1 star**************** is a complete sham. So many lies and no help..they only care about their paycheck then helping their customers. Ordered a phone, realized a few hours after ordering said phone I didn't want it anymore. Wanted to cancel the order, they kept saying to refuse the package. Ask to speak to 5 supervisor they said they reach out to ***** to cancel and have it redirect back go their warehouse. Nothing done. Many lies and they can't keep their stories straight. Get told supervisor would email Me. Nothing. Get told it's expedite the claim. Still Nothing. **** get tole it take 24, then it take 2-3 days for outcome. Wasted so much time patience on just trying to get a refund and it shipped back to them.Review fromDasha C

1 starI received a notification on my cell phone about being able to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy watch to the newest one for only a $100 with a trade in period my trade in was free of scratches and working perfectly fine bringing my cost to only about a $120 or so. I received their packaging to send my watch to them right before I was leaving for the summer to work abroad. When they received my watch they refused to take it because it was not properly reset. I explained to them that I tried to reset it and thought I had done so but since they are the manufacturer they should be able to have somebody to reset the watch for me as I was out of the country and unable to receive the watch back. I was not planned to be back until 3 months later. Instead of them working with a long time Samsungpurchaser, they refused not once but twice to simply reset my watch that was otherwise imperfectly tradable order and returned watch to me. And then charged my card without My authorization for the remaining $100. This was the hugest disrespect and unprofessional interaction I've had with a major company. Did I mention that I've only used Samsung products for my phones for almost 10 years?? I'm so disappointed in their level of customer service and I feel like they completely ripped me off. I could have just bought a cheaper watch somewhere else without them stealing money from my account. So in other words beware do not buy from them they are a scam.Review fromNan J

1 starHere is my story:I got my fold 4 around early Sept, and the inner screen protector bubbled up right after 2 days of usage. Called customer service, they schedule an appointment for me, went to the ubreakifix, then I was told, no part for that. Okay, since it is a new released phone, I am fine with that Called ubreakifix a week later, they said they still don't have the part, then I called customer service to find a store who has the part, customer service schedule another appointment for me, and I double checked with him if that store has the inner screen protector, he gave me a firm promise.Before I went to the the store, I became smart this time, I called them to check the fact, sadly, they don't have anything in stock again, sounds like what customer service said is not trustworthy.Feeling being fooled, I decided call around all the stores myself, called week by week, finally I got one store available for the part around Oct.1 Ubreakifix promised me the phone would be fixed within same day in 4 hours, then when I went back to the store, they told me, ohh, 4 hours is not enough for replacing screen protector, just come back tmr I am feeling being fooled again and again by Samsung whether customer service or authorized service center. It's okay to give people a worst estimate, instead of joking with customer again and again and breaking their promise.I never had my phone fixed by Samsung before, I thought the service would be just not far from Apple, but looks like I am entirely wrong.Oh, also forgot to mention, I report the problem that I can't find the replacement in Samsung community and express how disappointed I was 2 weeks ago, guess what, they just deleted my thread without saying anything. niceReview fromNadine L

1 starFalse advertising.Had 2 links to two great offers found on the Samsung.com site, where a discount of nearly 45% was given on laptops. But couldnt add those to cart with the discount showing there.Called in for help and was told, customer service will honor the price but they have to get back to me, for the matter would be escalated to godknowswho, for me to wait until someone will get back to me.Long story short, discounts not honored, even though links still work today. 1 starHonestly so disappointed with my customer service experience I sent my phone for a repair on 8/24 it took a week for the phone to be received by them. I was promised ***** hours the phone would be repaired. On week went by nothing...Another week I was quoted a price I immediately paid it....another week went by and they increased the cost of the repair...I immediately paid it. 4 days go by and the phone is not repairable..I was charged for a service that did not happen...Next thing they offered a refund but no other options...I asked for my phone to be returned because Tmobile offered a warranty exchange...over one week later I don't have my phone...I was told I will have my phone back soon. Honestly the worst experience I have dealt with in 44 years of existance. The representatives are powerless and honestly transfer you to one department and another department with no results. I am an apple customer and this would have never ever happened with Apple. The company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE CONSUMER....They outsource all the call center representatives and more importantly they offer no solutions. I was repeatedly assured my phone would be returned in 48 hours but no chance that happened...So frustrated especially since I have a phone waiting for me but can't exchange the phone since I don't have the original phone..Long story short is don't buy samsung because if anything ever goes wrong your better off buying an Apple Iphone instead....So disappointed and still as of 10/4/22 by phone has not been returned.Review fromDena S.

