      Fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher all have major problems. The oven pumps out gas and doesnt ignite. The ice maker never works, the fridge inside storage on the doors are all broken. The microwave door doesnt shut, which prevents it from working.

      My samsung refrigerator started giving us trouble wirh the ice maker and the refrigerator section in the back panel freezing up around the time the warranty ran out. Ive called samsung multiple times and they couldnt get here in a timely manner so i ended up calling someone else and the replaced the back panel that contains the defrost comtrol but said there was nothing they could do for the ice maker except defrost it which is what we do every month. Ive recently call samsung again and complained again and they said they would send someone out. Samsung tech showed up the next week and said it had physical damage and there was nothing they could do. So i got tired of dealing with them and turned it over to my wife. After her making calls to them they said it was out of warranty and their was nothing they could do unless we paid for it. The problems we are having is the same problems everybody else is having. Its a manufacturers defect. They know they have problems with their refridgerators but refuse to do anything about it. Honestly i dont want them back in my house except to pick their piece of junk refridgerator up and compensate me for my efforts to try to get it fixed, the headache of dealing with them for nothing, the amount of food we have lost, the bags of ice we've had to buy, and the new refridgerator that we had to purchase a month ago to replace it because they have refused to do anything about this fridge unless they are compensated. We are the ones that should be compensated. Im done with anything made by samsung. They need to change their name to *******. I will make it a point anytime i see somebody looking at their products to tell them how sorry their product is and how poor their customer service is because they obviously dont care about their customers or their product. I hope they go out of business and they will never get another ***** of my money.

      bought a tv on a sunday.Tv went on sale on monday. On monday I called and they wouldn't cancel the tv but would provide a free credit to mark the difference.TV arrived with a slight **** in it. Called Samsung and they offered a 5% discount.Haven't received the discount and they're now saying "we can't provide you a discount since we already provided one on the price match". I'm not out of the return policy.

      I can't even give a rating as this has been the worst experience I've had with appliances.June 3, 2022 purchased new HE Washer/Dryer. After 2mos, the dryer stopped drying. Today August 31, 2022, several calls to the retail store, Samsung warranty, etc I still have not had anyone show up to make the repairs or even a diagnosis. It is ridiculous that I spend over $1700 on a purchase that I have to go to a laundry facility to dry my clothes.I've been in various customer service roles for over *****. I am appalled at the lack of support and definitely no promise kept. Just broken promises of someone will call, it has been reported, follow up with them...I'm done.

      DO NOT BUY any Samsung product, they DO NOT honor their warranty and will continually call you and reschedule your service. I purchased by Clothes Washer 8 months ago, it's already broken, and now they continually reschedule the service and NEVER actually come out to do the service. How is this company a BBB A+ with 1 / 5 stars?!?!

      I purchased a 55" ******** from Samsung. We tried to install the tv but learned from our installer that the one connect box that came with the tv was defective and did not work. We called Samsung and were told to install the tv and they would mail a new one connect box to us ASAP. Six weeks later we still had not received the one connect box from Samsung, so we called Samsung again. We were told that a new box actually could not be mailed to us and instead a local service person would need to come out to try to repair the box we had or replace it with a new one. Consequently, we scheduled a service appointment for the following week. However, the service person never showed up as scheduled and, when we followed up with them, we were told they never received the parts from Samsung and therefore would need to reschedule their service visit. We then called Samsung back and asked them to mail us a new connect one box directly and we would install it ourselves. We were told that was not possible--that we had to go through the repair company. Samsung could not tell us when the repair company would get the box they mailed them and that it could take up to 3 more weeks. We've been sitting with a new $1,500+ tv on our wall that we cannot use for almost 2 months now. This has been completely unacceptable.

      Purchased new washer in Nov 2021, it broke August 28th, 2022 contacted customer support & confirmed its under warranty & set up my service call for August 30th 9am. August 30th rolls around and no one shows up, I call Samsung and the company who was assigned to do repairs, they advise Samsung cant even make apts for *********** be 09/08 before they can come out to even look at it. I check the service company reviews - horrible. I call Samsung who tells me he that the rep must have been confused, they should have called me 8/30 9am, not shown up, and that they dont have anyone else in the area who can do the repairs, despite almost 100% negative reviews and over a week delay when I was told Id have a service apt today. $1,300 on a washer to be weeks without one 10 months later and forced to accept service from a company with major red flags and horrible reviews is not acceptable.

      The last customer service representative treat me unresponsive was in English. There's to need monitoring all calls because customer pays service. This guy was son unrespectful and comfortable like there's no supervision in his calls

      I have had a miserable experience with Samsung regarding a refrigerator repair for a refrigerator that was under two years old. However, my main complaint now is I was charged twice by Samsung for two refrigerator repair service appointments that did not occur (Samsung canceled both appointments on me without notifying me). I spent hours on the phone with Samsung billing to receive a refund, however, no refund for either charge was received. I put in a dispute with my credit card and Samsung is now arguing with them about this as well and is trying to re-bill for a service that was never provided. It is a dishonorable practice to take money from clients for services not provided and embarrassing that their ****************** cannot figure out to issue refunds in a timely manner.

      We were informed that we would be getting a refund for a defective washing machine. On good faith I went out and bought a new washer however we never received the refund from Samsung. After many, many calls to Samsung over a 2 month period we have yet to receive the refund. We keep getting bounced around and stating it will be deposited to our Zelle or bank account but does not happen. They do not live up to there commitments.
