1 star******** has great service and customer service but be warned for any person looking to buy the flip 3 5g from Samsung from opening and closing the phone the screen has cracked where it folds . I contacted ******** and made them aware of the problem. The insurance I have there saying the screen isn't covered and may have to pay ****** to repair or replace . Called samsung my phone I s still under warranty they told me the warranty doesn't cover the screen and I may have to pay up to ****** . Samsung is great but the flip isn't worth the price and people should be aware of this problem and samsung customer service is the worstReview fromWellington B

1 starI ordered a phone on Samsung website on 8/12/22 supposed to be delivered8/19/22. I never received any tracking info by 8/18/22. I contacted them to find out if order was to be delivered on time and I was told everything was fine. 8/19/22 5:00am I checked again, no tracking info, but same delivery date showed in order. I checked again at 11:00am and order delivery date was change for 8/23/22 which was too late since I needed it for 8/19/22. They never tried to contact me to let me know about this change and only knew about it because I checked myself . I tried contacted them and was told if I wanted it for that date the could reorder it and have it pick up at the nearest Samsung store (which wasn't even near me) I told them not, it was too far. I contacted them again to cancel order(which wasn't shipped yet) and I was told they couldn't cancel it, but order wasn't shipped until 8/20/22 at almost a 2pm. but tracking info and email sent to me was around 11:00am. I told was told to refused item, but I'm out of country and it was accepted by front desk(left note to refuse it). Now they want me to do their job and get somebody to returned it to them, when they were the one who messed up. I told them to send a messenger or a delivery company to pick up(like Amazon or Apple do) but they couldn't even do that. They mess up and want customers to deal with all the headaches. Bought phone from Amazon and got it the next day before they shipped the one I order from their online store. Funny thing the one I got from Amazon was sold by their Amazon store. Worst **************** and the worst shopping experience in my life. Samsung doesn't care about customers. I don't recommend buying through them and possible avoid their products if you don't want to go through this. I would have given 0 stars, but you have to give at least one.Review fromRhonda B

1 starI purchased a Samsung refrigerator 7/18/2016 and started having problems with it in Feb 2019. I've had it services between 2019 and 2021 at least 5 times because of ice build up at the back, the freezer not working, ice maker stopped making ice and was always told to unplug it by the Samsung repair person. No one could seem to get it to work. I contacted them and was told it's too old to do anything about it. It's only 6 yrs old and I've been having issues with it for 3 of the 6 yrs. I do NOT recommend purchasing any appliances from Samsung. They should stick to phones and TVs. I want a refund!!! I would give it ZERO stars if I could!!!Review fromJaimi L

