      ordered a family matching set of PJs for my daughter and her family, the only gift I could afford being out of work with breast cancer. Picked the order up and the 3+6 months size is missing. 3 sets of PJs instead of 4. No problem, I'll call in the morning and they will make it right. I was so very wrong. We messed up so here is what I can do. Either refund the money or a 10$ credit on website. Sure, thanks. When I asked him when the replacement would arrive he states that he can't do that but I can rebut it online. Ok great, problem is it's 9$ and change, I bought it at 7$ and change. We went round and round. I ask for a supervisor, he says the exact same thing except now the PJs are 11$ and change. So now not only do I have to rebuy these now I have to buy them at a higher cost than what I bought them to begin with and it's not my fault that they messed up the order and didn't send them. He says he would refund my money and give me a $10 credit which is great. But remember I told you I didn't work well. I know that little bit of ********* is chump change to people but that ********* is my life. I don't have it. I can't wait to get the refund and then order it because by then Christmas will be over. It won't make it here for Christmas. I can't afford to just buy it with the credit and put the money towards because I don't have it. I'm scrounging pennies now. There's nothing this man can do for me and I think it's bull c*** We didn't make this problem. I didn't make the delivery one shy I paid for four. I should get four for the very same price that I bought them for. Not s*** me three then give me my money back. But oh now you have to buy it at a higher price. I can't get out of corporate so is the only thing I can think of is to call and get a hold of you guys

      My card has been continuously being charged for the past 3 days. I am tirelessly trying to contact customer service for a refund and keep getting turned down. So far they managed to deduct $540 from my card without my authorization.

      I had received an email for Childrens Place for in store only December 6, 2023 spend $50 and get $20 off. When I showed the guy at the register the barcode to scan, he told me he couldnt honor it. Because that store was shutting down like in February. I was upset because I couldnt get the discount. I dont understand why I couldnt use my discount regardless if the store is shutting down. I had to leave some items out and bought only 4 girl graphic shirts.

      Orderd clothing with express 2 day shipping. Order was shipped, however during transit the package was damaged and contents were lost. I called 4 days after the expected delivery date and ***** confirmed that package was undeliverable. ***** advised me to contact shipper, so I contacted childrens place and they told me that unless ***** notifies them of the undeliverable package they could not replace or refund. Of course when I called ***** to tell them that, ***** informed me that they do not do that and shipper needs to contact them. So im getting the runaround from both companies.

      Case #*******z I contacted The Childrens Place after checking my gift card balance and finding out I had $25 left on one gift card and about $10 on another. When trying to apply the saved gift cards to an order I received an error message stating the number was invalid. I know for a fact both numbers were valid. I called and spoke to a representative who stated she would send me a courtesy gift card via mail and email and I have not received either yet. She also promised me a $10 reward added to my account which I have not received yet either and this was about a week ago. I am completely disappointed with this company as I have been a loyal customer for many years but they are not living up to their promises and have a sketchy system. I know theres still a balance on both gift cards as I checked over the phone through the automated system. Id like to be compensated comepletely for the gift cards and the reward as promised

      I bought on their website clothes for my son in August 2023. They sent me the wrong things. So I contacted costumer services, took them close a month to reply and sent me a return ticket saying they would refund me once I return the items. I got Case ID: ********* from them. I returned them on Sept 13 and I haven’t gotten my refund yet. I’ve opened other tickets from them and no answer, I replied to that ticket and no answer. And I still don’t have my money back. It’s already December.

      They adjusted 8 dollars. I didn’t received 2 shirts, a set of underwear and a jogger jean. That totaled over 50 dollars. I did my part returning the wrong items. I would like my money back. That adjustment is not the total they owe me. I am attaching the whole order for it to be seen here. The second shipment is what I didn’t received. Also on the only email they sent me they said they would refund me upon me returning the items and that never happened. That email was sent after the adjustment.

      I purchased several items online on my store credit card. I returned a few of the items, the one in question is the gold sweater with sequins ($15.98 plus tax)that was returned. They claim I returned a tshirt (which I kept $4.99 plus tax) I emailed to tell them that the return statement had the tshirt listed incorrectly. The representative was very rude and stated the tshirt was returned, I informed them I could send the picture of the tshirt because I STILL have it. I want them to correct their error.

      Ordered 9 sets of Christmas pajamas on 10/24/2023. On 10/27/2023, received 2 of them but not the others. I waited about a week for the rest before contacting customer service. No response from them. I waited another week and contacted them again asking to either send the rest of my order or refund the money I paid. Received info that they received my complaint and would be in touch. Still today, 12/2/2023, have not heard back or received my order.

      What is going on with your shipments? Nothing but bad reviews on consumer affairs and yelp websites because orders are sitting for weeks unprocessed. **************** agents just say heres your order number it will ship and take up to 10 business days but the orders arent moving at all. Do not recommend this company for anyone!

      Hello i ordered some clothing for my children nov21, paying extra for express shipping. I never recieved a tracking email. I called today to get an update and they told me they dont know where my package is. To call puralator.
