  I recently received an email from the collection department, quest diagnostics never sent me a mail or email with the due date. All I received was Due Date - Upon Receipt, instead of sending bill with due date and giving an opportunity for customer to pay the bill.Directly they sent the bill to collection department? How can they impact my credit history with their mistakes?? I have all the proofs with out reaching to customer they are directly sending to collection department.Quest Diagnostics is not following guidance, they are cheating customers. This is not a fair.

  This is by far the worst medical lab to use. The employees are rude and never acknowledge the needs of the patients. Avoid using them if at all possible.

  I was @ their ************* @ 8:10 AM my appointment was for 1:00 PM, no patients in the waiting room a diabetic unfortumodt of the appointments are I PM. After explaining to the technician I could not wait until 1:00 PM because of my severe diabetic condition he replied I know theres no one in the waiting room but were going to be swamped later on.& told me I had to come back on my appointment time. This does not make sense, if theres no one waiting why not help me?

  LabCorp or anyother bloodwork place is better than this place. I wish my insurance works with anyother place and I wont be ***** I had a sickness and the doctor needed to see my bloodwork ASAP. Could only find ONE timeslot for appointment a week ahead after looking at 4 different locations near me. And when I made it to my appointment I only found a note on the door that theyre closed for a day without sending me any notifications that my appointment have been changed or canceled. I walked to another location and told them what happened and all they said we sorry, we dont honor this other place appointment and you have to be treated as a walk-in. Complete waste of my time after taking hours off work to go have my bloodworks and complete unprofessinality in treating patient. I wish I can give a negative review but Quest patient service *****

  Took a covid test at rite aid on 8/26/3022. Needed the results before I could have a medical procedure on 8/30/2022 Tried multiple times to contact Quest about results on 8/29/2022. No response from them. Luckily the hospital allowed my home test along with a test they did at the hospital to let the procedure happen.Quest is worthless with No customer ********************** ability. *****

  A horrible and disrespectful organization. We have tried to fix their mistake on a recent billing statement where they ran the account through an insurance provider we have never even carried. Instead of stepping up to resolve the issue, they have sent our outstanding bill to a collections agency. I will go out of my way to avoid doing business with this organization ever again!

  My son had an appointment for blood test and we reached there early and they were not having any patients but still they were not ready to take the patient in. They were laughing and chatting inside and not working. ******************* quest is really bad and looks like nobody like to work there and just passing time.

  I recently sent my daughter with a drop off specimen to Quest Diagnostics in ********. She suffers terribly with anxiety and has panic attacks. She texted me while she was inside to tell me that the lady she was dealing with was rude. When I went in to see what the problem was, the woman behind the counter informed my daughter nastily that this specimen needs to be frozen. This was not correct as I work in the same field. Then she threw the paper down and said I hate these scripts, they never have the doctors name on them. I picked up the paper and showed her the doctors name on it. Im sorry you have to actually work at your job. She was rude and ignorant and had a coffee stain on her mask. What should have been just an easy drop off caused my daughter much stress. I do not understand this attitude when dealing with the public some of who are sick, young and anxious. ******************

  I wish there were an option for negative stars. Quest Diagnostics has caused so much undue stress to my family and me. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve billing issues that don't belong to me but are linked to my SSN. The first time this happened, it took seven months for my account to be corrected. Yesterday, I received a **** in the mail from Credit Collections Services. When I contacted my insurance company, they stated that Quest Diagnostics tried to file a claim for me with another person's SSN (not my beneficiary). I will NEVER use this company again, which is sad, considering the point is to ensure I am healthy.

  This is beyond a horrible organization. Lack of employee knowledge, billing acumen and any type of customer support. I will go out of my way to avoid working with this disaster of a company. Their quest should be to diagnose their own shabby company. Please shut down and let your employees go work for a decent company.
