      on September 24, 2020 I purchased a number of items from The Children's Place online. Total $120.50. Order number *********. never received shipping notification. Tried calling customer service 6 times. No-one ever answered the phone. There was no way to speak to anyone. Went in to a local store and was told there was nothing they could do.

      I placed order #********** for 5 items. 3 items arrived. 2 did not arrive. I would like a refund of $23.81 for the 2 pairs of shorts that did not arrive, plus the reissue of the $5 rewards coupon that was used on the order. I called Childrens Place and was told that there is not an option to refund or replace lost orders.l You can see in my account history that I am a good customer with few returns/issues, I am not interested in a merchandise credit, as I paid for the original order using my credit card.

      On 5/1/23 I placed an order for $38.49. Money was taken out of my bank account on 5/3/23. The order confirmation number is **********. The shipment was delayed twice and on 5/9/23 the tracking, through Lasership, said it was delivered. I did not receive any package. My neighbors did not receive my package either. On 5/10 I emailed Childrens Place customer service about my missing package and was told to contact the shipping company. I emailed Lasership and got an email saying it was under investigation and results will be in 2 days. It's been a week so I called Lasership today 5/17/23 and was told they could no longer help me and to contact seller, Children's Place. I called Children's Place customer service, was transferred to 3 people and finally spoke to an employee who told me that they could not refund or replace my items and to contact the shipper and my bank if I want a refund. It is not my banks job to refund money for items I have never received. I've never had a company refuse a refund or replacement for items never received, until now. The carrier keeps telling me to call the seller and the seller keeps telling me to call the carrier. Everyone is giving a complete run around. If I can not get replacements for the items, I would like a refund for the items I never received. Please help me get a resolution from this company as their customer service department will not help me. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The carrier said it was delivered to a locker. I do not have a locker at my house. When I informed the carrier of this they told me they can no longer help me and to contact Children's Place for a refund, which they are refusing to do. I do not have my package or a refund of items I bought.

      Made an online order and the address was wrong. Ive been calling for three days to try to resolve the issue and have had no luck with any customer service. ********************** wants me to contact the carrier and the carrier wants me to contact Childrens place. Ive been trying to resolve this before the shipping label was even printed. No one wants to assist me and Im now being charged for clothes I will never receive. Im disgusted with the non-chalant attitude that this company has and everything is out of their hands.

      Placed an order april 14, 2023 for $96.87. These items have been paid for and I have yet to receive the products. I called three times to inquire. Keep getting run around and different stories. I want a full refund ASAP. You can not take payment and not product merchandise.

      The Children's Place is using a company called OnTrac to deliver customer packages and they are not being delivered. There are many complaints about OnTrac and its delivery practices. The delivery service lied and stated that they attempted to delivery my package but they never came to my home. I have cameras all around my home. I have been at home, and no one rang my doorbell. The delivery team is lying about the delivery service. I have tried to contact the company but the phone number is busy. I tried to chat with someone but also unsuccessful. My office is at my home. The company has refused to help me get this resolved. I need The Children's Place to make this right. The Children's Place needs to discontinue using the current carrier and use a more reliable carrier such as *********** or DHL. The company is a bogus company. I need my packaged delivered or a full refund immediately.

      I purchased boys clothing on Children's place website and the offer was open a children's place credit card and receive 30% off. So I applied, was approved and placed the order. I received an email confirmation and was charged the full amount. I emailed Children's place and was given a case number (Case# I-*******) but never received any further correspondence. I called today and spoke to a manager, *******, ***************) and she said she could not refund the difference because the order was shipped, but I could return everything and then reorder with coupon.I already took tags off and threw them out and my son started wearing the clothing, so that is not an option. I want the 30% off refunded on the credit card I opened with them if they can not adjust my credit card amount, then refund me the $50 I should have received off of my order for opening up a credit card with them.       On 4/16/23 I placed an order for $50.94. The order confirmation number is **********. As of 4/26/23 I did not receive my order. I went to the email I received when the order was shipped to check the tracking. It states that my package was delivered on 4/24/23. I did not receive a delivery that day. I emailed Childrens Place customer service on 4/26/23. I received an email response from an employee named ***** stating that my package was delivered and to reach out to the carrier(Lasership). Prior to emailing Childrens Place I also emailed the carrier who have not responded to me. On 4/28/23 at 9:05 am I called customer service and spoke to an employee named *******. He stated to call the carrier and there is nothing they can do. I then spoke to a supervisor named ******* on 4/28/23 at 9:10 am who also stated there is nothing they can do and to call the carrier. I called the carrier who said to call the seller. I also asked from a reply to the original email and from both customer service representatives on 4/28/23 for contact information for their executive offices and they would not provide any information. I placed an order on Childrens Place online ordering system and paid for the order with a valid credit card and have not received the merchandise I paid for. Customers do not choose the carrier for delivery, it is chosen by Childrens Place. I am not looking for a refund as my child needs the clothing. Please help me get a resolution from this company as their customer service department will not help me. Thank you and have a good day, ***********************.

      I ordered $76 worth of clothing from Childrens Place. The site said delivered the shipping company said delivered with a photo that was not my home. I contacted customer support and was told that I should contact the business I ordered from so I did. They told me to contact shipping company and credit card company. Credit card company said I should call childrens place.

      My childrens place marketed a credit card to me under the ruse that I would get a 30% off coupon and be able to use my credit card immediately for purchase after approval. I only applied for the card based off of the information provided. I applied for the card to be able to get rewards and the steep discount during a sale that was already going on. This was presented to me that I would save $176.86 if I applied. After applying and getting approved - I was then denied the ability to purchase based on their technical error. The site stated that the credit card information that was obtained was incorrect. I never received any information regarding this card. I have now lowered my credit, opened an unusable card and was told to wait **** business days until I receive the card. At which point their sale will not be going on, items I want could be sold out, and I may no longer wish to purchase from them. Customer service was not helpful even when I said Id be willing to purchase the items with a different card if they just held up their end of the deal- 30% off, triple rewards points for new card holder, and free shipping. To which I was promptly told no by an employee and a manager. I am a paycheck to pay check individual who relies on sales and discounts to purchase clothing for my children. I feel swindled.
