      I placed an order last year and only received part of it. The remaining items, worth $31.68, were shipped separately but never arrived. After contacting customer service and requesting a refund, I was offered a $30 store credit instead, which didnt cover the full amount I paid. I accepted the credit because the representative said a refund wasnt possible. I was assured the credit would never expire.Today, when I tried to use the credit, it was not available. **************** informed me that it had expired after 45 days and offered me a $5 credit instead. I explained that I never received my order and a $5 credit wouldnt compensate for my $31.68 purchase. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was told I could only receive a $20 credit due to their policy, and there was nothing more they could do.I am extremely upset that I have been forced to give my hard-earned money to a billion-dollar corporation without receiving my order. I have been a long-time customer of The **********************, and it used to be my favorite store to shop for my daughter. However, this terrible customer service experience and their inflexible policy have left me feeling hurt and frustrated. *** never encountered a situation where I paid for an item, didnt receive it, and was offered a lower amount in return. This feels like corporate robbery.I was prepared to check out an order for more than $350 today, but after this experience, I will spend my money where it is appreciated and respected.

      I placed an order with the Children's Place for school uniforms for my granddaughter on July 29th. I received tracking for that order on August 5th showing **** was awaiting the item. It is now August 14th and there has been no movement for the order and it is still showing **** awaiting item. I reached out to Children's Place on August 13th to request status. The rep I spoke with was not helpful and stated they have 7-10 business days to get the order delivered. It has already been 12 business days since the order was placed. I received a follow up email after the call which stated the reason for my call was to request information about casting (having my child model for the company)! I reached out again today August 14th and there still no resolution. I was told I will have to wait until August 19th to file for a refund. It is apparent that the shipment is lost but customer service is unwilling to process a refund. I have spoken to a manager and to no avail. I will never order from or shop in a Children's Place store and I encourage other people to be aware if you encounter any issues with your online order you will receive no help to resolve the issue from this company.

      I mailed back 5 pair of uniform pants that did not fit in less than 30 Days and I received an email stating I will not get reimbursed due to sending back after 45 days. This is untrue and I have sent several emails and I am getting ignored and no follow up. I will never order from them again due to the dishonest service.

      I placed an order July 2nd. The order was never delivered. I submitted a customer service ticket about the issue to request a refund but received no response. I attempted to call customer service and the line stated "high call volume please call another time" and I was hung up on. The order shows it was never delivered on the tracking site. I had no way to get a refund from the customer so had to dispute my credit card charge. Will no longer be ordering online from this vendor.

      I received a coupon in the mail (for $10 off a purchase of $20 or more). I used the coupon: placed an online order for pick-up in the local store for an in-stock item. They cancelled my order. I reached out to customer service explaining the situation and letting them know that the coupon was never restored. They took over a week to respond, and basically said "too bad". I responded again saying that I was never able to use my coupon because they cancelled my order and asked them to do the right thing by their customer, but they still have yet to respond and it's been another full week! This company doesn't care about their customers and has such horrible and slow customer service.

      I placed an order and received one item I did not order..... I did not receive an item I paid for. I emailed three times asing for a refund and submitted several requests for refund. No response from customer service. I just want a refund for the item I did not receive. I will never be ordering again!

      Do not get a credit card from this company. Once you pay your balance. Theyll hit you with a 37 dollar late fee claiming your bill was paid late. Even though it takes them days to even pull the payment from your account.

      I placed an order with Childrens Place on May 19, 2024. I received the package in May 28th only to find that I had gotten four items that I didnt purchase and was missing four items. I reached out to them and the representative sent me a fedx shipping label to return the items I order to receive a refund for the items I was missing. They recieved the items on 6/6/24. I was told that I would receive a refund bl3-5 business days which was 6/13/24. I checked my bank account and no refund. I called again this morning on 6/17/24 only to be told that I still need to wait an additional 3/5 business days! This is not right and they should be held accountable for their actions!

      I ordered items for a newborn baby boy gift for coworker. Instead of the items I ordered I received clothing for girls size L. My order was $54.09 and the total for the items I received was $28.77. Tried to get it resolved through the app and email, but they asked me to call the customer service line. When I called I was on hold for a long time to be told, they will send a shipping label for me to mail wrong items back. After they receive they will look to see what happened, and after that they will issue a refund. Then they informed me that I would not receive the email in ***** hours. This online order already has taken way more time and effort than it's worth. I will also have to go to store to purchase a gift. I will NEVER order from them again and I would advise you to do the same if you don't want to waste time and money.

      I ordered from The Children's Place website out of convenience, and they sent me the wrong size toddler shoes. I messaged the company and the reply I got was a standard message on their return policy. Instead of sending me the correct size, now I have to go out of my way to return it and I still don't have the correct size for my daughter. Now I have to order shoes from somewhere else instead of them just sending me the right size that I ordered. Case ID: **********
