      Samsung refrigerator model RF261BEASR/AA has been a nightmare! Every two weeks I have to empty and defrost. I can have it serviced for $450 minimum! No thank you Samsung Ill put that money toward a refrigerator that actually works.

      I have the exact same issue! I bought my refrigerator 3 months ago, and it already broke. They sent a technician a week later who could not fix it and had to order additional parts. Another week passed until they finally fixed it. I had to take off work twice to be present for the technician. I also lost time, food, and money. When I spoke to Samsung, they also told me that they would reimburse me for the lost food but that I could get it only once the fridge was fixed, which did not make sense at all. After the fridge was fixed, I called again and was told that the fridge was not qualified for food reimbursement because it was not a cooling issue. I have a 1-month-old son and had stacked away milk for him that I had to dump all out. The whole reason why we bought a brand new refrigerator was so that we would not have this issue. The product is low quality, and the customer service is horrible. They disrespect you, lie to you, or completely ignore your issues. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again, and I will make sure that everyone I know will not go through this horrible experience.

      Bought a brand spanking new Samsung refrigerator with a defective ice maker. I've talked to Samsung half a dozen times over the last month to have it fixed. Each time I'm transferred 2 to 3 times and have to re-verify who I am and provide my life story. I've had 3 contractors visits to fix it with no luck. It's been a month and still not repaired. Just called them today to see if I could get a replacement or refund. Magically my ticket number was closed and they told me I had to start the process again. I would in no way ever suggest buying from Samsung.

      Ive purchased a Samsung stove in October 2019. Before the warranty expired I had an issue so I called Samsung to repair the issue that was still under a warranty. A month later I called again because I had no updates, while I was talking to the representative she said no ticket was created when I first called without any explanation. The representative created a ticket but now the unit wasnt under a warranty anymore. They said they will do a favor to me to issue one time extended warranty for this issue. A technician came replaced the motherboard but even after that the issue was never addressed. I called back they sent another technician to evaluate the issue, he came turned on the stove & told me that I dont see any issue while specifically & repeatedly explained to them that it turns on but when I bake something between 1 & a half to 2 hours it does shut off by itself couple times. The technician said I have no time to for that & left within 5 minutes letting me know that he will escalate the issue again to ***************************** will call me after reviewing it. Never called, email or mailed me anything. The issue has gotten worse the stove shuts off 4-5 times during a baking period. Samsung now wants me to pay to send a technician, they dont take responsibility for exactly the same issue that is being going on for almost 2 ********* called while I was under warranty. This is the worst customer service ever, they said will do a favor to me but they never explained why a ticket wasnt created when I first called, while the stove was under a warranty. Almost 2 years down the road countless communication for nothing, they are trying to convince me that the unit it is not under warranty because they did a mistake not opening a ticket.

      We bought our Samsung in January 2019. In November of 2021 , we started having problems with the upper part of the refrigerator leaking water behind, and going into the vegetable drawers. The only service person that would work on our Samsung refrigerator, came out 3 times. And its still not fixed. So I have been calling since March of 2022, and now they said that they cant help me, because theres no one that can come out, and they offered me $ ****** to pay for a new fridge, and it has to be a Samsung. I am not done with them yet. Can anyone help us. *****

      Bought a new Samsung TV and the sound intermittently cuts out or stops working for no reason Reading through forums looking for a fix, and this seems to be widespread with no specific fix. Very fustrating.

      I have a Samsung 26 cubic foot French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer ( where ice maker is located) and the ice maker supply line freezes up about every 3 months. This started it seems right after warranty expired. The only solution that works is to use a hand steamer to defrost the line. As I said this solution usually works for about 3 months and I have to repeat the process. Samsung has a recall for this exact problem but only for top located freezers. I called their customer service about my problem and all they will say is they dont know why there is no recall for my problem. I also have a problem with the refrigerator drain tube freezing solid which causes a buildup of water and ice under the bottom tray and Samsung wont admit to this being a design defect even though there is a better replacement part to possibly remedy this design defect. Any help would be greatly appreciated regarding this matter. ***************************

      I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Best Buy December 2021, August 29, 2022, the washer will turn on but none of the buttons or wash setting dial will respond. Called customer support and went through the steps with a Samsung customer representative on the phone. They said a repair technician would need to come evaluate the problem and they would connect me to that department to schedule an appointment. Then they hung up on me without transferring the call. I had to call back and go through all the steps again with a new representative, then schedule an appointment for a technician to come evaluate the problem on 9/6/22. Today I get a message from Samsung, the technician will not be able to come evaluate the washer because they do not have the required parts from the manufacturer. How do they know what parts are needed when no one has evaluated the problem yet? I called customer service again and was told that ********************** is doing an update, to unplug the washer for 24 hours and plug it back in and it "should work". The washer has been unplugged now for 3 days, I plugged back into power and it still does not work. Notified customer support the washer buttons do not respond and the issue needs resolved. **** says the update "should" happen within the next week and the issue will be fixed. What do they do with customers who do not have Wi-Fi? She could not give me an answer. I said I wanted a refund or new washer, and she states she cannot do that without a Samsung technician coming to evaluate the problem. She sent an email that they will be in contact when they have any more information. I spent thousands of dollars on junk Samsung appliances. Samsung customer service does not stand behind their products, they might be aesthetically pleasing to look at, but they are trash when you can't even use them for more than 8 months. Do not buy them you are throwing money away.

      Bought Samsung Drier 2021 Notice side panel was bubbling pant paled off and became extremely hot then I could see the drum turning Its was fire hazard with smoke and pant paling off the side

      I purchased a Galaxy 360 pro laptop exactly 4 months ago, treated it with kid gloves, yet on its own the screen developed hairline cracks, apparently a known issue with this model, hundreds of owners reported it in their reviews, Samsung determined it t be as physical damage and refused to repair it unless I paid an exuberant amount $630, previously Ive had another issue with Samsung, I purchased a refrigerator that was never delivered to me yet marked as delivered and I was charged a full price and issued a bill to pay, they have an atrocious customer service that constantly makes lies and resolved nothing, I had to contact the bank and every credit bureau and report transaction as fraud, 9 weeks later I was finally issued a refund without any apology, stay away from Samsung and its products would be my advice.
