      Bought a Samsung washer and dryer march of 2022 and received it April 2022. The washing machine will turn on but will not do anything else. Was told it was due to an update. I was told to unplug it and wait 4 hours plug it back in and the reset she fix the issue. I did this and it did not work so I was told I could expect a repair company to call within 24 to 48 hrs. I called back the next day and was told to try the same thing, tried explaining I had done this. She was going to give me the service providers number but it was not even a long enough number to call so instead told me to try the unplug again, wait 4 hours and plug it in again, I did this, but needless to say I'd already reached my anger point. Called back to report that it did not work. Next day I got a text message asking if issue had been resolved, no! Do they not communicate. Now told will need to wait another 48 hrs for repair company. I contacted them daily during this. Friday roles around and I get a text saying there is no service company available in my area! Number can't be called and they don't reply. Called Samsung again today, but that's service side I need care management team, and oh guess what they aren't open today so I'll have to wait another 2 days plus whatever else after for a resolution. This is theft! A faulty product that hasn't even worked for 6 months!!! No help at all from Samsung. I am at a loss for what to even do at this point other than report the issue here. I will ask my local authorities what steps I can take from here, I hope more of us can do this as now there are laundry mat fees, gas, mileage, and time involved in this issue.

      We would give 0 stars if possible. We bought the Samsung Bestoke Fridge. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!!! It has had a leak via their water filter housing (known issue) since the 2nd day and we still cannot get help to repair it. Every time we call, they give us the run around. Hung up on twice then have to wait on hold another 2 hours!!!! In the meantime, it leaks all over the compartments and fridge.

      I bought a 3k refrigerator and warranty with it. After a few months the refrigerator started giving me issues when I filed a claim with the insurance to get the refrigerator fix they keep making jum into hoop avoiding the replacement I have no refrigerator and Im very frustrated since groceries and the cost of everything is extremely expensive stop false advertising warranty if the word on it is not to be kept I will never purchase a product from this company ever again super unprofessional people who work for the company as well the representative started questioning me trying to intimidate me and asking for videos and proof after they sent a useless tech employee who said himself the refrigerator did not have a solution I cannot believe how careless they are in their products but yet their very good at charging super high prices and raving about how goo they are its a whole bunch of lies .

      I spent $3000 on a Samsung refrigerator that will not make ice. Ive had a repair company come out three times to repair and it still isnt working. There have now been two times, on top of the first 3 where they have scheduled to come out and havent even bothered to show up or call. Its insane to me that I cant get ice. Im buying ice from the store when I have a brand new fridge that should be making ice with no problem, especially for the price I paid. I want my money back or a completely new fridge.

      Samsung 55 smart tv lasted 1 month then needed to be repaired. Now after 2 months it needs to be repaired again. Warranty said nothing about the excuse they gave me ( it needs 2 repairs to be eligible for a replacement).They refused my request for a replacement. There not living up to there warranty and they blankly refuse a refund or replacement. I have no choice but to have it repaired.

      Our dishwasher stopped working after 1.5 years of usage. My husband (a plumber) discovered that it was the circuit board that was broken. The fine print said that the circuit board was under a 5-year warranty. We called Samsung and asked for a replacement part. They wouldn't send one unless we had a local tech come out to assess the problem. I told them that that wasn't necessary as my husband is a plumber and already figured out the problem. They said to hire a tech anyways and Samsung would cover the trip fee, labor + parts reimbursement. Tech came and verified the issue, we got replacement parts delivered + my husband installed them and we have a working dishwasher again. However, when I called Samsung to get reimbursed for our invoice, they told me that they could not reimburse me for anything. Now we are out $500+. We should have ordered the replacement part ourselves (via Amazon) and not gone through Samsung's *************************** whatsoever. Disappointed + frustrated with the inconsistencies + broken promises that Samsung **************** has given me. We will not be ordering anymore Samsung products in the future.

      Such a miserable experience with Samsung purchasing a bundle of appliances from them. They were supposed to be delivered on September 2nd and received an email saying delivery was still on time. No call, no update, no information visible on the website and no show. I started calling Samsung on September 2nd in the evening, and have been calling every single day multiple times a day. I've spoken to about 10 agents at this point, all giving me conflicting info, transferring me to numerous different departments or just straight up hanging up on me when asked to be transferred to a supervisor. This has been a nightmare. The last rep i spoke to said his system says the order will not be fulfilled until October 24th, which almost 2 months after the original scheduled delivery. Again, i asked to speak to a supervisor and i was put on hold again for over 1 hour. Seems like their system is setup so that customers just give up from how impossible it is to get any help or speak to anyone.

      WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. Bought their phones for 10 years and loved them, never had an issue that wasn't user caused until the last month. Bought a new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for 1400$. Within 2 weeks, the battery had swollen and overheated, causing property damage and destroying internal hardware. The phone has no cracks, bumps, dents, or water damage. ATT and drop off tech confirmed it was an electrical malfunction, after 6 weeks of yanking me around, refusing to have a supervisor call me back and not saving my proof of purchase 4 different times thus extending repair times, they finally told me they will not cover the cost. ATT thankfully provided a refund since Samsung cannot honor their basic purchase agreement. As seen from reviews, this is a common and widespread issue.

      I brought a new washer in April 2022 havent had it for long and its stopped working. Samsung and Tekniton have been giving me the run around for the last 2 weeks. I have 3 children and a husband that works construction so being without my washer is not ok. Im so sick of wasting money on products that do not last. Having to spend time on the phone to speak to customer service multiple times a week over 30 min waits is ridiculous.

      I have chosen Samsung over other phone providers for many years, recently relocated, and ordered a new phone after changing my address with the company. I have the reference to show it and was told by the rep. to order the phone because the change shows and will take effect before my phone is shipped. The order was sent to the wrong address, and the company cannot do anything to accommodate me. I cannot cancel the rest of the order, and they want me to attempt delivery, possibly sending it back to the company. Please dO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I FEEL I SHOULD GO TO ANOTHER PROVIDER AS THIS IS THE THIRD PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH THEM. I HATE BEING LIED TO AND BEING GIVEN THE RUNAROUND.
