      I ordered my grand daughter clothes 52 dollars and something from the childrens place and it was supposedly delivered November 10 2022 my daughter did not receive package. **** investigated and they delivered to wrong postal box but refuses to pay because the childrens place did not insure. I called the childrens place for a refund and was told I have to call my bank and dispute claim as fraud and cancel my debit card. This is not acceptable and I would appreciate them refunding my money. Thank you, *********************

      Dear BBB:For the past weeks, I have been unsuccessful in using my credit of $19.62 from my merchandise Gymboree card. I was told from Children's Place (CP) the credit can be used in any CP store. Here's the history of my contact with CP:11/2/2022 - CU-******. [Case# I-3214163}11/27/2022 - CU-****** 11/30/2022 - CU-****** Latest response from CP below on 11/30/2022:Thank you for contacting The Children's Place. We appreciate the opportunity to address your request, we understand how important it is for you to use your gift card. To provide you further assistance, we recommend contacting ********* Services at ************. A specialist will be happy to assist you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.If we can be of further assistance, feel free to give us a call at **************. Thank you for shopping at The Children's Place.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------On 12/1/2022, I called several times on ********* Services at ************, but it always returns a busy signal. Then I called customer service at CP at ************** about the problem, but they could only transfer me to the ********* Services. When I was transferred, the system responded "Call cannot be completed" and I was disconnected. Children's Place response to my problem is unacceptable. I hope BBB can assist me in resolving this.       I have not receive any store credit or response from Children's Place(CP), and I have checked on my Spam/Junk inbox, too.  I received an email from BBB that CP should have sent my credit to my email on 12/5/22.  Could we have CP resend the credit again to my email please?

      I placed an order online, order ********** for $74.70 and paid with PayPal. We recently moved and because the billing address with PayPal was updated I did not double check to see if the shipping address has been updated because I saw the billing address was correct. We called the seller and they said we should contact the carrier to update the shipping address. We contacted the carrier but because of the shipping method, *** smart post, they can only update at seller request ( due to the 3rd party logistics ****** We called the seller, childrens place again, and requested to speak to a supervisor who did not only refused to help but was rude and unprofessional. They claim that we should go pick up the package that will be delivered half way across country and we can return it to any childrens place store or ship it back to them once we pick it up. Unacceptable and unreasonable

      At this point I will NEVER shop with The Children's Place or anyone attached to them again . I placed an order for my daughter 11/10 tracking days it was delivered 11/15 . WE NEVER GOT IT ??I have spoken 5 ppl from *** and 4 ppl from the company through phone and email . Who just keep telling me The item says delivered so there is nothing we can do They refuse to ship another item , refuse to give a refund and no one thats answers barely speaks **** English which makes s*** even harder. I have filed a complaint with BBB & corporate at this point . Their customer service is TRASH ??? .

      Transaction Date - 10/26/22 Amount Paid - $58.52 My order number is **********. My order stated it was delivered and not received. I spoke to a rep who advised me to contact **** I spoke with *** who advised me to wait 72 hours which I have before speaking to the rep and then they advised to contact the merchant.. I spoke to another rep from Childrens place Who advised me my best bet was to dispute the transaction with my bank. I advised her I paid with Afterpay. She told me it would be handled. I spoke with Afterpay who advised me they cannot do anything until the merchant initiates the refund so to go back to the merchant. I spoke with a childrens place rep again explaining my frustration because I just wanted a reshipment, but after all of the back and forth I wanted a refund. She advised me she will help, but I was only again referred to contact *** and my banking institution after I was just sent back to the merchant from both of them. I then sent an email to customer service hoping they can help on 11/16 and I still have not heard back. That was 10 days ago and in the email it states I will be responded to within 24/48 hours. Its been an entire month with no product and no help and I am extremely frustrated.

      TO DATE: *** has contacted me and informed me that they can not locate the package and to seek refund from Children's place. I ordered $322.05 worth of clothing for my kids online. I did not receive my order that should have been received on 10/24. I have since tried to chat, call and email to request a refund. I was ignored and still have not received a refund.

      I submitted an order in October the clothes online were $30.00 more in store. Although the store associates do price match I wasnt aware of the huge price difference at the time. Im November I submitted 2 orders. One order I paid express shipping and the order wasnt even processed. The customer service representative was not friendly or showed customer support in any way. The supervisor did not show any customer support or was not friendly and expressed I should be aware of their multiple warehouses and policies of the company. I feel as if this company is robbing people and committing fraud on the prices.

      Online order ##**********, dated 11/15/2022, for store pickup.Got an email saying it has been shipped and on the way to the store.This morning 11/23/2022, got an email saying the order is being cancelled.Called customer service, they called the store, could not find the package.They said they did not know why the order was cancelled, but because it's cancelled, there is no way to send a replacement package. Also BTW, since I used a gift card, the amount will be refunded within 4-6 weeks!!! - "thank you for shopping with us, but there is no way we can expedite the process. If you miss the holiday gift, that's your choice. Do whatever you need to do"I do not know how to characterize this quality of customer service.Please either send me a **************************** order ASAP, or do the refund immediately!! I should not need to wait another 4-6 weeks - this is the longest time frame that I have ever heard for refund to a gift card!!

      I place an order on 11/14/22 total ***** they use a shipping company called lasership as soon as I got the message that my order was delivered I went to the door and there was no package[ this happen once before with this company the women who received my package contact me via ******** and I made arrangements to pick up] but this time I don't know where they delivered it. So I contact childrens place they said it was delivered to contact company. Lasorship does nothing and childrens place won't refund so I am out of the money and merchandise. I ordered the same merchandise again to pick up at the store. Just can't believe childrens place don't help there clients and this lasership company is a joke.

      This company has mailed my package to a different address twice without resolution. I made sure that my address was correct before purchasing. This will be my second purchase that i won't receive my products or a refund. They do not care and tell me they won't do anything about it. They are stealing from people. It is a $30 purchase this time. I guess this is how they make money.
