      If I could have scored zero stars I would have. We have a Z flip Samsung and it is HORRIBLE. We bought it in November of 2021 and the "factory" warranty is good until November of 2022. The issue is that this phone does not work well as FLIP. Samsung told me that the hinge is damaged so they have to replace the LED and it would cost $377 to fix. Although it was nothing that we did to the phone, instead, it's a design flaw. **** passed the buck to Samsung and now Samsung has passed the buck to their consumers. This complete utterly, corporate bull. Not to mention that Samsung does acre that they are leaving you without a phone until they figure out how much they want to charge you and tell you that your phone is out of warranty due to THEIR DESIGN FLAW. I PROMISE I AM GOING TO APPLE. SAMSUNG DOES NOT CARE bout their customers. PERIOD!

      I bought a Samsung refrigerator in September of 2019 and this thing has been an absolute nightmare. I've had the ice maker repaired 4 times and it continually freezes over, doesn't produce ice, leaks out the door and all on the inside of the fridge. Over $2k for a for a refrigerator that has a non removable ice maker, that you can't even buy with out the ice maker and they consider that piece of it an "accessory"... All I've wanted is a replacement that has an ice maker in the freezer compartment instead of up top so this could hopefully end or to buy a new fridge... at this point I'm going to need to buy a separate countertop ice maker just do to the job that Samsung fails at.

      Samsung service center has provided me the worst customer care service that I've ever had. My s21 plus phone went black all of a sudden on July 5th, conveniently a couple of months after my warranty expired from Best Buys (where I purchased it at) on May 28th. When I looked up the problem it was called the "Death Screen" that a lot of s21 and s22 phones are experiencing. I did not drop my phone or damage it in any other way. To me this is like a recall issue that they don't have a recall for. I called Samsung and they agreed to send a repair slip and extend my warranty so they could repair my phone free of charge. I mailed my cellphone to them July 7th, 2022 and they received it on July 12th, 2022. On the 14th of July I was updated that my phone was in the repair center ready for repair and that was the last time I heard anything about my cellphone and it's August 10th, 2022. Everytime I call they hustle me into thinking that they are overwhelmed with calls and repair orders, they leave me on hold for very long periods of time (I'm talking hours), they make me feel like they are attached to my specific case and they will call me back the next day with more information, they lie and say they will email me with an update later that day... It's so many lies they tell and they use the same name for most of the sales agents so that you can identify who you are talking to. ******************************* is the standard name they use when I could be talking to ****** **** or ******* and would never know. The male agents are truely dismissive and just say um hmm um hmm um hmm while you are trying to speak, so **** rude! I'm starting to think that instead of customer care they are a paid sales team that they use to gaslight people who call in while they do whatever with your electronics. Samsung has truly let me down and their service has tremendously downgraded from my last repair back in 2007.

      Samsung refrigerator was the worst experience ever. A fridge should last more than 5 years and should have the same issue every few weeks, ruining my hardwood floor. My refrigerator, while still under extended warranty did not have the part available for repair. This French door fridge looks nice, but it constantly freezes causing water to build ** in the crisper drawer and runs down on the floor.

      Have a Samsung Galaxy S 9+ for 6 months. Worked fine until **** dropped 3g. All of a sudden I couldn't make or receive phone calls. I could text but not call.. Said I needed to activate Volte on my phone, which description of phone says should be on there, but Samsung couldn't find it on my phone to activate so said I needed to send it into samsung and that it is covered under warranty and if they couldn't fix it they would send me a new phone. A few days later an email from samsung says I need to pay them $107 because there was liquid damage on the connectors. The phone has never been dropped in any kind of water and I can't think of any way water could've gotten in there. Told them to go ahead and fix it and gave them my credit card number. That was 4 going on 5 weeks ago. When I called originally they said I would get it back in 5-7 days. Have called multiple times over the last few weeks and I keep getting the standard line I will get it in 5-7 days. I even called 2 days after one of my calls that said I would get it back in 5-7 days just to see what they would say and sure enough they said I would get it back in, you guessed it, 5-7 days. I am beyond disgusted with Samsung. They really should be investigated for their practices. I'm starting to think they stole my phone!

      Warranty is terrible in 2022. Samsung needs to get on board with other manufacturers on their warranty. I bought a z fold 3 which cracked right down the middle. Instead of sending a replacement they have to inspect and try and repair it which leaves me without a phone for up to 14 days for a defect that they created when they designed the phone. Not to mention if they repair it who's to say it won't happen again and my warranty is just about up. No option for a refund or replacement on the defective device unless you buy a care+ plan.

      Bought a $3, ****** refrigerator and it only worked for one year , I also paid for the three year insurance , and my refrigerator has not been working for over two months now and Samsung is giving me the run around, they continue to send someone to fix it bit it never gets fixed , the last guy who came out caused me to have electrical problems and property damage to a brand new construction house almost cause a fire , this is a complete nightmare

      Samsung fridge - Ive spent $1500 total replacing the ice maker (twice) and other repairs and now the fridge wont cool. This is a fridge bought in 2014 and Samsung refuses to help because Im not the original owner. The fridge is defective and they should either repair it or reimburse me for the repairs Ive had to do. I would leave zero stars if I could.
