      Orbit sold ** solar panels and the financing company is making us pay for the Solar panels that were not installed fully by Orbit and Orbit is now out of business/bankrupt.We signed a contract in October 2022 for Orbit to install solar panels and provide service/warranty for the panels. The panels were not installed until February 2023 on our roof. My husband was trying to contact them after the install to find out when our solar panels would be connected to provide energy and all of the phone numbers, emails and websites were all disabled. We then come to find out they filed for bankrupcy at the end of 2O22. They still decided to install the solar panels on our roof in 2023 and set up the financing for the panels knowing they filed for bankruptcy. If we were informed we would NOT have allowed them to install the panels and we would not have financed the panels either. So now we have useless solar panels on our roof with no one to service them if there is an issue, final inspection has not been completed because we were told the person that filed the permit (Orbit) would be the only person able to schedule the 2 inspections that needed to be done before the panels could be activated. And if there are any issues that need to be addressed before the panels can be activated Orbit is not available to make any corrections for that to happen. Orbit did request a permit before going out of business but the final inspection was never completed to active them. Orbit never set up the final inspection to be completed. We would now need to pay someone else to complete the job which is unfair when Orbit was paid for the job. The financing company that is making ** pay for these solar panels now should have been notified/aware of Orbit going out of business/filing bankruptcy but they still accepted the contract for our financing, Orbit got paid and now we are stuck paying the bill. We are now stuck paying for solar panels that are not working and we no longer have Orbit to service the panels or finish the completing of the job which they agreed too. We are now paying our electric bill and also paying for financing the non-functioning solar panels that are useless on our roof. Orbit also said we would be eligible for a tax credit for going solar but they were supposed to give ** the paperwork to file for that which also did not happen. They basically tried to sign up as many people as they could with this financing company, which should be investigated as well. They took our money and ran.

      I purchased a water filtration system in 2021.It wa s supposed to get rid of the sulfur smell in my water.It hasn't done what it was supposed to do and now we can't get a hold of them.What remedies do i have.we pay Aqua financing for the cost of the system

      Date of Transaction: 02/16/2022 Loan Amount through ************************ LLC: $7,600.00 As stated in the contract, we were supposed to have a lifetime warranty on all parts, media, and labor. We were also supposed to receive a 5-year soap package through ************. I tried calling three numbers given to me by ************************ LLC; *****************-776-7463; and ************. All of these numbers were disconnected. It has been a year since we got our water treatment system, and it has not been serviced. My husband and I have been drinking tainted water for months. I don't know what to do. Can we get a refund for the loan amount and the payments already paid? What have you all instructed others to do? I also don't understand why we were not informed that they were no longer in business. The loan company said we have no choice but to pay it, but we are paying for something that hasn't been serviced and has been making us sick because we didn't realize the water was no longer being filtered.

      Hi yes I purchase my solar system in March of last year 2022 since I received the information about the solar system they came and installed it, still wasn't working now 8 months later it wasn't working still not working to this day it's been over a year and some change now they promises was never to the light. they never kept a promise to what they agreed to which is months free which is 6 months free they said that I was getting a sensitive they promised that I suppose to get for me in the tax credit all the things they have a promise nothing came true I'm paying my PSEG Bill and I'm paying for the solar bill which is not fair when it hasn't even been working since I had it which it only work for a month and a half and it was never working continuously I know it was a problem from there but when I try to call and call and call no one answer and then they finally answered they said they go send somebody out to fix the situation still no to no avail I'm calling them calling again they finally tell me they filed for chapter 11 they closing down now I'm stuck in the situation I can't get out of I need your help to get this situation resolved so my family do not have to suffer any longer we just purchased our home and was thinking that we was going to get the Solar on our roof to save us money and it actually cost us more money than we could ever imagine paying for PSEG and for solar which they told me that I was only going to be paying one bill and my bill is higher than it was before I even had the solar so I'm just trying to get out of this situation please can you help me anybody

      I purchased an orbits water filtration system in 2021 and no has been out to do the year maintenance. I expect that to happen in 2022. At this point I'm paying for a system and I'm not even sure if it's working properly.

      I had solar panels insulted last summer and never have received any monthly SREC Income as stipulated in my agreement. In this time duration I have tried to contact the Orbit Energy & Power company via telephone and email to no avail. It has been brought to my attention by means of customer complaints that this company filed for bankruptcy and may now be out of business without notifying active customers.

      I purchased a Photovoltaic system from Orbit in December of 2021, began making payments on the system in February of 2022, system was not operable until May of 2022. I was promised reimbursement for payments made during inoperable months as well as a three-month credit to be paid directly to me by the company. I began inquiring about these payments in June of 2022 and was told payments were running behind but would be forthcoming, to date I have not received anything.

      I was approached by a salesman for Orbits Energy. The contract involved was to install solar panels with the promise of rebates and repairs if needed. They cracked my ceiling and didnt repair the damage instead they offered a monetary amount of $300.00 so I could get it repaired myself. That $300.00 never came and during my multiple contacts with them they kept saying it was being mailed. Now I see they went and filed bankruptcy and will not fulfill the contract.

      Orbit should have never been able to continue to provide services while filing for bankruptcy. I am now stuck in phase 2 of my solar project, they left me high and dry. My solar is not operational and my first payment is coming up. I am so livid about this whole situation. I financed and paid them a lot of money, now what.

      Last year purchase a water softening system - calling for service - all number on goggle and ******** are non-working numbers - the number provided in past Manager of account - Service manager and service tech are not returning calls either - Prior Manage texted back with current owner - left message yesterday - mailbox is full - it looks like this company went belly up.
