      Not only are the close terrible but I also had the CC. I kept it to decrease my utilization. I used it for a baby shower and I paid half the balance of then the other half my next paycheck. (Something I always do) I called and paid the total balance off. Currently I'm trying to get a loan and was working om my credit. Well I checked one day and lost 25 put ** of children place. So I called. Turns out that I have residual intrest added to my account resulting in 7 dollor. Now I want to sue ** I never had residual intrest in the 5 yrs I held this card.

      I went to this location at opening. I wasn't greeted and check-out was really slow. No one else was in line. I was double charged for the same transaction. After spending my own time and being sent in circles they are aware of this issue and suggest waiting five days to see if it falls off or dispute it with the bank. They are holding my money for no reason and not helping get it back to me either. After my time and the money they are holding, it wasn't even worth the sale price to go in there. Buyer beware, use cash!

      Wish I can put ZERO Never received my package called the customer service who told me the package was delivered and I should contact the shipper, the shipper said package was left at my from door which was not true because I have cameras. So I lost my money because I cant get a refund. Next time Ill ship to store and pick up there. Such a scam.

      If I could write them a zero, I would. The customer service has gone so downhill since 2020 its absolutely ridiculous. I have been a card holder for over seven years and Ive never experienced such disrespect and terrible customer service. My first complaint was back in August 2022. I ordered a package. I ended up getting two of the same packages and did a refusal through the ***** obviously Childrens place and the **** provide you with the tracking number. Here We are in January ************************************** a refund. They blamed me saying that I didnt provide the correct documentation!!all it takes them to look at the tracking number and see that the package was never in my hands, technically, and went back to ***** Im still waiting for my refund and I dont know why I made another order ,but I did for a 1 pair of jeans. They sent me the wrong item. I do not drive and I live almost 20 miles from the nearest post office and over an hour from their retail store.the customer service person told me it was my responsibility to get it back to them. If I didnt then I would be charged for the item and they would not issue me. The correct item (the jeans) until they receive the package back and they will not issue me a refund until they receive the package back. It is absolutely disgusting their service and I cannot wait to get the refund so I can close out my credit card credit card.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

      Ive had a childrens place credit card for years. Ive generally been satisfied with the clothes and customer service in the past, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I ordered jeans for my daughter for Xmas Dec 2022. The tracking information said that my items had been delivered to Lasership, but Lasership never delivered my items to me. Childrens place refused to refund me. I will never spend another dime with childrens place again. Childrens place and Lasership are thieves. I would leave a negative rating if I could.

      If I can give 0 stars I could this place its horrible I will never purchase from here again this is a scam especially the rewards. **************** is not helpful the dont listen they try to pass you off to someone else they never sent the credit card I requested twice stating they didnt have our apartment number but sent the order to the correct address

      This place is the worst. My package says it got delivered on the Monday the 19th. But I never received it. I have talked to my neighbors and they havent seen it and when I call customer service they told me there was nothing they can do. Like really this was a Christmas gift and you guys cant do anything. I will never buy from this company again and I will be spreading the word to friends and family.

      I have tried to overlook the poor customer service from this company for many years, but I can no longer deal with it. You order items online and it takes forever for them to ship the items. Picking up items inside the store is not efficient. Most recently I ordered basic items (socks and a pack of undershirts) and I try to go into my account to update the pickup person to my son because I am home with a sick child and we are down to one car in the family , but I am unable to. I call customer service and after I verify my identity, they still refuse to update the pickup person, despite the fact that my son and I have the same last name, address, etc. citing it is against their policy. I offer to provide my ID, etc. and they offer no concessions (ship items, etc.). Their policy should account for some level of identity verification and resolution to accommodate customers.

      Would give 0 stars if I could! They forgot my sons Christmas pjs. They swear up and down they can only refund me $6 for the pjs because I used a coupon but now I have to go out of my way to another county, waist gas money, and to top it off I now have to pay regular price for the pjs because I dont have a coupon anymore. Of course they just want to offer rewards points but atp I do not want to shop with you guys anymore!!! The smart business move wouldve been to refund me the exact amount it wouldve cost to get new pjs AND given me a coupon for the simple fact that now I have to drive to another county for a mistake I DID NOT MAKE! Terrible horrible customer service! Shop with another company! Save yourself the hassle.

      I have a purchased an online order and the order was split in two, I have received one order out of 2 and now the other order is missing, they are telling me it was delivered and it was no lady handed me only one Order. I have contacted the company few Times, was told there is nothing they can do about my order being missing, I was told to cancel my charges through credit card company and supposedly they are working on it, Im probably Not Getting my money back, which is crazy, this is theft, how can I pay for Something I did not receive, this is terrible.
