      Hello i ordered some clothing for my children nov21, paying extra for express shipping. I never recieved a tracking email. I called today to get an update and they told me they dont know where my package is. To call puralator. When i called puralator they told me the seller has to contact them. i called childrens place again and they said they cant help me either. i still have no package and the seller wont help me order number is ********** and total is ******

      On 10/20/23 I placed an order #**********. This order was never shipped. On 11/4/23 I submitted request for more information to Children place customer service (case #). No actions were taken nor anyone had reached out to me. I called customer service on 11/20/23. I was assured that my order will be re-shipped. Since I got no confirmation i called back on 11/22/23. Again I was assured that items were re-shipped second time and that all the items are in stock and I ll be getting everyone in 3 days or something . **************** on the call with me admitted that nothing was re-shipped before. On 11/24/23 I got a shipment which only had few items and not all the items that were ordered and paid for. I called customer service and again they assured me that the remaining items will be re-shipped. As of 12/1/23 I got no confirmation that re-shipment was processed.

      Business sold an item to me online. 5 days later, business cancels order with no explanation. **************** for cancelled orders is non-existant automated form response that suggests that the issue is caused by the customer, when it's really because this business is selling items that they don't have in stock in order to sell additional items that they do have in stock. I image that thousands of people are affected by the fraudulent business practices of this company. I want the product I ordered in good faith. Order #**********

      I purchased a large order during their Black Friday sale that was split into two shipments. When one of the shipments was sent to me, it was missing a coat I had ordered. I immediately emailed them and in the email, I chose the option to have the company send the item to me. I did not receive a response in a couple of days, so I reached out to their ******** page. After a week total of waiting for a response, they told me they were unable to resend the item. My issue with this is that they have the item in stock in the correct size. There is no reason they should not be able to send it to me (I did pay for it and waited a week for a response, after all).I suspect it is because the sale is over and the price has gone up and theyd like me to order it again for more money, which is wildly unethical. I believe the outcome here is ridiculous. Not only should I not have to reach out multiple times, but if they have the item in stock, they should absolutely be willing to send it to me. It is clear based on my experience and the other reviews that this company does not care about its customers in any manner. They told me my refund would take **** days. Anecdotally, in all of my years working in retail and customer service, I have never heard of a refund taking that long. If my experience is like other reviewers, I probably will not even receive it. We will see. I am unsure why they even gave me the option to have it sent to me if they were going to refuse to do so. This is a huge shame because the coat is adorable and my son would have loved it, but I will never shop at this company again after this experience, so I will have to find a coat elsewhere (also a bummer as my son has been waiting to be able to play in the snow). I am debating returning everything else I ordered because I would rather shop ethical businesses. I will definitely be telling others of this experience as I do not want my loved ones ordering from this company and having similar issues.

      The children place has not yet tried to assist with removing this inaccurate debt from my report. I have asked for debt validation letter and for A Purchase agreement letter since This debt has been sold to another company. Its been 120 days no response. Since this account was a charge off I asked for a 1099C form . Since it's been 5 months I'll file a **** form .

      I placed an order on 11/24/23 for $142.38. The charge immediately was assessed to my account on that date which was fine. Then on 11/26/23 I was charged $138.49. Then on 11/27/23 I was charged $138.49 again. on 11/27/23 I was credited back for one of the $138.49 charges, but not the other. I called customer service to receive my refund and they stated I would need to wait 10 business days for it to reflect on my account. I explained that was not fair, because my order was not that amount and I did not authorize my account to be charged that amount. **************** then shifted blame to Apple and claimed that they are the ones who instilled the charges, though, the charges on my bank account clearly state "The Children's Place." I requested the customer service agent to cancel my order if they could not get my money back and they claimed they could not cancel the order as it was preparing to ship. Three weeks before the holidays and they are taking double amounts of money from people's accounts and not even having solid reasoning behind it. This is so wrong.

      My husband and I stopped into the store to get two Thanksgiving shirts for our daughters. At check out the lady asked if I was a rewards member. I said yes. She looked up my account and told me that I had no points to use. I said OK. She then said, actually, you have $2.99 would you like to use it today. I said yes. She proceeded to ask me for my ID, which I did not have. I thought this weird, but went with it. She then asked me to fill out the rest of the information on the screen. I did proceed to put in my birthday and last 4 of social, again thinking it was weird, but in a hurry to make it to a movie. She then announced, "uh oh, somehow this had you fill out for a credit card" She just stood there, and said there was nothing she could do. She called over her counterpart who was working, and told her she had no idea how I ended up applying for a credit card. This was very clearly a scam that they were both in on. I'm assuming they get some kind of incentive to get people to sign up for cards. They handed us a pamphlet and told us all that could be done was to call on Monday and try to cancel my accepted application to the card. I am extremely upset as I am very careful with my credit, I would NEVER have applied to open a credit card, and there is no possible way that she was not notified this is what was happening. I have reached out to the corporate office directly, and now have to spend time trying to cancel a card I did not apply for.

      I ordered from children’s place and my order said delivered. I went to get it cause there was a picture showing it here. When I got home maybe 15 mins later it was gone. I do not have neighbors close by and don’t have a camera. I called to ask for a refund cause I purchased it with the children place credit card. They told me to dispute it I can’t dispute their own card. Told me take it up with *****. They said there’s a picture nothing further they can do. All my years shopping children’s place is the hardest to try and resolve issues. They do not care as long as they are making money. I would like a refund and will probably be cancelling my 2500 credit card from them. I asked for a refund automatically through the website first and it says under review and the customer service ppl are rude and didn’t care. Case ****** it says is the case number.

       the same thing over and over.  Y’all are telling me again to contact the delivery ppl. They tell me to contact you.  I can’t file a dispute cause it’s on the children’s place credit card and I can’t even figure out how to cancel it as no one will tell me who to call. I’ve been hung up on 2 times. Waited for ever each time. It’s ridiculous you put people through hoops when something goes wrong. All I want is the 68.00 refund and to cancel the card.

      I made an online purchase on 11/3/23. The tracking information from ***** showed pending and I never received the order. I called customer service on 11/17 requesting to reorder items. **************** could not reorder stating system limitations and only offered a merchandise credit which would take 24 hours. I explained that my son needs a coat. At this point the weather is too cold and I needed to place the order today. The items were also more expensive than the original order. Since I needed to buy a coat immediately, I needed the refund. They advised a refund could not be done for another 5 days. this is unacceptable. I paid cash with a debt card for these items and needed to purchase a coat for my son as now the weather is just too cold in *********** to wait another 10 days.I then had to place a second order (still not refunding the original purchase) and pay additional for expedited shipping.

      I placed an irder and the status states it was delivered. I never received it. I bought a coat and pajamas. I have tried to email, chat and call to rectify the situation and there is no way to get ahold of a person. The chat is unavailable. The automated message tells you to call at another time. I am now frustrated and do not know what to do! This whole situation is inconvenient!
