      I placed an order at the Children's Place online with three different items and one of the items, a pair of jeans, were so small that my son couldn't even get them over his feet. I attempted to start the return process, but much to my dismay I did not know a customer would be responsible for return shipping charges and the closest in person store is an hour away. I emailed the company and they did not respond after a couple weeks and whenever you attempt to call the phone number, they hang up on you saying they are experiencing high call while I am. There is no prompt that will bring me to a real person. I am unhappy with my experience at Children's Place and does not seem as though they value me as a customer.

      My order was sent to an old address. I have called customer service repeatedly and I get an automated message to call back later due to high call volume and then the phone disconnects. I have tried the chat repeatedly but there are never any available agents. I sent and email and got an automated response with Case CU-******* on 11/1/23. Two weeks later I have still not received any follow up.

      I am returning an item at the store in ***********. I have a receipt and the store is only offering store credit. I paid with a debit cared on October 29, 2023 and it is November 11, 2023. The employees are being very rude and the purchase is only $16. I was not asked where I wanted the payment to go the associate made the choice for me. Theyre telling me only option is store credit. It clearly says on the receipt that it was a debit card purchase and not a credit card purchase. The associate never asked to see my card or DL. I am being disgusted at the poor service.

      I recently ordered some clothes from Childrens Place. I had 2 addresses on my account. One was mine and other my niece.She lives in another state..Usually it will let you check address but this time it didnt. It picked her address. It was weekend and no one was available until Monday morning. I called early and a customer service rep told me she would cancel.A few days later l saw that the items had shipped. I thought they were canceled and reordered. I talked to another rep told me to contact carrier.Carrier did not stop package. I contacted my niece she was confused about the package and donated the items. I just want a refund. I feel like l have just been getting the run around and was lied to. I spend a lot of money there for my grandkids. If l dont get a refund lm through with The Childrens Place.

      date opened 11-30-2019 a in store credit card was created in my name and address with out my consent it has been attached to my credit report and is affecting my score.... I'am disputing this account against the CCB/CHLDPLCE due to not mine and statue of debt has acceded the limitations in my state and country and would be a big help please and thank you

      I made an order for $123.22 at The Children's Place which said it was delivered by a company named "Lasership". This company is notorious for driver to mark packages as delivered without ever delivering the package. I requested to have my items replaced at first, but The Children's Place is not willing to accept that they have an unethical business partner making them irresponsible and uncaring for their customers. I have requested a refund and a representative is not willing to help. Spoke with their credit card representative to dispute the charge many months ago and recently contacted them again. They stated to contact the merchant again to which ******** does notwant to solve this issue. Opened cases with them Case Number is CU-******., Case Number is CU-****** and Case Number is CU-*******. The Children's Place has kept my money unlawfully since April 2023 with the excuse that their partner "lasership" claims to have delivered the order.

      They clearly did not read the message. Of course their delivery partner employee will mark the package as delivered if they are not planning on actually leaving my package. The issue is that Childrens Place is not willing to look further into this. It has been nearly 7 months and they just have the same careless and incompetent response

       Our records indicate that the package with tracking number: 1LSCYK########, was delivered to the shipping address provided on the order on 04/29/2023, at 11:07 am, and left At Lobby.

      This is like a saying in the courtroom that according to our suspects record he said that he did not commit the crimecase closed. 

      With customer service like this, no wonder their stores are closing in the *** area. Not a single ounce of consideration for their so called Childrens place rewards member. Unethical corp.

      I placed an online order 10/19/2023. The order contained 9 items split between 2 shipments. The second shipment had an order error - I ordered a 3T sunflower dress; they shipped a 12 pink gingerbread dress. I have tried to call customer service over the past 5 days - I never connect with a person and the automatic answer system states that due to high call volume, I will need to hang up and call back another time. There's no way to leave a message. I have also emailed customer service - five days with no response from them. I would either like my order refunded OR I would like to ship the correct item and send me a label to return the incorrect item.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They sent me a shipping label for the wrong item and issued a refund to my credit card for the erroneous shipped item. I really appreciate your help in getting this matter resolved so quickly. I was very concerned it wasn't going to be addressed by the company based on the reviews that have been posted about their company over the past ***** days.

      I placed an order with them and immediately noticed the address for shipping was the wrong address. I called immediately to resolve the issue and was told that they could not fix it I would have to wait until it shipped and call back to have the shipper change the address which is ridiculous. I waited for the shipment to mark shipped and was told that I needed to call the number they gave me , the man I spoke with said they were not the shipper of this order. I called another shipper on my own and was told yes they were the shipper but they had no authority to change an address and do not know why the company told me that I called the childrens place back and was told wait until it was delivered and I could call back then if it wasnt received I explained it would not be received as it was a whole different state but was told I had to wait until it was delivered period. I have called several times since then and the recording says they can not take my call at this time so I emailed them with absolutely no response. At this time I am fed up with this company I will never place an order with them again and would like my money back instead of the order reshipped to me as I had to buy the clothing from another merchant which *** never had a problem with and should have used to begin with. I feel they have poor customer service and the customer service has no idea what they are talking about therefore; they have no intentions of solving customer satisfaction. This is not acceptable. They should be held accountable for this.

      On Oct 15, 2023 I placed an order #********** in the amount of $60.76 for childrens clothing. I received an order at my home that was not at all what I ordered, different items, different sizes, clearly incorrect. I have been trying to reach them but their customer service phone number states they have a high call volume and then they disconnect. I have sent multiple emails with no response .
