      I bought Samsung washer and dryer from Samsung website. They delivered it late so I cancelled the order and requested for refund. Its been already 45 days but I didnt refund. I call customer service ever week and they say something or Other is missing while filing the ticket by previous representative. I havent received my refund. Doesnt it usually take up to 60 days to get refund from Samsung?

      I purchased and HE washer online from Samsung. It has been a month and 3 failed delivery dates later. **************** is incompetent and clueless. You just get shuffled around to a bunch of different departments and never get any answers. Oh, and bring a translator...the reps barely speak English.

      I am among one of the buyers that regrettably purchased a SAmsung fridge. The fridge was purchased in January 2015 and to date has had 2 repairs and now the ice maker does not work, nor does the fridge cool, leaving us with food waste almost every week. We have to manually defrost it every night to ensure our food does not go to waste.Samsung has done nothing about it and has sold us garbage. Yes it is out of warranty but the product still has their name on it.The fridge has been a nightmare for the past years and this morning when I had a repairman quote me at over $1,000, this was my last straw. Useless piece of garbage. Will never buy Samsung products again!

      In July of 2017, we purchased a Samsung refrigerator with Ice Maker, model RF28HMEDB.The ice maker continues to freeze up inside. No ice, unable to pull out bucket unless completely defrosted. It was repaired twice while under warranty and at least Twice after (suspect it was 3). Now it is frozen yet again. The last time it was repaired we were told to defrost, and even though I told them the problem and that it would need to be replaced, we had to wait several weeks for it to be ordered. Tired of this issue and the expense to continually repair.

      BUYER BEWARE Got a Galaxy a03s from boost less then week ago.. in the box was some weird USBc to USBc cable no USBc to USB cable or USB wall station

      Do not but Samsung appliances. Their pricey colored glass front 4 door refrigerator doesn't scratch or dent when something hits it....it shatters!! Samsung considers that as cosmetic and you have to buy a whole new very $$$$$ door to replace that shattered glass. Planned Obsolescence. Ice maker issues will be the least of your worries as well. You need to put a thermometer inside the fridge. The temp on the display is ONLY a setting and not the true interior temps. Anything above 40 degrees could cause food loss or poisoning. When you have an issue, and you will, their customer service is atrocious. ********************** customer service reps are paid to lie, deceive, frustrate, ignore and lie some more to make you give up. You got a problem with your Samsung fridge, go to the ** group "UNnamed ************************ They have helped over ******* Samsung victims collect over $10 MILLION in refunds plus millions more in free useless repairs. Samsung knowingly manufactures and retailers knowingly sell these dangerous defective refrigerators. Fires, chocking hazards, food poisoning, spoiled medications, property damage due to flooding and mold have been reported...you get the picture.

      Dishwasher died 12 days out of one year warranty. Samsung doesn't care that dishwasher with normal use no longer works after a year. It's shameful products are made to be unreliable and break after one year. My prior dishwasher, Jenn Air worked beautifully for 14 years. I will never buy another Samsung product.

      STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!. They are the worst. Dishonest, terrible customer service. I purchased an unlocked ********************** Galaxy s21 plus on December 5, 2021. I used the phone until recently when i started to experience audio issues. Because the phone was still under warranty, i contacted Samsung support and after troubleshooting, they mailed me a shipping label to ship to Samsung for repairs. During the repairs, they locked my phone back to the network carrier ****************** When I reached out to Samsung support, they told me that they do not have the ability to unlock my phone and ONLY *************** can, I have contacted *************** on several occasions and they declined. Now I'm stuck with a phone that i cannot use. A lot of phones are being unlocked and sold on 3rd party websites like ********************** marketplace, etc and there should be considerations. I do not have Spectrum, which means i cannot use my phone. I filed a BBB complaint, someone from Samsung reached out to me say that, because I purchased the phone from a 3rd party, they cannot repair or unlocked. If this is the case, why did Samsung take my phone to reaper.

      I bought a samsung washer and dryer less then 4 months ago. The washer came defectuous and I was never able to use it. I called the company and they said I would get a replacement in less then 7 business days and its been months. I would never recommend anyone buying a Samsung product again.
