      I had a very disappointing experience at Childrens Place. I needed to return several school uniform items just a few days after the return window had closed. Despite explaining the exceptional situation, calling ahead, visiting the store in person, and speaking with a manager, they refused to offer any flexibility. I understand policies are in place, but the lack of customer service and empathy was unacceptable, especially considering the effort I made to resolve it. I won't be shopping here again, as this has left a bad impression of how they handle customer concerns

      I want to express my frustration regarding the recent handling of my returns and refunds. On April 11th, I purchased a 4-pack of jeans in size sixteen for my daughter. Despite returning the pants to the Children's Place store at the outlet mall on April 20th and receiving a refund receipt for $67.99 on the same day, I encountered further issues. Then, on April 14th, I ordered another 4-pack of pants in a larger size, only to find that they were still too tight. I returned them on April 26th and received a refund of $54.39. However, after the returns, I received a statement indicating that I owed money for the items. After uploading the receipts and being assured that an investigation would be opened and resolved within 90 days, I am now informed that my case is closed. Furthermore, customer service now claims that a merchandise credit was issued instead of a refund to my credit card. I have informed the store about this discrepancy, but they are claiming to have no information due to it being an online order. This situation is unacceptable, and I expected a prompt and satisfactory resolution. I'm seventy-five years old and I'm on a fixed income and don't have free money to give people. I paid the credit card so my credit score wont be damaged but I still would like my money back. I've been a customer for over ten years with no problems and the first time there's a issue I get this kind of treatment. I'm very disappointed with Children's Place and I will no longer be doing business there and will be cancelling my credit card.

      I placed an online order for two gift cards and the order was processed on its way via **** and was "delivered" on 09/21, however I did not receive the order. I called to notify them and ask for the cards to be cancelled and reissued, but they dont even know what card numbers they sent out and the only option provided was to dispute the transaction with my bank. They have zero inventory management and horrific customer service. I will never do business with this company again!******* ********

      Horrible, horrible business practices. I ordered over $650 from this store for clothes for both of my kids. ***** is stating that the package was delivered correctly. It was NOT as I still do not have my clothes. I called ***** and they said that I have to log a complaint at TCP. I did, and TCP will not issue me a credit until ***** marks the package as lost. ***** says that the company is the only company that can initiate a search of the package. Getting the runaround from both companies. I will never shop at TCP ever again.

      I placed an order on Sept , 4th *****. My order was to be delivered on Sept,9th , 2024 The system defaulted to an address I haven't had in five years. Since the order was delivered I can'[t get a refund or my items replaced

      I haven't ordered anything from them and won't. Items that are supposed to be on sale goes back to the original price when put in the cart. I tried to order 2 of the same items but in different sizes and it won't let me. Items that are supposed to be discount a large amount with code family aren't even there when you click on code family. Instead it only has a few 'eligible items. This place is a freaking joke! And from all the other bad review I've read about them...we'll they ain't getting an order from me!

      This has been an ongoing issue with The Children place!!!! I placed an order on September 4th. 2024. My items were supposed to be here today.Tuesday September 10, 2024. I get an email saying that my items will be delivered Thursday, September 12th. The Children place takes advantage of the fact that they are a known uniform retail store. They don't care about the errors of their ways. When I call and complain about their late delivery they always say it says estimated delivery time. No my email was saying delivery Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 . I've been through this bullcrap with the children place too many times. I usually order pick up in store. My granddaughter needed a yellow uniform shirt for Wednesday, September, 11th, 2024. I hate ordering from the Children place!!!!. ??????

      I will never shop with anything associated with Childrens Place again. To begin with, I have had an account with them for 10 years. I placed an order online August 6. Within that order I placed were 3 pairs of jeans that I measured for and bought according to THIER size chart. The jeans were marked at $29.95. I had a 20% off coupon and had them shipped to store for another 10% off. Making each pair of jeans $18.88. Received order. ***** dont fit even after measuring them. They are small and run small. Ok. No biggie. Then I went to ask for a straight exchange. Told me to go to store to exchange. Well these are online exclusive jeans so I cannot. The jeans today are $49.95 ( it is August 19th) they told me that I cant return my jeans (that I paid $18.88 for) and they will refund me and I can buy the jeans back at the price they are now. What kind of nonsense is this??? I cant do a straight exchange??? They offered me a 30% discount but each pair of jeans would STILL be $34 apiece. Double the price that I paid for them. Plus I already paid my credit card off so a refund would do me NO good. I cannot and have never ever heard of such company not offering a straight out exchange. This is highway robbery and I will take my business any other way but with them. Closed my account and I will never be shopping with them again. I cannot believe they would force a customer to pay any additional for something that they ALREADY purchased. I did not want a refund. I did not want anything else. Just a bigger sized jeans. Do better childrens place.

      Terrible company I ordered my daughter school uniforms on 08/03/24 and paid for express shipping called customer service and was told I had to wait 10 business days to get a refund waited ***************************************************************************************************************************************** the same location since the 3rd refusing to refund my money!!! Im highly disappointed and frustrated will never order from this company again
