      Dealing with this for over a year. Quest diagnostics online. They have refunded my money but what i want to know is where is the *** sent in and received? Anyone in the world could have *** from tests sent to Quest if this is how they operate. Do not trust them with *** or other medical tests. I have waited a year to write a review and i am thinking of getting an attorney to track the *** down.

      OUR DOCTOR ORDERED A SCREENING FOR PREVENTATIVE. HOWEVER, THIS YEAR QUEST DIAGNOSTIC HAS MISTRANSLATED THE CODE THAT RESULTED IN THE INSURANCE REFUSAL TO PAY 100%. I have tried to call THE INSURANCE All savers (UHC) 2-3 times, my doctor 2-3 times, and the Lab as well. They kept bouncing me back and forth. All savers and the Lab said the doctor used the wrong Code, but the Doctor denied it. The doctor have always used this Code, and have used it before for me for several years and never had a problem. I asked All savers which Codes Doctors need to use but they wouldn't give them to me.

      Quest diagnostics in ******* are very rude, they let me wait one hour with my name in their screen. So frustrating. Never ever again with you .

      No up front person with broken ipad for logging in. Does not even deserve a one star. All the money you make you could at least have a working system to check in and have 2 for redundancy.

      I'm disappointed that I received a text message to check in once I arrived, so I made my way to the location of my appointment. Once I got there I checked in and walked to the door to see a message on the door that the location is closed. We had a hurricane come through last week so I understand if they are having trouble still, but my issue is that if they can text about the appointment reminder they should be able to text about the location being closed so people don't rush to get to an appointment before work just to be left empty handed.

      Quest Diagnostics does not have a receptionist that one can discuss costs with prior to getting the lab work.After several weeks they send a surprise bill in the mail.The internet prices are not honored but arbitrary prices are placed on the blood tests.If I had known the prices ahead of getting the work done I would have opted out of some of the tests.They are taking advantage of unsuspecting patients and billing extraordinary prices for their services.

      Shocking Experience Traumatized Our Child - called 911 Im writing this review to highlight a deeply disturbing incident that occurred at Quest Diagnostics, **************************************************************************** My family and I had a 10:10 AM appointment for our 2-year-old childs routine bloodwork. What should have been a simple procedure quickly turned into a traumatic ordeal?The technician in charge was clearly not trained to handle pediatric patients. In an attempt to draw blood, the technician held our child so tightly that their heart rate skyrocketed, and they began crying uncontrollably. Despite our repeated requests to ease our child into the process, the technician was cold and intimidating, causing even more fear and distress. It was heartbreaking to watch.Things escalated to the point where we had to withdraw from the test and call 911. My spouse broke down in tears seeing our child suffer unnecessarily. This facility has numerous poor reviews for patient care, and based on our experience, its clear that those concerns are valid.I urge any parent considering this location for pediatric care to think twice. The staffs lack of empathy and training is beyond unacceptable. We will not be returning to Quest Diagnostics, and I sincerely hope the company takes serious measures to address the culture of patient careor lack thereofat this facility.

      Horrible service. The lady refused to read the doctors note on the request. The provider got on the phone with her and while I starred at the email and the code I could hear the doctor explaining what to do and she still kept making believe she couldn't see it. I left and went someplace else. ********** ct location. I wouldcterminate that lady if she worked for me.

      Incredibly poor billing practice/customer **********************. I paid a ********************** $20 bill through my HSA but Quest claims they never received it. I confirmed it was paid on my *** statement a few days after receiving the first bill. I probably made 6-8 phone calls to them. They agreed I could send them a photo of my HSA statement but it was not to their liking since it was too small. They don't bother to give me feedback on the issue they had with the photo of my HSA statement...all they do is send another bill. Although I have not kept records on how long I have spent on this issue, I am sure it is 5-6 hours between, emails and phone calls to them and my *** company. There appears to be no answer to my situation except pay them again....probably their goal. After all it increases their profits. Get people exasperated enough so they pay double just to get rid of them.They can treat people like c*** because they are pretty much the only game in town as far as doctors and insurance companies.

      I am a stage 4 cancer patient. My dr ************************** a stool sample. Told me to just grab a container and drop It back off. No such luck. I left my purse in the car and went right before lunch thinking I could just run in and grab a container. Not only is everyone that works there incredibly rude and miserable, but they refused to just hand me a container. They made me wait for an hour just then call my number and hand me the container! Not only that, but the person that handed it to me was incredibly rude to me until I told her that I was stage four and very upset. She then said I dont know what to tell you just leave a complaint. She also told me that once I have the stool sample ready to leave it room temperature and that it can sit indefinitely until I can get back in because I need to make an appointment to get back in to leave it. The next day, I did my thing , and bagged it up and put it in my bedroom and went to make an appointment online because thats the only way to do it. I couldnt get an appointment to drop off till three days later between their availability and my work schedule. The next day I decided to ****** and it said room temperature samples are only good for 24 hours! I will be leaving complaints all over the place and letting everyone I know how incompetent and disgusting that whole business is! Go to *******. I will never go to quest again. I am leaving one star because its making me pick at least one, but they deserve zero.
