

      Don't buy Samsung, 1/2 year after warranty my dishwasher went down, 1 year after warranty my Samsung icemaker mysteriously stopped working, also my glass top range digital display died. The only thing still running without any issues is my Samsung microwave. My ice maker I am told by ************* and my home warranty service is a manufactures defect. I never received any notice!

      I will never purchase a product from this company again. They sold me a defective dishwasher that failed after 16 months and is unrepairable. Because it is out of warranty they refuse to to anything about it.
