      They stopped making the Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6. The Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 is the perfect tablet for needs. Perfect sized screen. 6GB ram which makes it good for all uses that require ram. Gaming. Video editing. The S6 is lightweight and weighs less that 1 lb. Now because they stopped making the S6 consumers are limited to the S6 lite which is an interior tablet. I know because I bought one as a result of the S6 no longer being available. It *****. It has a lower quality display. Nothing looks as nice. It has less ram. It doesn't function as well. If I need a better tablet which I do I'm going to have to buy one of the S7 tablets or S8 tablets. The ******* tablets have larger screen sizes than I need. When I bring my tablet to work I don't want it to look like I'm carrying a F&$# plasma screen TV or laptop computer. Not do I want to be holding something that feels like a F$&#ing plasma screen TV when I'm laying down in bed. The S7 and S8 tablets are heavier than the S6 series. It's not going to be as comfortable to lay down and use in bed. My arms are going to look like ********'s right arm from Family Guy. The ******* series are more expensive. I'm going to have to start working the streets to earn the money to buy one of their S7 or S8 series tablets. The specs on the S7 and S8 series are great but they are heavier than the S6 series. Thanks for s******* your customers. If there was a competitor who made a tablet that rivals the S6 I would buy from them. The Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 Lite ***** *****. It's ridiculous.

      *** Experience unsaved situation when one of burners start cracking (similar to fireworks) and cause cosmetic damage for brand new Gas Range oven after 2 months using*** Call Samsung Customer serve to report the problem. That is the second oven, the first one was replaced due to damage if one of the burners in the time of delivery, After initial call, they sent the repairman to see what happen however he was not able to find a cause, claimed the damage was cometic and I need to call Samsung to see what can be done. After second call the customer service told me they cannot replace burner because its a cosmetic damage and warranty does not cover it, even though the damage was caused by burner that was acting strange and now we are afraid to use that section, so the same accident did not happen again and cause physical damage. If you have different option buy different brand. Samsung products are not durable and **************** is not helpful.

      Absolute worst customer service ever. And I have had reoccurring problems with the screens on my z fold 3 which is under warranty and I carry insurance on it but still the only thing they will do is have me send it in for repair that won't last. And again I will be without a phone for 2 plus weeks. I was just on the phone for over an hour with no resolution and the representative named **** just disconnected the call. Absolutely no excuse for customer service to be this bad with such a well known company!!!

      Horrible ***************** We got a microwave and a range. The microwave size is incorrect, and the range has a defect. I am trying to return them for the last 11 days. The service is HORRIBLE. I will never EVER buy from them again!

      New washer stopped working. Samsung sent reset instructions which solved problem temporarily. Had to call Samsung several times to get repair person out. When they replaced initial circuit board, they found another issue. Called repair place and were told parts were still on order. Weve called Samsung no fewer than 10 times and have received a different response from each customer service rep- everything from to being sorry; all the way to its not their problem because the local repair shop has the ticket. Called again 5 days ago to be told by Samsung the local shop closed our ticket, and they would get another company to resolve our issue- still no response. Item is still under warranty and our concern is Samsung will ride this out until expiration.

      The Samsung Care + insurance for phones is a big joke. It "promises" phone replacement within 24 hours however, when you put in a claim, I'm told it'll be 5-7 days to replace my phone and they have no repair facilities near by (mainly because they discontinued the color of the phone I have). I might as well just save my money and pay out of pocket. The s22 ultra is on back order and the insurance doesn't even have an alternate replacement. It's ridiculous to think people will go 5-7 days without a phone. As a mother with 2 children, I need to be able to be available in case the care givers need to reach me. I have 2 elderly parents as well so this was a major problem. Very disappointed.

      Do NOT buy samsung appliances-- the quality control is horrible. I just received a brand new, out-of-the-box Samsung dryer that does not work. The resolution they offered is to send me a replacement unit in 3 weeks! In what world is that acceptable. The customer service is deplorable. They take 0 accountability for the junk they are creating. Then when I refuse to wait 3 weeks, they are saying it will take them over a week to come back and get the junk unit: as if they are going to store their junk at my house for free!

      I purchased 4 kitchen appliances (including ******************* away) from Samsung.com. 3 of the appliances sat in my kitchen (not installed) for 1 month. I spent hours trying to contact Samsung ***************** If I was able to contact them, there was little or no assistance in getting their partner XPO to install the appliances. The range was never installed because XPO does not do Propane conversions. I paid over $600 to get it installed by a local company. I have been unable to get any reimbursement from Samsung for the installation charge even though I have contacted them numerous times. I ordered through Samsung.com because it was a better price than locally purchasing the appliances and the price included installation and haul away. Samsung has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      THE WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. We purchased a Bespoke 4-door French Refrigerator with 2 different glass panels on door via Samsung.com and paid in full on Aug 2, 2022. Samsung missed 2 promised delivery date Sept 20 & Oct. 8, 2022. They did not even have a decency to inform us about the delays. When we contacted them via their eCommerce Order Support, their agents from *********** DID NOT have any knowledges about the issues. After 71 days of aggravations, we decided to cancel our fully paid order and demanded for a full refund.Samsung just lost a very loyal customer for ever.Strongly recommended NOT to do business with Samsung.If BBB has (-5) Stars review rating, Samsung well earns it.

      I would have left zero stars if I could. Our Samsung refrigerator is c*** The icemaker has been replaced so many times and now 5 years later we are out of the extended warranty we purchased from Best Buy and from now on the cost of repairs is on us. I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income. I do not have the money to have the icemaker fixed/replaced nor the refrigerator replaced. I trusted Samsung. All the phones, tv, and appliances we have purchased because we thought the name 'Samsung' meant great products. Never again. I'm switching to I-Phones and Apple products for my electronics and anything NOT Samsung for my appliances. The issue with Samsung has gotten so bad that Best Buy has rewritten their policies to NOT replace appliances due to ice-maker issues as they are not a 'vital part' of the refrigerator. Shame on you Samsung!
