      Called in to get a receipt, asked if it could be emailed and confirmed it could be **** days. I did not receive the email called back and spoke with representative and was told that it would be 24 to 48 hours they confirmed my email address and stated I would get an email did not get an email and called back a third time was told by ****** with the escalation team that the company does not email receipts out and that she would request one be mailed to me asked to speak with the supervisor and was not allowed to speak with anyone as they were all busy

      Booked an appointment with Quest Diagnostics over the phone and received a confirmation number. After arriving at their ***** office at ****************************** they had no record of it. Instead of trying to accommodate me they were rude and downright nasty. As if I had done something wrong! Never again will I ever use Quest Diagnostics!

      They charged me for services my insurance had already paid them for in full. I was told that I HAD to start a payment plan to avoid my acct going to collections while I worked it out with my insurance. When I told them my insurance already paid them and gave them the check information, I was assured my payment plan was cancelled. I kept getting harassing phone calls and notifications about my "balance owed" so had to waste my time AT WORK to make sure my card was cancelled and that I wasn't still being held responsible for the charges. Was assured over and over again everything was fine and to ignore the notifications. Now my card has been charged and they took my money anyways. Now I have to waste more of my time dealing with getting my money back, when I was assured multiple times they would not take any payment from me. On top of that, I have to wait to get a refund in the mail, when I paid them electronically. Their customer ********************** is terrible, I had to jump through so many hoops and spend so much of my time getting this sorted when it shouldn't even have been an issue, I should literally have never been billed in the first place I did not owe them a single *****

      Terrible sign up, terrible turn around for results. Our son's test isn't even showing up.as pending.

      Quest sent a final notice (never received the first one) claiming I owed $220.48 and if I didn't pay right away, it would go to collection. I paid only to find out the reason my insurance didn't cover was due to Quest not having provided enough information. My insurance company indicated they would have gladly paid. After calling customer **********************, they have off-shored this where people cannot adequately understand English and ultimately transferred me, only to get disconnected while waiting. I asked for a # I could call if I got disconnected and they said they didn't have one. I will file a claim with the BBB. I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for many years but will find another lab after this horrible experience. Their customer ********************** STINKS!!!!!

      Horrid company. Had labs done in March. Received a $750 **** in August. I freaked at the amount and went to review the **** Denied due to no prior authorization. Come to find out, Quest did nothing to get one and will not even attempt to contact the ordering physician. They just billed me the whole amount and say the dr should know this was needed. How can a doctor's ****** possibly know every insurance plan's rules and requirements? My last insurance didn't need one for these labs. Not to mention the Dr's ****** isn't submitting the claim, so they would never even see the *** that shows something more is needed. I have contacted my dr's ****** and hope this gets resolved. I knew how to look into this, but how many people get screwed over because they don't know and end up paying so much more then they should (and quest gets even more $$ because with the auth, the insurance allowed amount is significantly less). I can see this easily happening to the elderly or those that find insurance confusing.

      There is no receptionist and the staff is rude and not helpful. There is only a computer to log in thet you have arrived. I had an appointment and logged in with my appointment code. Saw my name come up as logged in on their computer with a 26 min wait time. About 40 minutes later Still nothing. I asked what was going on since my name had disappeared from the list. To do this I had to almost beg someone who popped out of the lab door to help. They couldn't have given a darn, and brushed me off saying it was my fault. I ultimately had to beg someone to helpe figure out what to do. Begrudgingly one of the staff told me to redo my appointment. Which I did and waited around for another hour. Over all their almost non existent meet and greet staff needs major training on customer **********************. Their computer sytem needs an overhaul.

      Sorry to leave this terrible review. Your ***************** has gone from decent to the worst.The last 3 appointments have steadily dropped from not so great to the worst.Its mainly whoever was managing the staff today. My standing order has been in their system for months and I have repeatedly forwarded the same pdf to the each time when they cant find it. Today the greeter told me that they dont do it that way and was told to sit and wait for them to get the same exact standing order from my doctor via fax which is the same thing I had with me today.Its not the constant confusion and shoulder shrug but the very obvious I dont know. And honestly dont really care that much attitude.Their **************** ALWAYS has the order on their system, in their patient file. Centella apparently deletes this stuff. Never going back there. No attempt to make things right.

      I received a **** from them again today, I had already paid this **** using their automated system 2 weeks ago, when I called and asked about this I was told by ******(?) that I still owed this amount. She told me that they posted the money to a **** that was a year old, and I still owed $20.88. I asked her that if I owed money on that **** why wasn't it listed on my new statement? Needless to say she would not even take my confirmation number or even look up my account except to say that I still owed $20.88. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I pulled up my account on line and saw that it had a zero balance for the **** that the money was posted to. I then called back and spoke to ******, I told her that I was going to file a complaint and that ****** had to be one of the rudest people to work in customer **********************. I explained to ****** that I keep getting a **** that I had already paid for, and that they said I owed money on a zero balance. She then explained that the money I paid had gone to my zero account balance. WTF? She told me to disregard the **** and that it would eventually get posted to the correct ****. I asked her when, she hemmed and hawed and finally said she would fix it. I will be checking back on Monday to see if this is taken care of. I have never talked to a group of people who were so unwilling to look at my account and help me. None of this was my fault, it just goes to show poor management. If you have the choice use someone else. They have some of the rudest people working for them.

      Last year, Quest made errors in the handling of my blood work that was taken ahead of my annual doctors appointment. Due to their errors, I had to fast again and have all of my lab work redone at a different lab. A few weeks ago, my family had to get covid tested prior to a cruise. We ended up scheduling our tests at the Quest Diagnostics in the *************, **. ******** There was a hesitation to schedule this here after my prior experience but we assumed that they couldnt possibly mess up again but we were wrong. My family of 4 had appointments for our covid tests on Friday, July 29 in the morning. We pulled up to the drive-thru of the ******* Quest Diagnostics where we communicated with the attendant. We were given a covid test kit for each of us and the attendant watched each of us swab our nostrils and submit our kits. We were told that we would have our results back within 12 24 hours. Please note that our cruise was to start on Sunday, July 31. I started to receive emails at around 3am from Quest Diagnostics on July 30. The initial email stated that my test results were ready. However, when I logged in my My Quest portal, I was concerned about what I was seeing under my name. It appeared as if the lab was not testing for covid for me but instead was running a regular lab order for me when no blood sample had been taken. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to locate a human at Quest Diagnostics that would help me confirm if there was an issue. I finally dialed a # at around 8am; I spoke with Alexandria and then later Mina.Apparently, the system went to run a regular lab order for me even though I had submitted a nose swab and no blood sample. TP Quest Diagnostics ***** Director: ************************ We decided to make a Plan B as we did not have faith that we would get results back in time. We were able to get negative results the same day for a different lab. We wouldn't have made our trip if we relied on Quest Diagnostics.