1 starTerrible customer service. Worst Ive ever experienced. First of all, getting a human and not an article was almost impossible. Then, I spent hours upon hours on the phone, either waiting to be transferred or on hold. Some had completely the wrong answer. Some made me go through my entire story numerous times. I ordered a refrain that I could take advantage of the changeable colors. There was a free panel promotion. Then, after I received it, they had website issues and it disappeared!!!!! Finally got someone to register for me. Then, what was supposed to be 5 days turned into over two weeks. Then went to order and not all panels were available in my zip code!! Offered to get sent to a different zip code, but they wouldnt do that. Their solution?? Get different colors!!! Absolutely not!! They did text me when the panels became available but no link at first. Then I had to purchase a tool for them!!!! (Extra 30$!!!!). Will NEVER do business with these jokes again.Review fromGautam u

1 starHorrible customer service. Order was never delivered for a refrigerator and it's been over a month now and I still don't have my refund processed. They keep saying give us 3-4 days to get back, we are working with the logistics company XPO and don't have the paper work yet. So can't process the refund. If it is a problem with the delivery, Samsung and XPO should figure it out. Why hold the customer on the hook for months. These are purchases on the thousands of dollars.Review fromLinda M

1 starWe bought a Samsung washer it lasted just over 1 year so it was out of warranty. We paid a repair person to come look at it for estimate of repairs. The repair person told us it was not worth fixing. We replaced with a different brand.Foolish us needed a refrigerator instead of staying clear of Samsung products, we gave them another chance and purchased a Samsung refrigerator rf260beaesg. Purchased April 2020, so if course, it is out of warranty and not working! Food spoilage all and all a terrible experience. It is not right they do not make appliances to last once are out of warranty. This seems unethical and just plan not right. They are taking advantage of people. Greed!Review fromStacy E.

1 starBUYER Beware of Samsung Flexwash which currently selling between 1200.00-1700.00. I purchased this washer as ***** was going out of business, placed it in storage for about a year because my Whrilpool was old but still working. The samsung was to replace the working but older Whirlpool washer. One day my husband and I decided to hook up the new Samsung even though nothing was wrong with the Whirlpool. After about 9 months of usage, I called Samsung numerous times and waited on call backs which never happened. When I finally reached a customer service agent he walked me through codes saying the control board need to be replace and it worked for about 2 days. WHAT!!! I call again and someone suppose to call me back so now I have this beautiful Samsung Flexwasher paper weight sitting in my basement and I had to retrieve the old Whirlpool which still works like a charm. Dont get me wrong, I love my Samsung products but I can't afford to spend over 1000,00 for a product that didn't last a year.Review fromAlan R

1 starI was overcharged to replace a simple condenser fan in my refriegerator. The service technician from some outsourced network was here less than twenty minutes. I asked for a bill, but he refused to give me one. A few days later a $500 charge from Samsun Electronics appeared on my bank account, money Samsung said they would hold until the problem was assessed. I have called five times over a 30 day period and have received nothing but being put on hold and given the same srory. We are escalating this and someone will contact you within ***** hours. Three days later: CRICKETS! DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS! They treat customers like aanoyances and do not resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I will never purchase any product from Samsung again!
