      i made a purchase and over three humdree dollars and my package was never delivery and they refuse to give a refund or resend me the items

      I ordered $322.05 worth of clothing for my kids online. I did not receive my order that should have been received on 10/24. I have since tried to chat, call and email to request a refund. I was ignored and still have not received a refund.

      I purchased 2 items online. The tracking number says it was entered this week, 2 weeks late. When I look at the tracking history, it says it's still waiting to be picked up from the shipper. I live in locked apt building. Packages must be delivered to tenant's door or placed in a locked bin. The package is not in either of these places. Children's Place refuses to acknowledge the fact that there was a shipping issue. I've basically been told, "Too bad."

      I am rejecting this response because:it is your responsibility to ensure that items i order get delivered. If items were not delivered and you have to run an investigation then it is your responsibility to refund me or provide my items. I ordered it s online which were not received. You have failed to provide me my items so this I am seeking a full refund. Either issue a full refund or I will be forced to have this resolved in court. I am also planning on blasting you all over social media until I ensure everyone heard about how horrible your customer service. You have taken my money and failed to provide me with my item. If I don't get a full refund, I will take you to court and make sure your reputation is destroyed.

      Hello,On November 1st, I sent a message to Children Place informing them that:On Oct 19th I placed Order Number **********, which I did not receive it even though it seems it was delivered on Oct. 25th.I received NO Answer.I have also contacted Lasser Ship. Here is my Case #: ******** They said they don't know what happened with my package.Today, Now, 4th, I called Children Place asking them to contact the carrier, ****** Ship to find my package. They anser that is not in their contract with Laser ship to contact the carrier regarding the shipping, and that Children Place is not responsable if the carier loses or steals packages. I have to contact my financial institution.This is not a professional business attitude. This is unacceptable!

      I have a childrens place credit card. I bought my great niece some things and charged it to my card, I entered my niece name for pick up I entered my card information and it changed my pick up name to myself and was not authorized to do such, Children Place customer care said once the order is processed it can not be changed. They wont release my order or cancel it because that cant be done either.

      I purchased my childrens school uniforms from this company on July 6, 2022 in the amount of ******. I was tracking package on the website. The website states my order was delivered July 13th 2022. I checked my home for package and it was nowhere to be found. I checked my cameras that day to see if there was anything delivered to my home and there was nothing. I contacted childrens place who then advised me to contact **** After contacting *** I was advised to contact ***** Who then advised since it was a *** Sure Post package there was nothing they can do either. I then contacted Childrens place back who then stated they would reach out to open an investigation. I was also transferred to their credit department to file a dispute on the charge. An investigation was opened with *** and is still showing opened, I still never received my package and I ended up having to re-order the same items so my children would have uniforms for school. It is now November and I am still out of ****** and no package. I asked them if they could re-send me the package and they advised I had to place a new order and pay which I did. Why would i place a new order if I already had the items. All I am asking is that you credit back my account the ******. Children Place only gives you the runaround and no assistance. Im not sure why it takes this long to find a package. *** has not provided me with any answers and neither has childrens place. Please assist me with getting my credit back. I dont have money to give away. I have been ordering from this company for years and this is the first time I have not received a package and to be treated like this is ridiculous.       Hello,I ordered 5 items on 9/28/2022 from Children's Place online. Order #**********. Total was $68.82 (good sales!)I got an email on 10/6/2022 that items were delivered. Have been unable to find the box anywhere. OnTrac notes stated "Front Door Can't Find the Name". I live in an apartment complex and not sure what "front door" they were referring to. Outside the complex? Not outside my apartment door. Again, unable to find the box anywhere on site. It has been a couple of weeks now. OnTrac directed me back to Children's Place. Tracking #D10013373002953 Meanwhile, I have tried to reach **************** at Children's ********************** several times. Chat feature is a robot. Never was able to reach a real person, or get anyone to respond back via that feature. No emails were ever returned either. Had to call during my lunch, because phone lines close early apparently. It is like they don't want to help people given how difficult it is to reach a real person. Finally reached a real person today 11/2. Was given the run around to "look around", "try contacting the delivery company", and "contact my financial institution." Brushed off that they will not refund nor return my item. Even though an online refund is an option, they refused to do one. Online they even say to request a refund and just reorder it all yourself. I did not do this online...because the sales are over and it would cost me more. This person would not do it for me. I spoke to a 2nd and 3rd supervisor, who repeated the same things. I have never had a company basically tell me, "We are keeping your money. Oh well." with nothing in return. No additional resolutions were offered. That is not how business works. You pay over $60 for items...then you should get them.I have now requested the refund online. I am disappointed and frustrated that my daughter will not be getting her clothes, but this company does not deserve my money anymore. I just want my money back. Thanks.

      It took a couple more hours, but I did receive an email that a credit was issued for my order.  No other communication from the company or mention of this complaint (ID *********, however.  Oh well.  At least I got my money back.
