      My dr ordered a urine test and I went to this lab, they did the test and said everything is ok, after 8 days no results, from my dr ****** they call me to let me know the lab never send no results and I should find out what happened, I went back to the lab and to my surprise the technician told me my dr probably forgot to make the order for that test, I pull the copy from my pocket and I showed to her, the order was right there, they made a mistake and tried to blame my dr, and with an attitude, I had to take the urine test again with no apologies or anything, the location is in ************************************************* avoid this place, customer ********************** *****.

      Absolutely the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Performing diagnostics not requested by my doctor and informing me that I am responsible for the charges. Employees lie to you on the the phone regarding the billing and send the bill to a collection agency. No wonder why they have such a poor BBB rating. Bunch of crooks hiding behind a medical facade.

      Horrible Service First, no person available for questions 2nd I had an appointment for ****am, but according tp a tech I have to check in again 10 minutes before again otherwise it gets cancelled.

      My daughter had an annual blood work done at Quest Diagnostics center. She got a bill in the mail in the amount of $500+. We (my daughter and I) kept on calling Quest, after 2 hours on the phone, the agent indicated we needed to send an email as the person on the phone couldn't help us. After numerous email communication - back and forth, Quest wants us to register on their portal to get the details on the bill. We don't want to give any more information to this company and wanted the details in **** mail or email. But they refused and kept on giving the same answer as if they don't understand what we were asking. Eventually, we mailed them the check for the whole amount to get them off our back. I don't have time to talk and explain the situation to these folks who do not care for their customer at all. Everyone should find another lab to get their blood work done. This company is not worth the hassle and horrible customer ********************** that they provide. I am not sure how are they in business with a rating of 1.1.

      I had lab work done almost a year ago and at the appointment they took a picture of my insurance card. They have yet to bill my insurance accurately, even for it to be reviewed by my insurance, and have now sent me to collections despite hours on my part repeatedly retelling them my insurance information AND them having an actual copy of it. Use Quest if you like spending your time overcoming incompetence and you have lots of business hour free time. Otherwise, run.

      Today Saturday September 10th at ************ ** Location. I was victim of a Terrible experience with the person in front desk that mistreatment me and bad actitud. The place close at 12 . I arrived at 11:18 am no app are taken. I had to hear her comments that I should have Appoitment and is almost time for closing the office. Then, she that to withdraw blood on my right arm but unsuccessfully poke so deep until my tendon. Choose my left arm tigh so hard , that finally find the vein but she recessive a phone call , 3 minutes with the tourniquet on my arm painful and finger changing colors . I took it because she was on her phone call. She is back to yell at me why I took it off . I said you left and I was feeling the pain and should not do that. Who knows what she said probably cursing me. She left me seating and said she wont do it . I said she should no do it because I need the results for Monday. On other employee had come and do the work . I think no one deserve that treatment.

      Quest billed my heathshare and my healtshare sent them a check. Quest billing is refusing to update my account as paid and are billing me now. The customer ********************** refuses to update the account nor verify the check was recieved nor call my healthahare. They seem to run in circles. I have contacted the customer ********************** line and given them all the documentation I have from my healthahare, but they are refusing to even investigate the issues further.

      It is one star only because a star is required. Quest failed to bill my primary insurer on time, so when they finally submit the ***** It is probably going to be rejected and I will have to appeal. My situation was a third party. My doctors office took a lab and unfortunately they use Quest. My doctors office provided my insurance information to them. When I started getting e mailed bills from Quest, I provided my insurance information to them on line. When they sent me paper, bills, I called them three times and provided the information to them. They are rude on the phone. They billed my secondary insurer first despite clear Information that it was a secondary insurer, so it got rejected. They never billed my primary insurer, yet on todays phone call they gave me a date that it was rejected. I checked with the insurer, and they said that no claim was received, so it was not rejected.My husband used to go to the *******, ************* blood draw plsce and everything there was always a mess. Long wait, they could not find orders and they were really not very nice.

      It is unbelievable. There is at least a two hour delay for people who we have an appointment
