      Every year since I have had children I have utilized the childrens place Black Friday deal on their matching family pajamas. On November 23rd I ordered 5 pairs of pajamas. They originally cancelled one pair, so I got back on and re ordered with a separate order. That was the only issue explained to me. I still received no information 19 days later, so I called. I was told that there was an issue with their warehouse and now they are cancelling my order. I still have a separate order with ONE set coming and the rest of my family is screwed out of wearing matching pjs, which we do every year. I am so sad and disappointed. I should have been notified earlier so I could find else where to take my business or re order the items that are no longer in stock.

      I am rejecting this response because:I also have one set of pajamas coming that your rep told me she could not cancel and refund me. She said I would have to inconvenience my self and go to  store to return and get the money back. You guys should eat that cost for the huge inconvenience you caused me by having to frantically run around trying to find last minute items. A 30 percent coupon does nothing for me.

      Date 11/9/22 purchased a pair of boots it showed delivered but I didn't get the item..****#********** amount .. ***** One customer svc said it would be refunded the one I spoke to today said its their policy not to return money... I looked at the website and now their no longer accepting any orders for that boot. Their just taking customers money and NO WHERE DID I SEE THAT THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS ON LOST, STOLEN OR ITEMS NOT SHIPPED.

      I placed an order on 12/6/22 that still has not shipped. When speaking to a rude chat rep on 12/11/22, they could not tell me why my order has not left the warehouse for shipping, although the website shows that it has shipped. This is not true because I reached out to *** 2 days ago, yesterday, and today, and they continue to state that The Children's Place has not sent the item to them. As a first-time customer, the chat rep told me that I have to wait 10 business days before they would attempt to do anything to help with the order. So let me make sure I understand, this company offers "free shipping", but doesn't actually ship products? Or they offer quicker shipping, but that option was never given to me at checkout. At this point, I don't think I'm getting my order, and this company has lost my trust as a first time customer.*email only*

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company was not helpful during the entire process. They did not assist me via email, social media, or chat, and it's 2022 and I don't have time for phone calls. They also chose the shipper, and they waited until AFTER the delivery to even bother responding with no remorse or apology for their non existent customer service. 

       

      I know the BBB will close this out because they responded, but Children's Place know that you lost a customer, and I will tell *EVERYONE AND ANYONE*, especially in all of my mom classes, the boards that I sit on, etc. about my absurd customer service.

      I ordered some items for my son on November 24, 2022. I recieved 5 items out of an order of 14 items. On my account it stays that the items were all delivered on November 30th. I reached out to Childrens place and was told that I needed to contact the courier as they have on their end that the items were delivered. They stated that the courier normally upload picture showing proof of delivery and that was not done. I was given a phone number for lasership and it was the incorrect number. I then called back to childrens place for a solution to this problem they then told me to call and dispute the charges with the childrens place credit card department in which told me the process takes 90 days. This is unacceptable customer service. My child is in need of winter clothing that was purchased and was not delivered to my address. This is indeed unacceptable. My request is that I get my son's clothing items that were purchased. I am not worried about a refund I just want the clothes to be delivered to me. Order #**********.

      I ordered clothes for my kids for Christmas on 11/28/2022. The package that that it was delivered on 12/06/2022. and it was not. I did not receive a package that was sent to me. I called and complained to the company that I never received it and they stated that it was delivered. I asked for a refund from the company, and I also called the delivery service. They told me that I had to call the credit card company and dispute it with them. I just want a refund now. I did want that same clothes but after this I don't want anything to do with them.

      I paid off my account in June 2022 for $183(+)... asked for cancelation of my card and they refuse to cancel!!! It is now December 2022 and they are trying to charge me $100(+) in late fees and finance charges where they refused to cancel my card!!!! It's a scam and a rip off!

      I purchased some clothes for my grandchildren from this seller on Black Friday, 11.25.22. I didn't read the reviews because I was told that this would be a great place to shop for children . So like other customers I knew that they would have awesome deals for the holiday. The store would not allow me the option to pick up my order at either location which honestly should have been a reason to not continue with this order. The first red flag was the company that they contract with to ship out their merchandise (Lasership) is based out of *********, ** and has pending lawsuits against the management for stealing the customer products that were sent to the customer via text and e-mail as delivered but the customers never received the packages. The second red flag was that it took too long for the merchandise to ship. I believe that the seller or someone working in the sellers warehouse is working one on one with Lasership and stating that the merchandise has been shipped from the seller's warehouse but never ships from the warehouse to the buyer. I don't have money to throw away and I will never ever shop with this company again or recommend to others. The third party shipping company fraudlenty signed my name and did not deliver the package to my home.

      I ordered over $150 of clothing on 10/13. Received my order 10/20. The jackets I ordered have a strange fit, way too long but too tight, my one year old could not move in the 2T. All other brands fit correctly. Tried to return but since Im 2 days out of the return window they wont even give me store credit. Their policy is to only exchange for the exact same item in a different size.

      Purchased five items including a three pack of toddler pants for $18.34 on Nov 28th 2022. The seller (Childrens Place .com) cancelled a portion of my order. On Dec 6th I called to understand why, they said it was out of stock when I ordered it. I pointed out that other items showed out of stock, but this item did not. They acknowledged it was an error on their site, yet the website currently lists the item as in stock (screenshots provided). The manager ******** c222836 said there was nothing she could do to honor the price I paid on my order.

      On November 20, 2022 I placed an online purchase with the Children's Place (Order #**********) and I never received items. I contacted the Children's Place and was advised that my items was delivered via *** on 11/25/22 (Tracking #1Z9X28A7YN91006540). I contacted *** and they indicate that package was transferred to my local post office. I went directly to my post -office and was advised that they had no such package. I once again contacted the Children's Place was advised that there was nothing they could do for me. I would like a full refund in the amount of $78.43 by the Children's Place online.
