I placed an order online and never received the products. I was home all day ! The shipper took a picture outside my apartment where package was delivered. I went out seconds later to get my package and there was nothing there! I called the shipper and the business to report this issue. I spoke with several supervisors and both can only conclude I dispute the charge with my bank.Business Response

On 8/5/23 $11.98 came out of my account and I didn't buy anything. Then on 8/21/23 $4.90 came out of my account and I didn't buy anything. Then on 9/6/23 $61.20 came out of my account and I didn't buy anything, I've called multiple times and just get a run around and told to wait it will go back in and it never does. On 10/17/23 I asked i tried to talk to a supervisor but they just hung up on my, I did not get a call back when they took my number incase we got cut off. I placed an order with childrens place August 28, 2023. Order number: **********. The package was sent according to tracking August 30, 2023 with OnTrac or Lasership. Tracking number: C12116106628836. The package says it was delivered September 4,2023. I immediately contacted Childrens Place and Ontrac and informed I did not receive this package. I then filed a missing package claim with the shipper and was told they were not able to recover to contact the merchant. I did around three weeks ago this and was told Id be refunded to original payment method in 3-5 days. I still have yet to receive a refund. I used Afterpay as the payment method and even contacted them to advise if the issues going on. They told me Childrens place has to send the refund in order to refund me. At this point the order is paid off and I still have yet to be refunded. I called childrens place today and now they are refusing to refund me saying OnTrac now must provide me with proof its missing and to change their delivery status or they wont issue refund. This is ridiculous. Why am I contacting their carrier to get them to refund me! Its been over a month! They are basically stole my money. I have No merchandise yet they have been paid. I have wasted countless time calling and emailing to resolve this and yet theres no resolution they keep sending me on a wild goose chase. Please help me get my refund.Business Response

Sept 27th, 2023, 7 items ordered (order #**********) for $138.33 on *************************************** 30th, 2023 - supposedly 6 items shipped, one pending. Received 3 items in two separate packages that were not ordered and none of the 6 items that I did order arrived.Waited a few days to ensure proper package was not in transit, did not arrive and called on October 3rd, 2023 to notify company of issue. Sent shipping label and asked to send 3 incorrect items back to company before they could issue refund or reshipment.Sent in shipment as requested and called back on October 6th to ask about process of reshipment. Told reshipment was issued for the 6 missing items, to follow-up on October 10th.October 10th, 2023 - called back due to lack of shipment confirmation and told it would be shipped out on October 11th/12th with tracking # to be sent then. October 13th, 2023 - called back due lack of tracking # to be sent. Told 2 of items were "refunded" with no credit posted on my credit card since "refund" on October 6th and that the reshipment will go out next Monday, October 16th with arrival by October 20th. No verification of tracking # or refund other than verbal. No way of tracking refund, reshipment, or progress. Told to call back on October 20th if I do not receive product and/or refund. Escalated to their leadership with no offer of remediation other than to call back on October 20th if products not received and partial refund not received.Business Response

Bought clothes for my little boy online on children's place website on Sept 25. All emails confirmed. Said package by Oct 9th. One day I went on the app to see where it is and it said delivered Oct 6! No one wrote or texted or said. Ok I checked everything and everywhere. No package!!! I called. The rep said it is MY problem and I need to contact the courtiers. What??? Since when?? I paid! I got no items! They should work it out and till then refund me. In the meantime I went on the app 1 or 2 days before I called. Clicked problem with order and got to choose refund or send new order. I chose resend order. Got a confirmation email saying a rep will contact me. No one did!! Then it said it's easier to get a refund and re order by yourself so I clicked ok refund. Nothing! Case number sent and no follow up.On phone asked for manager. Nothing!! Again they said it's my fault my problem and I should investigate where items are via a third party. What????? I placed an order with the childrens place online after updating my address with the company prior to submitting order. Once i received an order confirmation email, i immediately noticed that my order was not being sent to the new address i gave, but instead to my old address. I immediately contacted the childrens place to modify or cancel the order before it was processed or shipped. **************** refused to modify or cancel the order despite the fact that my order had not even been shipped yet. Instead they suggested that i contact the carrier service. After contacting the carrier service, the carrier service informed me that due to the type of shipping, only the merchant (the childrens place) could modify or cancel the order. When i called the childrens place again and informed them of this, they told me they cannot cancel the order even though it still was not shipped at this time. They then told me i need to wait until the package was delivered to the incorrect address and to then contact them again for a full refund. The packages were delivered to the incorrect address and the childrens place is refusing to give me a refund and tell me that no notes were ever made to my account that says they told me they would refund me. They told me to again contact the carrier services to make a claim, but when i called carrier services they informed me that only the merchant (the childrens place) could make a claim. The childrens place then told me to contact my financial institute to make a claim, but my financial institute will not issue a refund until the merchant files a claim. The childrens place refuses to do their job and i am now suffering a loss for something that could have been prevented by them.Business Response

My order was canceled by the outlet in **. I have not gotten my gift card back that I Used to pay for my order. For 4 days I have been contacting the company only to be told " this is what it is". SUPERVISOR C21230 is u knowledgeable for a supervisor. When i requested an appeasement due to all the run around, she Doesn't know what an appeasement is and told me my money back was my appeasement. She sounded like she was Reading from a script and had zero empathy. Requesting my money back plus appeasement for hours wasted on this issues between phone calls and emails. I made a purchase online through the children's place website..I received notification at the delivery of my items were delivered on September. The 17th left at my door.. there was no package delivered to my home by lasership. There is no one on my video camera at the time they said the shipment was delivered... The shipment company and the children's place customer service keep sending me back and forth to each other and no one will answer my questions or help me. I have contacted my credit card company and now they're doing an investigation which means basically I'm screwed. I'm not getting my money back once lasership says they delivered the shipment. I know what's going to happen but I did not get this package... Not only have I asked them just to replace the items or give me back the $120 in rewards I used towards this purchase. They keep telling me they can't help me call the shipping company. Shipping company tells me to call them. I've contacted my credit card company and they're going to do an investigation just like last time I had a problem with children's place and a shipment again supposedly delivered by lasership...
