      Order Date: 03/24/23 Order Number: ********** Order Date:March 24, 2023 I Ordered from them on march 24th, on April 1st I was told my order was delivered and went to check to see that there was no package. I waited a few days in case it was still in transit. April 4th I reached out to the company and was told I wouldnt receive a refund or the product because they say it was delivered. I kept explaining to the customer service that I didnt have the package and I just wanted the money back. They are saying they wont give me the money back.

      Back in 2020 I ordered product from childrens place. I tried to return and my order was denied at warehousse and sent back because apparently of because of covid. I was stuck with over $200 of merchandise. I paid off majority of my bill and I thought I scheduled a automatic payment date to cover the rest. I have not used my credit card since *** honestly did not pay attention to the statements that came in the mail because I assumed they were 0 balance. I admit that was a big mistake ony part. Last month I opened a my statement and the balance of $198 due to late fees. I had planned to call and pay it and forgot. I have a 3 year old daughter with a neurodegenerative disorder and taking care of her is overwhelming, time consuming, and challenging. All my bills are on autopay because my mind is so preoccupied these days with my childs health. I recieved an email yesterday that my account had been passed onto a debt collector and my balance is $588!!! I tried calling the debt collector this morning and everytime I called the phone rings 1 time and disconnects. I had a chat online explaining that the $198 was not a problem to pay and that I would pay it today. But charging $588 is completely taking advantage of people and a scam. I am happy to pay $198 because I should have paid more attention. I want this company to remeber that I had over $200 worth of merchandise that was refused for return because apparently the warehouse would not take because of covid and that charging that much all the sudden is a scam and taking advantage of people. I can not return to work because of my daughter's health condition and my hisband has **** laid off multiple times since covid. Even paying to $198 will be a struggle for me but I can do it and I will pay today od they will please close out my account after this and no more charges.

      3/13/2023 I placed an order with Children's place. The order was never received, yet I received a delivery confirmation email on 3/18/23. They used a company by the name of laser ship so I contacted them to file a complaint advising them that the order says delivered, but I never received it. They said they would investigate the issue, but to contact the seller for refund or a replacement. I order online all the time and have these issues when packages get lost, or misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address. When that happens, I'm offered a refund from the company, or to reship the items. When I called customer service and spoke with a representative and also a supervisor, not of these options were offered to me. They told me they can not send a replacement or offer me my money back as long as the items say that they are delivered . So basically I'm out of my money and have no product and that is not fair to the consumer. It's not my fault if my items were not delivered to me. They were of no help and said " If you want your money back, try calling your bank". They were very rude to me. My bank is not entitled to give me a refund. This needs to come from the company I ordered the product from. The delivery company is not required to give me a refund either. This solely comes from the company. At this point I want my money back and will never order from them again. I'm not sure if this is some sort of scam, but I have never dealt with a company that will take your money and not deliver your product. My order number for this order is **********. Thank you

      I have paid my original balance on my credit card i was double charged a late fee in middle of cycle i havw been charged a late fee once again I called back was told i would be followed up with back office would resolve issue still hasnt been done My account should be at a zero balance and this is showing as late payments on my credit report

      On February 26 I placed a large order. On or around March 3 I received my order according to the tracking. I opened the package to discover that it was not my order. I called customer service and I was told that most of the items that I ordered were sold out so I told them to just refund my order and I would send the order back because it did not contain anything that I ordered. The gentleman told me that he would send me a return label but I could not get a refund because my items were saying delivered but when they get the package and check it it would take almost a month to process a refund. I asked for a manager and the person that came to the phone sounded just like the person I was already talking too and he said the exact same thing. I am not paying for items that I never received. The mixup was on them and not me.

      I made an online purchase from this company 2/23/23. They are telling me my package was marked delivered 3/1/23. I have not received my merchandise and this company refuses to refund my money or offer any resolution. I spoke with several representatives of childrens place also the supervisor as well as delivery company and each person says to contact the other. I am out of the order I placed as well as money, its unacceptable.

      I purchased clothing for my grandkids for Christmas on November 26, 2022 using my AfterPay account. I attempted to return the items on January 7, 2023 which was within The Children's Place refund policy of 45 days. When I went to the **************** in ***********, **, The Children's Place went out of business. I also tried to return the items to the *************** only to find out that The Children's Place had gone out of business there as well. I contacted them that Monday January 9, 2023 at their customer service number only to get a message that they were closed it was during normal business hours. I called several times only to get the same message. It is unfair for the Children's Place to close their locations where I could not receive a refund of my money. I would like the BBB to intervene as I want my money back. I can more than likely be seen on video footage at the mall on that day. I also purchased items in other stores that I still have the receipt for. When I asked the neighboring store what happened to the Children's Place, I was told that they went out of business. I am on The Children's Place email list. There was no notification that they were going out of business.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There were no signs at their location stating that The Children's Place had moved. The business next door stated that The Children's Place had a big going out of business sale. I went to the mall on January 7, 2023 to return the items.  I also called their phone number and requested the returns department.  The message states that they're open until 8 p.m. but then the message states that they are currently closed no matter what time of day that you call.  This is shady, poor customer service.  One would think that the amount of money that I have spent with The Children's Place that they would do better than this fraudulent way of handling business.  I called on January 10 at 5:48 p.m. I sent an email on their website and it took over a week to get a reply.  I called on January 30 at 5:31 p.m. and countless times trying to get in touch with someone.  I have a copy of my cell phone screen that shows how many times that I called.  It is irresponsible of this business to close their store and not advise their customers.  I want a refund or I will file a court case.  All of this for $60 is ridiculous!!

      Order Number: ********** Order Date: February 15, 2023 My Place Rewards Number: B10000460949726 Alternate Pickup ******************* Pick Up Date: February 21, 2023 - February 23, 2023 Payment Method: Paypal I ordered clothing for my children. My daughter had a significant growth spurt and needed spring/summer clothes desperately. The total was around $300 dollars. There were 30 line items on of these line items was a multi-pack of shorts, but is counted as one item. I decide to do the ship to store option because it gave me an extra 10% or 15% off my order. I received a message that my order was ready to pick up today. I called the store and asked if my husband could pick up the order for me. They told me that my husband just needed the order number and he could pick it up. My husband picked up a sealed shipping package and brought it home to me. When he handed it to me I knew immediately something was wrong. It was not big enough or heavy enough. I immediately opened the package and saw that more than half of my order was missing. There was not packing slip in the package either. I called the store and they checked to see if there was another package. They were very nice. The store told me I had to contact customer service. I called and sat on the phone for 40 mins. After explaining all the items that were missing they told me I had to wait 3 to 5 days for them to investigate. I asked why I was being penalized for their warehouse making a mistake? I told them my daughter needed these clothes. That she grew out of everything and my son also needed the clothes. They did not care and told me to wait for their message. I told them to call the store my husband picked up the package from. They would confirm the package was a small package and not a package that would hold ********************************************************************* not. I have not idea what is happening. I am so sad and angry. I called the store and left a message with the management there.

      Online purchase of child clothing for $15.06. Item#*******. Order#**********. The item purchased is made of such ridiculously thin material you can see through it. So NOT the picture shown on website. They do not send packing slips or receipt - you have to print email acknowledgement and send item back at your cost. Very unfair and restricted return policy. I want a total refund for the unacceptable item and will NOT be spending my time or additional money to return.