1 starDo not buy a Samsung refrigerator, as we are one of the unfortunate people who bought one in 2015 and have had to do 4 repairs out of pocket for the horrible grinding sound the fridge starts making as a result of things freezing up and then the fridge stops cooling. I contacted samsung support 4 different times over the past 7 days after our standard repair person told us this was related to the class action lawsuit and we should contact samsung for the repair. Samsung did come out and replace the icemaker at no cost, but that was the only thing samsung permitted the tech to fix on their dime. The icemaker that had frozen over had ruined our auger motor and was making this horrible groan and then when you open a door, it sounds like its dying, and is no longer cooling properly, resukting in spoiled food. Samsung support repetitively told me the policy only allowed them to replace the icemaker as the fridge was out of warranty. We have spent more on repairs at this point than the fridge cost and the last chat resulted in them escalating my ticket to a team that was to call me in 3-5 days. They called when I could not answer. I phoned back multiple times, left multiple messages and today they cancelled my ticket. So were done. The Samsung brand is dead to us and I tried real hard to save it. The support staff were nice and patient, but Samsung policy on this and ability to take ownership of this known defect is embarrassing and unacceptable. 1 starI purchased a Samsung Dishwasher on November 7th 2022. We had error codes and water leaks. After the 4th failed attempt to repair it, I had to fight to have it replaced with a new unit. My adjacent cabinet and hardwood flooring were damaged and needed to be replaced. They agreed and said Lowes would contact me. After a month, I discovered Lowes was never contacted. I had another painful conversation with Samsung and they eventually agreed to give me an online credit to purchase a replacement dishwasher from their website. I paid additional money for installation. I came home from work to find a badly damaged dishwasher that I couldn't even close the door on. It was not even connected to the cabinet. I spoke to several people that assured me they could help. No one could. I asked for a manager 8x and was denied over and over. Finally, I was put in touch with someone in the case management department that agreed to refund me the total I paid. A week later I received the $291.64 of additional cost of the replacement unit. I never received the refund of the store credit from the first dishwasher. Initially, they tried to give me a store credit after verbally agreeing to refund the money to my credit card. After discovering this, I demanded the refund. They said they fixed it and I would receive a check from Citibank. Ten weeks later I called them to inquire. I called the number they provided. They said they couldn't help me and referred me to the ******************** They couldn't help me and referred me to the e-commerce department. The e-commerce rep gave me the number I originally called. I demanded to speak to a manager. After a lengthly debate, the rep agreed. The manager in the e-commerce department, *****, only offered for me to call that number. I said that wasn't an acceptable answer and I at least deserved a connection to a manager. He finally agreed. 1 starI purchased both the Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra together and received a delivery date. My order was delayed and I was offered a $50 refund to claim when it shipped. My order was delayed again and I was offered a $100 promo code to claim as well once it shipped. These have not been followed through with and to date I've only received a $50 promo code.My phone shipped without phone calls working fully. Samsung technical support couldn't fix it and neither could their local partner uBreakiFix. Samsung then recommended Best Buy fix it and Best Buy couldn't because I bought from Samsung directly. Another delay tactic from them, no surprise. I bought the Galaxy S22+ from **** and shipped back my faulty phone S22 Ultra. The Samsung agent promised full refund of the phone even if I didn't return the tablet which I have on a voice recording. I fought with them on this for a little bit, but they're refusing to send me back my money, so I sent back the tablet, too so they have no excuse to not give me my full refund. At this point, of my $1,477.87 purchase, I've received $279.15 back to me.Upon receiving the tablet, they still refused to refund me even though I have nothing in my possession, so I filed a claim with my credit card company. 2 claims are opened with Samsung and they delay and mess around knowing my dispute can only be open for 90 days. This 90 day period has passed now, and I have no options with my credit card company to get my money back. Samsung has proven multiple times over that they refuse to honor promo codes and refunds in the purchase process, and also refuse refunds in the return process.I will be taking them to small claims court and presenting all the chat transcripts showing proof of everything and making them answer for wasting 6 months of my life with worthless service.Review fromNicole V

1 starSamsungs cooktop is defective. The cooktop easily scratches and leaves stains that look like watermarks although youre using the correct cookware and cleaning solutions. They know its a defect but continue to call it a cosmetic issue which isnt covered under their warranty. Theyre very deceptive. I cant speak for other manufacturers but please stay away from Samsung cooktops!!!Review fromDeborah G

1 starMX-T70 Speaker started smelling like smoke, I called in 2 weeks after I received the unit and right after it started smelling. I would get an update that they will contact me 24/48 hours later, I initiated the 1st call back, with the same answer. I got a call 30+ days later, with a new case number and same answer. Samsung even removed my review online since I commented about how bad their customer service was. this is shady for such a large company to give you such crappy service then remove reviews because it reflected the service and product quality.at this point my case have been open since 6/16/2022 with 2 calls from them and 2 from me, all with the same answer, we are escalating and will call you back 24/48 hours. 8/18/2022 got a call back with the same thing again. they really do not understand spending $700 on a speaker that I can not use really is bad customer service.Review fromMircea G

1 starJust had worse experience with Samsung ***************** Bought a new Samsung over-the-range microwave in May, called about 2 weeks to report broken handle (plastic clip where s**** holds the handle) and issued a ticket for service and they scheduled an outside repair company to come it to replace it (after initially being told they can send new door handle for me to install) and today... Today, Samsung did not approve the service, stating that it is not under warranty because there was a scratch under the handle!!! There is no scratch under the handle, only showing where handle location is! I called again to try to talk with someone there they can handle fix this issue, and was given same ************* Worst **************** I have ever received from anyone. PLEASE think twice before purchasing a Samsung product.... I know I am, after having only Samsung products in my home (TVs, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave)
