      We have had nothing but multiple problems with our Samsung French Door refrigerator from the day we bought it. After many phone calls and emails, Samsung has won! They wore me down. False promises and lame excuses has proven to me the integrity of this company. Today I will join the many other dissatisfied customers and purchase another competitive brand refrigerator. Good luck Samsung, this is no way to treat a loyal customer.

      Our Samsung dishwasher was defective after just 3 months of buying it new. Even though it is under warranty Samsung will not repair or replace it and keeps giving us the run around. We've been without a working dishwasher now for 2 months.

      Have has a 3 door bottom freezer refrigerator purchased and was replaced once for the freezer going out. Now a few years later the refrigerator has stopped working after battling with ice makers and simply doing without ice with a refrigerator that has two makers! Smh! And also have noticed products going bad or developing mold much sooner than expiration date. Started reading about this issue once it become apparent it was an issue with refrigerator. Started to monitor it and it wasnt reading same temperature inside of refrigerator as on the built in refrigerator temp reading. Come home tonight to find all of my food ruined and refrigerator not working. For such a large company you would think they stood behind product a bit better. From what I have read they arent easy to deal with and Im a single mother absolutely can not sit on hold 2+ hours again waiting on a rep like hVe have 3- 5 time before for various and now this ultimate unable to be of any use issues. Samsung should refund ever customer who purchased this product period.

      I was charged 1000$ more forbthe S22 ultra, because the trade in lost.I followed the instruction to sned the phone to Samsung, and they said they got a empty box.They don't want to do anything forthis case.I am so angry about this issue, and no one can support me.

      I think Samsung overall is OK. I have issues with my online experience. There are a lot of times I will find a deal or promotion on a particular product that will not be honored. Specifically... https://www.samsung.com/us/smartphones/galaxy-s22-ultra/buy/galaxy-s22-ultra-256gb-unlocked-sm-s908udrexaa/Now I'm sure they have taken it down by now but the promotion said that if I ordered a specific phone with the specific hd and color and traded it with the right product I would get another $200 knocked off. When I tried to make an order, it would not come up with the right price. I had brought it up with a CS rep in Chat and he flat out said that I was wrong and then said I need to delete my cookies (which I did). He then said he personally took the promo off the site (which he didn't). I then thought that I would try a rep through the phone. He did actually acknowledge that there was a promo with that item on the screen but it was "bad" and would have to file a claim to have it taken off. He would not honor the promotion but thanked me for letting him know. I should at least get an hour and a half of their *************** for putting my time into this.

      My Samsung refrigerator ice maker is gone bad. Does not make ice, and always freezes. Have not used the ice maker for 8 months. I will never buy Samsung refrigerator again,

      I purchased a Very expensive 82" ******* over a year ago and it just stopped displaying a picture tv is basically brand new as it doesnt get much usage. I contacted Samsung and they are telling me there is nothing they can do since it out of MFG warranty! they did offer to send someone out at my expense which is absurd considering the tv isn't damaged physically ! I use to recommend them to others but not any more!!

      My Samsung tv is 7 months old, I took protection plan out also. They trouble shooted it with them and they blamed ******* thst the picture is black I called ******* and they came, switched cable box and told me this was the tv not cable. I called Samsung back , cant tell you how many times I was disconnected, they set up a service call, service call canceled on me for another 2 weeks and told me that I needed a new tv board . Why would I want a new board in a new television instead of a tv replacement!!! I have had nothing but problems with this company. They also take your number incase you get disconnected, never once have they called me back after disconnection. Horrible experience, And the more people I talk to regarding Samsung, the more complains Im hearing. Never again will I purchase from this company!

      I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years, not only for ******************** but also for home appliances. I purchased the Samsung S22 ultra in February and received it in March. This month (July) it started dropping calls and giving me an error that my number was not registered to a network. I was glad I was still under the warranty period so I sent my phone. As I was waiting for an answer I got worried reading here that almost all customers get the same answer (external damage or water damage) to invalidate the warranty. I knew my phone had neither so I was hoping they would fix it. They just told me I have to pay $550 to change the mother board because when they opened it there was physical damage! How can it have physical damage without damage on the outside? I didn't even pay $550 for the phone because I traded my phone and only paid $480. I am literally paying for a new phone if I have to pay that for the repair of a phone that is still under warranty.

      Terrible customer service! Tried to register my ********************** washer and dryer online and with 5 phone calls. Still no proof of registration by email or my online account.The appliances did not come with a registration card when delivered.Very dissatisfied with the assistance received.
