      I spent over $200. Order showed delivered but I never received the shipment. **************** was absolutely horrible! Told me to submit a claim on a package I did not ship. Have gave me the worst experience right here at Christmas! I just wanted my stuff for my grandbabies.

      Ordered a Christmas outfit gif my great granddaughter unpin arrival I noticed the back of the Globe top it was very discolored. I took pictures and sent them to the comps. They wanted me to buy another top and then when I returned the defective top back to them they would credit me back the money. I said that was unacceptable why should I pay out more money. And then gave to pay postage to return the item. The customer service rep admitted by seeing the pictures that the top needed to be replaced. I was so exasperated I ended up just hanging up. I will never buy from this company again

      Please do not order from this place. I spent 100 dollars on my grandchild for Christmas and it says it was delivered but they never received the package. Ive read all these reviews after I ordered and a lot have the same issue. Im going to call and tell them I need a refund or something but I doubt if they will help me.. I only get ss income so I dont have that much so this hurts me. They are ripe off. Be aware if you order on line, it will say it was delivered but its no ware to be found

      I ordered a boy's onsie for my nephew for Christmas. I received the package today. It was the wrong item altogether. The guy on the phone was very pleasant, and issued a refund. Unfortunately, there is no more left. I was very disappointed, I ordered a onsies size 16. I received toddler sweats size small. Too bad, it was a very good deal. Now I have to order some where else and hope I get it before Christmas.

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of black pants online for pickup in store. I received an email that said that the item was no longer available and that they canceled my order and my credit card wouldn't be charged. I called the store I ordered for pick up from and another local store to see if they may have had the item in stock. The employees at both stores seemed to not care if they had a job or not and both reluctantly went to look for the item. I was told at one store further away that they had the item (but online it said they were unavailable there) and at the closer store that I had ordered from that they didn't have that item, but they had a similar item. I drove to the store to see what they had, and lo and behold the pants I ordered online were not only in stock, they probably had ***** pair inn the size I needed right there on the shelf. I purchased the pair that I needed. Two days later, I checked my credit card and they charged me twice (once for my online order they canceled and once for the in store purchase). I called to get the online order money back and was told that they immediately put a hold on a credit card when an online order is placed and it can take 3-5 business days to release that back to you. I said that they canceled my order and sent me an email that my card was not charged but they charged my card. They just kept saying the same thing over and over and told me how when they go to the warehouse sometimes things sell out. I tried to tell them that this was not a warehouse order but a pick up in store order and that they canceled my order and said my card wouldn't be charged. I finally just hung up on them after over 1/2 hour of wasting my time. Hoping that by the end of the week my money is back on my card or I will have to contact them again and I'm sure they won't do anything. I am not sure how it is legal to charge a credit card when they canceled the order.

      This company should simply go out of business. I ordered twice for them. Major complications both times. 0/10 do not recommend.

      Ordered two items. Received email showing shipped. Has not been shipped, now shows label created waiting for carrier. On same page shows package in transit. Customer support wasnt helpful, they said wait and see. Believe I got ripped off

      If I could give this place less stars I would. I never received my $118 order with this company. Instead of offering to refund or resend my order they told me to go around my neighborhood and ask if they have my package. I have been trying to get ahold of them since OCTOBER. Now the end of November I still have heard NOTHING about my missing order. I just want my refund. I cant afford to just be tossing $118 away into thin air. Extremely disappointed and I will never shop with them again.

      Horrible customer service. Still have not received my order from two months ago. I have emailed company four times with no response. Have called twice and each time Ive talked to a rep they said they cannot offer a refund until they know where packages were lost in mail. How is that my fault?! These were holiday dresses I needed for my daughters concerts , ***********. I spent over 100 dollars and with inflation like it is thats a lot of money I could of used elsewhere.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Horrible customer service!! I ordered matching pajamas for my girls, all which were in stock when the order was placed. I was never notified that 2 of the 3 pajamas are now out of stock. I do not want the other set, as the whole point was for them to match. I spent over an 1 hr on the phone, with representatives reading from a script. They do not care about their customers at all and they will NOT issue a refund. This is no way to run a store or treat paying customers.
